目的:探讨门脉期双源CT多个定量参数与胃腺癌病理分化程度及HER2的相关性。方法: 回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年4月间于陕西省人民医院行双源CT双能量扫描的48例经胃镜活检(21例)或手术病理证实(27例)的胃腺癌及30例正常胃的影像学资料,其中27例HER2指标明确,通过西门子第二代双源CT扫描获得静脉期双能量图像,利用syngo.via软件获得曲线斜率、门脉期碘浓度、标准化碘浓度;将患者分为胃腺癌与正常胃壁组,高、中、低分化胃腺癌组,HER2阳性组(+,++,+++)与HER2阴性组(-)。统计学方法采用Kappa一致性检验、ROC曲线法、两独立样本t检验及方差分析。结果:活检与术后病理结果具有较强的一致性(Kappa系数为0.701),两者无明显差异;胃腺癌与正常胃壁两组间能谱曲线斜率(1.35±0.24、2.19±0.71)及标准化碘浓度(0.31±0.079、0.54±0.157)均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),曲线下面积分别为0.992、0.919;低分化、中分化及高分化胃腺癌能谱曲线斜率值(3.07±0.67,2.63±0.57,2.01±0.39)组间及组内差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),低分化、中分化及高分化胃腺癌门脉期标准化碘浓度(0.60±0.167,0.52±0.089,0.36±0.039)组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),中分化组与低分化组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高分化组与中、低分化组均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。HER2阳性组与阴性组的能谱曲线斜率及标准化碘浓度值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:能谱曲线斜率及门脉期标准化碘浓度值有助于对胃腺癌进行诊断并推测病理分化程度;双源CT定量参数与免疫组化指标HER2无相关性。 相似文献

AbstractThis research explores how the level of consumers’ need for cognition (NFC) is associated with celebrity endorser credibility and examines its effects on advertising-related attitudes. A 3 (endorser types: actor/actress, athlete, TV personality/talent) × 2 (endorser’s gender) factorial experiment with 435 Japanese consumers was conducted. Concerning Japanese OTC drug advertising, lower NFC individuals perceived celebrity endorsers as more credible in comparison to higher NFC individuals. The main effects of NFC and endorser type on endorser credibility existed; however, no interaction between the two variables was found. The endorser type had an influence on attitudes toward ads and the advertised brand. 相似文献

Improving the dietary quality of women and children is essential to reduce all forms of malnutrition. In this study, we assessed seasonal child and maternal dietary diversity and consumption of animal‐source foods (ASF), using 1,236 observations from combined data collected among 167 mother–child dyads in rural Timor‐Leste. We used generalized linear and logistic mixed‐effects models to examine the dietary differentials of mothers and children in two agricultural livelihood zones and across the seasons, as well as to identify household and agroecological characteristics associated with children's dietary quality in relation to their mothers'. We found dietary quality to be marginally better in coastal than in mid‐altitude zones. However, women's diets were strikingly poor, and their intake of ASF was lower than among children. Mothers exhibited preferential allocation patterns of specific ASF, dairy products and eggs, to children. The intake of ASF was predicted by seasonality. Flesh foods and red meat were much more likely to be consumed during the dry season, when cultural ceremonies are often performed. We found a positive and strongly significant association between children's dietary indicators—dietary diversity score, minimum dietary diversity and ASF consumption, and those of their mothers'. Maternal dietary quality and educational attainment, more so than agroecological characteristics, were explanatory factors of children's diet. Our study highlights that addressing the dietary quality of children in Timor‐Leste would benefit from improving women's diets through better access to nutritious foods and to secondary education. 相似文献

