数据包络分析方法在大型综合医院相对效率评价中的应用

目的探索在DEA（dataenvelopmentanalysis）评价指标体系的构建、指标的筛选及DEA方法对医院相对效率评价的应用价值方面的应用。方法运用聚类分析、相关分析、变异系数分析方法筛选用于DEA的评价指标；运用DEA对医院相对效率进行评价。结果经过三种方法筛选，最终确定了8个输入指标和6个输出指标；经过DEA分析。有19个单元为DEA无效。结论构建了与以往研究不同的，涵盖了与医院规模、质量、效益和效率相关的多指标评价体系；在DEA方法评价指标的筛选中应用多种统计学方法可使指标筛选的结果更加客观、科学、合理；DEA方法适于以诊断性评价为主的医院相对效率（效益）的综合评价。

Research on Evaluating the Efficiency of General Hospital in DEA Programming

Objective This paper is trying to search for constructing the indicatrix system of hospital efficiency evaluation, choosing the indicatrix and the application value of DEA method on the aspect of efficiency evaluation. Methods This paper uses the cluster analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of differentiation method to choose the evaluation indicatrix of DEA method. Meanwhile, this paper uses DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of the general hospitals. Results It finally defines 8 input and 6 output indicatrix, after using three methods to choose the evaluation indicatrix of DEA method. There are 19 inefficient units in the evaluation results of DEA method. Conclusion It makes up of the multi-indicator system including the scale, quality, benefit and efficiency of the hospitals, which is different from the old ones; It apphes some statistical methods to choose the evaluation indicatrix of DEA method, which is more objective, scientific and reasonable;DEA method is suitable for evaluating the diagnosis synthesis appraisal of the relative efficiency in the hospitals.
