中药外治结合理疗治疗中心型肥胖临床观察

目的评价中药外治结合理疗对中心型肥胖患者的客观疗效。方法采用中药外敷制剂配合人工推拿按摩、TDP灯照射、游走罐后加用减肥治疗仪(理疗)等方法,治疗中心型肥胖患者96例。观察治疗前后上腹围(MC)、腰围(WC)、下腹围(HMC)、腰臀比(WHR)及体质量指数(BMI)等指标的变化情况。结果临床总有效率为98%。患者上腹围、腰围、下腹围、WHR、BMI均明显降低(P均<0.01)。结论中药外敷制剂配合人工推拿按摩、TDP照射、游走罐后加用减肥治疗仪对治疗中心型肥胖是一种行之有效的方法。

Clinical observation on Chinese medicine for external combined with physiotherapy for treatment of central obesity

Objective It is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine for external combined with physiotherapy on central obesity.Methods 96 cases of central obesity were treated with body Chinese medicine for external combined with massage,TDP radiation,moving fire pot,physiotherapy,and changes of midsection circumference(MC),waist circumference(WC),hypogastrium circumference(HMC),waist-to-hipratio(WHR) and body mass index(BMI) before and after treatment were observed.Results The clinical total effective rate was 98%.MC,WC,HMC,WHR and BMI were decreased obviously after treatment(P all<0.01).Conclusion To combine Chinese medicine for external with massage, TDP radiation,moving fire pot and physiotherapy is a better method with therapeutic effect for central obesity.
