摘    要:目的定量分析正常人群的角膜密度值,探讨角膜密度与年龄及角膜厚度的关系。方法 对224眼健康眼按年龄段和角膜厚度进行分组,利用OCULUSPentacam眼前节分析仪获取三维图像,测量角膜顶点垂直轴线上角膜的最大密度值。观察各个年龄段及不同角膜厚度受检者的角膜密度值,并对结果进行相关回归分析。结果 224眼健康眼角膜平均密度值为21.91±3.34,年龄和角膜厚度均与角膜密度呈正相关(r=0.5643,P<0.0001;r=0.2004,P=0.0026)。角膜密度(Y)与年龄(X1)和角膜厚度(X2)的回归方程为:Y=18.9420+0.0882X1,Y=500.78+1.8801X2;进行多元相关回归分析得到回归方程为:Y=2.3424+0.0943X1+0.0303X2(R2=0.3972,F=72.87,P<0.0001)。结论 角膜密度随年龄增长呈递增趋势,并且角膜越厚,角膜密度值越大。可以根据年龄、角膜厚度估算角膜密度,客观评估角膜的受损程度。