PurposeTo assess myocardial extracellular volume fraction (ECV) measurement provided by a single-source dual-energy computed tomography (SSDE-CT) acquisition added at the end of a routine CT examination before transcatether aortic valve implantation (TAVI) compared to cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).Materials and methodsTwenty-one patients (10 men, 11 women; mean age, 86 ± 4.9 years [SD]; age range: 71–92 years) with severe aortic stenosis underwent standard pre-TAVI CT with additional cardiac SSDE-CT acquisition 7 minutes after intravenous administration of iodinated contrast material and myocardial MRI including pre- and post-contrast T1-maps. Myocardial ECV and standard deviation (σECV) were calculated in the 16-segments model. ECV provided by SSDE-CT was compared to ECV provided by MRI, which served as the reference. Analyses were performed on a per-segment basis and on a per-patient involving the mean value of the 16-segments.ResultsECV was slightly overestimated by SSDE-CT (29.9 ± 4.6 [SD] %; range: 20.9%–48.3%) compared to MRI (29.1 ± 3.9 [SD] %; range: 22.0%–50.7%) (P < 0.0001) with a bias and limits of agreement of +2.3% (95%CI: −16.1%– + 20.6%) and +2.5% (95%CI: −2.1%– + 7.1%) for per-segment and per-patient-analyses, respectively. Good (r = 0.81 for per-segment-analysis) to excellent (r = 0.97 for per-patient-analysis) linear relationships (both P < 0.0001) were obtained. The σECV was significantly higher at SSDE-CT (P < 0.0001). Additional radiation dose from CT was 1.89 ± 0.38 (SD) mSv (range: 1.48–2.47 mSv).ConclusionA single additional SSDE-CT acquisition added at the end of a standard pre-TAVI CT protocol can provide ECV measurement with good to excellent linear relationship with MRI. 相似文献

目的应用水源水质综合评价方法,对2013年某部小远散单位水质状况进行评价,为确保官兵安全用水提供依据。方法按照水质指标对人体健康影响程度的不同分为5类,采用加权平均法、最差因子判别法、内梅罗法计算综合指数。结果第一类综合指数为1.58,属于4级水质;第二类综合指数为0.10,属于1级水质;第三类综合指数为0.14,属于1级水质;第四类综合指数为1.41,属于3级水质;第五类综合指数为0.71,属于2级水质;总的综合指数为0.67,属于2级水质。结论按照综合指数法,该部小散远单位水源水质总体评价良好。 相似文献

目的比较广西北回归线两侧的南宁地区和桂林地区水源水和饮用水中微囊藻毒素-LR(microcystin-LR,MC-LR)含量差异。方法于2017年采集南宁地区和桂林地区主要水源水及饮用水水样,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测水中MC-LR的含量。结果南宁地区与桂林地区水源水和饮用水中MC-LR平均含量均未超过我国地表水环境质量标准、饮用水卫生标准限值1μg/L。南北两地水库水中MC-LR平均含量均高于江河水、井水和山泉水(P<0.05)。南宁地区不同类型水源水MC-LR含量与桂林地区相比,水库水MC-LR平均含量较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。南北两地分散式供水末梢水中MC-LR平均含量均高于农村和城市集中式供水(P<0.05)。南宁地区的水源水和出厂水MC-LR平均含量分别为(0.256±0.048)、(0.210±0.025)μg/L,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。南宁地区水源水MC-LR含量在10月份达到峰值。结论广西南北两地水源水和饮用水中MC-LR含量均未超过国标中所规定的标准限值,南北两地水库水MC-LR含量存在明显差异,分散式供水MC-LR含量高于集中式供水。南宁地区水源水MC-LR平均含量高于出厂水,且在10月份达到峰值。提示需加强水源水和饮用水水质日常监测,秋季严格控制自来水处理工艺,以保证水质安全。 相似文献

method is formulated for transmission tomography using analytic Green's function
in homogeneous background. To extend the method to the case of reflection seismology, in this paper, we use WKBJ method to compute the Green's function of depth
dependent background media and the solving method of equations to initialize the
contrast source of different frequencies, resulting in an efficient method to invert multi-frequency reflection seismic data – multi-frequency contrast source inversion method
(MFCSI). Numerical results for the Marmousi model show that MFCSI method can
obtain good results even when low frequency data are missing, in which case the conventional FWI fails. 相似文献
