冠心宁片对Beagle犬急性心肌缺血的作用

目的:观察冠心宁片对Beagk犬急性心肌缺血模型缺血心肌的保护作用.方法:将体重(12±2)kg的健康Beagk犬48只,随机分为伪手术组、模型对照组、冠心宁片高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照(冠心宁注射液)组,各组每日给予相应的药物,连续10天后,用二步法结扎冠状动脉,造成Beagle犬急性心肌缺血,检则结扎后30min、60min、120min、180min的CK-MB、LDH水平、MDA含量和SOD活性.结果:冠状动脉结扎后,急性心肌缺血犬的CK-MB水平、LDH水平上升,MDA含量升高,SOD活性下降.给予高、中、低剂量冠心宁片组可明显降低CK-MB水平(P＜0.05),降低LDH水平(P＜0.05),降低MDA含量(P＜0.05),提高SOD活性(P＜0.05).结论:冠心宁片可有效降低Beagle犬急性心肌缺血程度,提高其自由基清除能力和抗氧化能力,对犬的缺血心肌的保护作用.

Effect of Guanxinning Tablet in Acute Myocardial Ischemia in Beagle Dogs

Objective:To explore the effect of Guanxinning tablet on acute myocradial ischemia in Beagle dogs.Methods:Forty-eight Beagle dogs were randomly divided into six groups:sham operation group,model group,Guanxinning tablet high-dose group,medial dose group,low-dose group and Guanxinning injection group.The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to make a model of acute myocardial ischemia in Beagle dogs.The Creatine Kinase-MB (CK-MB) level,malondialdehyde (MDA) level,Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activty,the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were assayed after ligation at time point of 30,60,120,180 min.Results:The SOD activity of Guanxinning tablet treated group was significantly higher than that of model group.The CK-MB,LDH and MDA level of Guanxinning tablet treated group were significantly lower than those of model group( P<0.05,P<0.01 ).Conclusion:Guanxining tablet can protect ischemic myocardium in Beagle dogs.
