腧穴热敏化艾灸疗法治疗压疮的疗效观察

目的:观察腧穴热敏化艾灸对压疮患者的治疗护理效果。方法:对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者治疗组采用腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗,每次灸至感传现象消失,每日1次。对照组不避热敏化穴,在患者压疮部位附近穴区采用红外线照射40min后,将百多邦软膏敷于压疮疮面,以无菌纱布覆盖,每日1次。两组同时加强专科护理措施,并在疗程(包括不足7d痊愈者)结束后统计疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为100%、72.4%。二者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:腧穴热敏化艾灸疗法对压疮患者疗效明显,值得推广应用。

Observation on curative effect of moxibusting on heat-sensitive points on pressure sores
