目的探讨脂联素(Apm)对体外培养人肝脏细胞乙醛氧化酶1(AOX1)分泌的影响。方法采用基因芯片、逆转录.聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)分析AOX1 mRNA的表达,用免疫印迹试验分析Apm、5-氨基咪唑4-氨基甲酰胺(AICAR)、二甲双胍、非诺贝特酸(FBA)、棕榈酸及瘦素对体外培养细胞分泌AOX1的影响及AOX1在大鼠脂肪肝中的表达情况。结果Apm、FBA能降低人肝细胞中AOX1 mRNA及其蛋白质的水平,而二甲双胍、AICAR、棕榈酸及瘦素对AOX1的表达没有明显影响。FBA能降低AOX1活性达35%,而二甲双胍对其活性基本没有影响。大鼠脂肪肝肝细胞中Apm分泌明显减少,AOX1的表达明显增多。结论AOX1与肝脏脂肪化有关,Apm能抑制体外培养的人肝脏细胞分泌AOX1。 相似文献

本文利用SURF特征进行目标跟踪,通过匹配模板图像和视频序列中各个运动对象的SURF特征确定目标位置.文中用于目标匹配的特征是图像中的局部性特征,具有尺度不变性和旋转不变性,对缩放、小视角改变、噪声、亮度变化具有很好的适应性.实验表明该方法是一种简洁有效的目标跟踪识别方法. 相似文献

压疮是由于局部组织长期受压、发生持续缺血、缺氧、营养不良而致组织溃烂坏死。早在20世纪30年代,已开始用手术治疗重度压疮。此后治疗方法不断改进,尤其在应用各种皮瓣、肌皮瓣覆盖创面方面进展更快。我科2004年8月-2009年7月用臀大肌皮瓣转移术治疗骶尾部重度压疮36例,均取得良好疗效,现将护理体会介绍如下。 相似文献

Neutrophils infiltration/activation following wound induction marks the early inflammatory response in wound repair. However, the role of the infiltrated/activated neutrophils in tissue regeneration/proliferation during wound repair is not well understood. Here, we report that infiltrated/activated neutrophils at wound site release pyruvate kinase M2 (PKM2) by its secretive mechanisms during early stages of wound repair. The released extracellular PKM2 facilitates early wound healing by promoting angiogenesis at wound site. Our studies reveal a new and important molecular linker between the early inflammatory response and proliferation phase in tissue repair process. 相似文献

A common deletion comprising LCE3B and LCE3C, members of the late cornified envelope (LCE) gene cluster, has been shown to be significantly associated with psoriasis in several Caucasian populations. The expression of LCE can be induced by skin barrier disruption, leading to psoriatic lesions. To identify whether deletion of genes in the LCE region is a genetic risk factor in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, we genotyped the LCE3C and LCE3B deletion and single-nucleotide polymorphism rs4112788, which is in strong linkage disequilibrium with the LCE gene cluster, via direct sequencing in 468 psoriasis patients and 768 controls in a Chinese population. We found that deletion of the two LCE genes was associated with psoriasis (odds ratio=1.917; 95% confidence interval=1.291-2.847, P=0.001), a conclusion that was similar to that of another independent Chinese cohort study. The deletion was not significantly associated with the age of disease onset, and there was no significant epistatic interaction between deletion and PSORS1 risk allele on 6p21.3. Our study confirms an association between the deletion of LCE3C and LCE3B and psoriasis in a Chinese population. 相似文献

Pressure is a fundamental tool that can induce structural and electronic transformations, which is helpful to search for exotic materials not accessible at ambient conditions. Here, we have performed an extensive structural study on cubic Mg3As2 in a pressure range of 0–100 GPa by using a combination of structure predictions and first-principle calculations. Interestingly, two novel structures with space groups C2/m and P were uncovered that become energetically most stable at pressures of 12 GPa and 30 GPa, respectively. Phonon dispersions demonstrate that the three phases are dynamically stable in their respective low-enthalpy pressure ranges. The electronic calculations show that Mg3As2 keeps semiconductor properties at pressures up to 100 GPa. The interesting thing is that the direct semi-conducting property of Mg3As2 transforms into indirect semi-conducting when the pressure is above 12 GPa. The current results provide new insights for understanding the behavior of Mg3As2 at high pressures.We have performed an extensive structural study on cubic Mg3As2 in a pressure range of 0–100 GPa by using a combination of structure predictions and first-principle calculations. 相似文献
