Objective To study the expressions of Toll-like receptor 9 protein (TLR9) in peripheral B and T lymphocytes in newly diagnosed, untreated patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and their relationship with clinical parameters. Methods Blood samples were obtained from 35 newly diag-nosed, untreated patients with SLE and 16 healthy human controls. B, T lymphocytes and TLR9 protein were labeled with fluorescent antibodies, and the expressions of TLR9 protein were detected by flow cytometry in peripheral B and T lymphocytes. The relationship between TLR9 expression and clinical parameters was assessed. Results The proportions of B and T lymphocytes expressing TLR9 in newly diagnosed, untreated patients were (53.94±17.95)% and (49.33 ± 23.30)%, respectively, compared to (29.40 ± 10.54)% and (29.18 ± 14.78)%, respectively, in healthy controls (t = 6.11,3.73, respectively, both P < 0.01). Additionally,the proportion of B lymphocytes expressing TLR9 correlated negatively with SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI)(r = -0.39, P < 0.05), but positively with the level of serum IgA antibody (r = 0.74, P < 0.01).Condnsions The expression of TLR9 is elevated in peripheral T and B lymphocytes from patients with newly diagnosed, untreated SLE, and the proportion of TLR9-expressing B lymphocytes negatively correlates with SLEDAI, but positively correlates with the serum level of IgA antibody.  相似文献

[目的]探讨2009-2011年杭州伤害监测点3~6岁学龄前儿童伤害的流行病学特征,为实施科学有效的防制措施提供依据. [方法]选取杭州市3家伤害监测哨点医院,采用统一制定的伤害监测登记表对前来就诊的首诊伤害病例进行登记.用EpiData 3.02软件建立数据库,对3~6岁学龄前儿童伤害发生的地点、活动情况、类别、严重程度和性别差异等进行流行病学分析. [结果]调查期间3家哨点医院共接诊3~6岁学龄前儿童884名.学龄前儿童伤害多发生在居所,以夏季为多,其次是秋季;常见于空闲、运动活动的过程中;伤害原因以动物伤(44.00%)、跌伤(或坠落)(30.77%)为多;伤害程度多为轻微浅表伤(80.54%).伤害存在性别差异,学龄前男、女儿童的伤害在发生地点、伤害发生时的活动、伤害原因、伤害的严重程度方面,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05). [结论]应该根据当地实际情况及3~6岁学龄前儿童特点,尽早开展相应的伤害安全教育等干预控制,减少儿童伤害的发生.  相似文献

目的 分析2009-2014年杭州市动物致伤流行病学特征,为减少动物致伤的发生,制定狂犬病等动物伤的预防策略提供科学依据。方法 选取杭州3家监测哨点医院,采用统一制定的伤害监测登记表对前来就诊的首诊伤害病例进行登记。用Epi Data 3.02软件建立数据库,采用Excel 2003、SPSS 15.0软件进行流行病学分析。结果 3家哨点医院共接诊动物伤病例12 929例。男女性别比为1.13∶1,病例以45~59岁年龄组为最多(30.66%);职业构成以农、渔业劳动者为多(67.62%);多发生在家中(84.28%);常见于空闲时(85.57%)和家务(9.48%)的过程中;动物伤种类以犬(93.06%)为多;伤害程度多为“轻微的浅表伤”(98.35%);伤害部位以下肢最多(75.79%),但0~14岁年龄组,上肢受伤比例相对较高(24.81%)。结论 卫生、城管、公安部门应该加强犬等动物的管理,提高免疫接种率,同时重点预防儿童动物伤,开展狂犬病防治知识宣传、降低动物伤害和预防狂犬病发生。  相似文献

目的了解浙江省杭州市中学生步行安全状况,为中学生步行者交通伤害的干预提供依据。方法于2015年3—7月采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法抽取杭州市4个区4所高中、4所初中共计690名学生参加问卷调查。结果 33.19%的中学生每天步行上下学,55.65%的学生在十字路口选择走到路口等绿灯亮起后再过马路,过马路时左右看、走斑马线、严格根据红绿灯指示过马路的学生分别占83.33%、90.76%、87.97%,平时在路段中间过马路、跑着过马路的学生分别占13.13%、21.30%,穿马路之前与就近车辆里的司机有眼神接触的学生仅为10.90%。边缘城区学生严格根据红绿灯指示过马路的行为报告率低于中心城区(P0.05),初中学生在与就近车辆里的司机有眼神接触和跑步过马路的行为报告率远高于高中生(P0.01)。学校、家庭及交通部门对中学生步行上下学管理较少,24.38%的学生表示未曾在路口看到护导员,86.46%的学生认为司机和行人应承担相等的责任来维护道路安全。结论中学生自身存在诸多易引发道路交通伤害的危险因素,应根据学生的交通行为、态度等开展有针对性的安全教育和行为干预。  相似文献

目的了解富阳市14岁以下儿童伤害分布特征并探讨伤害发生原因,为儿童伤害干预提供依据。方法选取富阳市3家监测哨点医院,采用统一制定的伤害监测登记表对2011年前来就诊的首诊儿童伤害病例进行登记。对伤害发生的地点、类别、严重程度、患者职业、性别和年龄等进行描述性分析。结果全年累计收集0~14岁伤害儿童977例,男女性别比为1.61∶1。伤害发生地点前3位分别为住宅(81.78%)、学校(9.31%)和街道/城区(4.81%)。伤害原因前5位分别为动物伤(49.74%)、跌落伤(25.90%)、钝器伤(14.02%)、刺割伤(3.07%)和烧烫伤(1.84%)。伤害发生时的活动情况前3位分别为空闲时(81.68%)、学校活动(6.04%)和运动(4.71%)。伤害的严重程度以轻微的浅表伤(89.97%)为主。伤害意图以非故意伤害为主(98.60%)。结论儿童伤害是富阳市一个严重的公共卫生问题,应加强对儿童的安全教育,采取有效措施预防儿童伤害特别是动物伤的发生。  相似文献

目的 对浙江省富阳市2009年医院急诊伤害监测资料进行分析,了解富阳市特有的伤害流行病学特征,更加有效地预防控制伤害的发生。 方法 选取富阳市3家监测哨点医院,采用统一制定的伤害监测登记表对前来就诊的首诊伤害病例进行登记。用EpiData 3.02软件建立数据库,采用Excel 2003、SPSS 13.0等相关软件对伤害发生的地点、类别、严重程度、患者职业、性别、年龄等,进行描述性分析,相关数据均以构成比表示。 结果 全年累计收集伤害卡片5818张。伤害监测病例男女性别比为1.99 ∶ 1;年龄构成比以15~44岁为主(48.92%);职业构成比前3位分别为农/渔业劳动者(57.25%)、农民工(16.21%)和学生(7.92%);发生地点构成比前4位分别为工作场所(38.69%)、家中(34.99%)、街道/城区(9.68%)和城际间公路(5.45%);受伤原因构成比前5位分别为跌伤/坠落(23.22%)、钝器伤(硬物击伤) (23.08%)、动物伤(22.69%)、刺/割伤(7.87%)和交通伤(6.91%);伤害发生时的活动情况构成比前2位分别为工作时(44.90%)和空闲时(30.80%);伤害的严重程度构成比以轻微的浅表伤(61.30%)和中等程度的伤害(36.60%)为主;伤害意图构成比以非故意伤害为主(95.50%)。 结论 目前,伤害仍是富阳市一个严重的公共卫生问题, 并且与浙江省一般情况相比具有明显的乡村特色;应根据监测结果制定适宜富阳市实际情况的防制措施,减少各种类型伤害的发生。  相似文献
