热敏化腧穴埋线与舒利迭治疗慢性持续期哮喘疗效的对照观察

目的:观察热敏化腧穴埋线与舒利迭对慢性持续期支气管哮喘的疗效差异。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的患者按照随机数字表分为治疗组(热敏化腧穴埋线法)和对照组(舒利迭吸入剂,各30例)。热敏化腧穴埋线,每周治疗1次;舒利迭吸入剂,每次1吸,每日两次。分别在治疗3个月后及治疗后3个月对两组的肺功能(FEV1、PEF)、哮喘控制问卷(Asthma Control Test,ACT)进行分析比较,进行临床疗效统计。结果:治疗3个月结束时,两组肺功能、ACT评分较前明显提高(均P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明两组疗法的近期疗效基本一致;治疗结束后3个月,热敏化腧穴埋线组肺功能、ACT评分维持治疗结束时水平,而舒利迭组下降明显,且热敏化腧穴埋线组总有效率为83.3%(25/30)明显优于舒利迭组的56.7%(17/30)(P<0.05),表明热敏化腧穴埋线法疗效更持久,远期疗效更佳。结论:热敏化腧穴埋线法能有效改善慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者肺功能及临床症状,其近期疗效与舒利迭基本一致,但远期疗效优于舒利迭。

A Comparative Study of Thermo-Sensitized Acupoint Catgut Embedding and Seretide in Treating Chronic Persistent Asthma

Objective:To observe the effect difference of thermo-sensitized acupoint catgut embedding and Seretide in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The observation group was treated with thermo-sensitized acupoint catgut embedding,once a week;the control group was treated with Seretide inhalation,once a time,twice a day for three months.The lung function(FEV1,PEF)and asthma control test(ACT)of the two groups were analyzed and compared after the treatment and three months after the treatment.The clinical efficacy was also statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results:The pulmonary function and ACT scores were significantly improved in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.01),and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);which indicated that the short-term efficacy of the two groups was basically the same.Three months after the treatment,the pulmonary function and ACT scores maintained the same levels of those after the treatment in the observation group;whereas they were decreased significantly in the control group;the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%(25/30),which was significantly higher than 56.7%(17/30)of the control group(P<0.05);which indicated that the thermo-sensitized acupoint catgut embedding method had a better long-term effect.Conclusion:Thermo-sensitized acupoint catgut embedding can effectively improve the lung function and clinical symptoms of patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma.Its short-term efficacy is basically as same as that of Seretide,but its long-term efficacy is better than that of Seretide.
