目的分析超声内镜对食管及胃黏膜下病变的临床诊断价值。方法选择该院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的食管及胃黏膜下病变患者70例,全部患者均接受超声内镜检查,对影像学特征进行总结分析,并与病理检查结果进行对比,对超声内镜的临床诊断价值进行分析。结果全部70例患者经病理检查结果显示,共检查出上消化道隆起性病变80个,具体包括25个食管病变,48个胃部病变,7个十二指肠病变;病理类型主要为间质瘤、平滑肌瘤以及息肉等。全部80例病变中,超声内镜检查共检出73例,诊断符合率为91.3%。结论选择超声内镜能对食管及胃黏膜下病变的性质进行明确,还能对病变和邻近组织结构的相互关系进行了解,能为疾病的诊断和临床治疗提供重要依据。 相似文献
