黄芪多糖含量测定的方法学研究

摘    要:本文采用紫外分光光度法测定黄芪中多糖的含量,通过对多糖部位的水溶部分、水不溶部分及两部分混合物的多糖含量测定,表明水溶部分与水不溶部分总多糖的含量和两部分混合物的多糖含量接近,结合多糖特性和Molish反应的阳性现象,提出用沸水代替冷水对黄芪多糖有效部位萃提的方法更具准确性.本研究结果证明苯酚-硫酸法也可用于测定水不溶多糖.

Abstract:In this article the cotent of polysaccharides of Astragalus membranaceus is determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.And it is showed through the determination of saccharides of both the water-soluble and water-insoluble parts as well as the mixture of them with saccharides of Astragalus membranaceus that the total content of saccharides of the water-soluble and water-insoluble parts is close to that of their mixture and it is suggested that there must be more accuracy if saccharides of the effective parts of this plant is extracted with boiling water instead of cold water in consideration of the characteristics of saccharides and the positive reaction of Molish. The result of the study presented in this article proves that water-insoluble saccharides can be also determined by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid.
