目的:探讨应用临床路径对人工髋关节置换患者实施健康教育的效果。方法:将80例人工髋关节置换术患者分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,观察组应用临床路径实施健康教育,依据已制定的临床路径健康教育流程在不同治疗阶段实施健康教育。结果:两组患者健康教育知晓率、掌握自我护理技能状况及对护士工作满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:应用临床路径对髋关节置换术患者实施健康教育,有利于促进患者康复,密切护患关系,提高患者的满意度,有利于优化护理程序,提高服务品质。 相似文献

目的 探讨情景健康教育在骨科患者应用的成效.方法 将62例择期行人工髋关节置换术患者,随机分组,实验组术前进行情景健康教育,对照组术前进行传统健康教育,评价两组患者康复知识掌握情况、术后依从性、对护理工作满意度.结果 实验组患者康复知识掌握程度、术后依从性、对护理工作满意度明显优于传统健康教育组.结论 术前实施情景健康教育能让患者更好地掌握人工髋关节置换的康复知识,提高术后依从性,值得推广应用.Abstract: Objective To study the effect of situational health education in orthopedics. Methods Patients who would select a adaptable date to replace hip (n =62) were divided randomly into two groups. In experimental group, situational health education was done before operation, in control group, routine health education was done. rehabilitation knowledge, postoperative compliance and satisfaction of nursing were compared between two groups. Results The rehabilitation knowledge, postoperative compliance, satisfaction of nursing in experimental group were better than control group (with conventional health education) . Conclusions Situational health education before operation can get the patients well master the postoperative rehabilitation knowledge of hip replacement and raise postoperative compliance. 相似文献
