摘    要:目的:采用亲水作用色谱-蒸发光散射检测器联用法同时测定巴戟天中蔗糖、蔗果三糖、耐斯糖、1 F-果呋喃糖基耐斯糖、巴戟甲素5种低聚糖的含量.方法:采用Waters XBridgeTM Amide(4.6 mm×150 mm,3.5 μm)亲水性作用色谱柱;以乙腈(A)-0.2%三乙胺溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速0.8 mL·min;柱温40℃;以Waters 2424 ELSD检测,漂移管温度90℃,气压275.79 kPa.结果:5种低聚糖分别在2.128 ~21.28 μg(r=0.999 3),1.864~18.64 μg(r=0.999 6),1.92 ~19.2μg(r=0.999 8),1.912~19.12 μg (r=0.999 5),2.368 ~ 23.68 μg(r=0.999 4)线性关系良好,其回收率在92.81%~102.8% (n =6).结论:该方法简单、准确,具有良好的重复性,为有效评价巴戟天药材的质量提供了分析方法.
