丹参对慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠模型气道保护作用的实验研究

目的探讨丹参注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）大鼠模型气道炎症的防治作用。方法实验大鼠24只，随机分为3组：正常对照组（8只），COPD模型组（8只），丹参治疗组（8只）。采用熏吸香烟并气管内注入脂多糖法建立大鼠COPD模型，丹参治疗组于COPD模型开始建立后第8d腹腔注射丹参注射液100mg／kg（0．2ml／100g）至第28d。观察各组气道炎症的病理特点、超微结构特点、肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中白介素-8（IL-8）浓度，白细胞计数及分类。结果所建COPD模型的病理学改变符合人类COPD的特点。丹参治疗组肺组织的病理改变较COPD模型组明显减轻但未恢复正常。丹参治疗组BALF中IL-8水平。白细胞总数及中性粒细胞数较COPD模型组下降．差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论应用丹参注射液对COPD大鼠模型气道炎症有明显的抑制作用。

Protective Effect of Salvia Injection on the Airway in Rats with COPD

Objective To explore the preventive and treating effect of Salvia Injection on airway inflammation in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 24 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group(n = 8),COPD model group(n = 8)and Salviae treated group(n = 8).The COPD model was established by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide and exposure to cigarette smoking.The rats in the treated group were introperitoneally given Salvia Injection 100 mg/kg(0.2 ml/100 g)daily,from the 8th day after the establishment of model to 28th day.The pathologic features and ultrastructural features of the airway inflammation,and the level of IL-8,total cell count and differential count in brochoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were examined.Results Pathologic changes of the lung tissue of Salviae treated group were better than that of the COPD group while worse than the normal control group.The level of IL-8,total cell count and neutrophil count in BALF of Salviae treated group were lower than those in the COPD group(P< 0.01).Conclusion Salvia Injection shows great inhibition to airway inflammation in COPD model of rats.
