| 摘 要： | 目的 观察白血病患者化学治疗前后红细胞免疫功能、肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)和端粒酶活性的变化,并探讨其临床意义.方法 采用免疫粘附酵母菌花环法测定C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-IcR),ELISA法检测TSGF含量和PCR-ELISA法检测端粒酶活性.结果 白血病患者RBC-C3bR降低,RBC-IcR升高,TSGF含量和端粒酶活性增高(P<0.05);经常规化疗后,RBC-C3bR回升,RBC-IcR下降,TSGF含量和端粒酶活性均明显降低(P<0.05).结论 白血病患者红细胞免疫功能、TSGF含量和端粒活性与化疗效果相关,可作为监测白血病治疗效果和预后的辅助指标.
