刍议医院纪检监察在医院建设中的作用和实施

随着社会经济的快速发展,国内医疗事业的竞争日益激烈,医疗机构需要积极提高自身的业务水平和管理水平,才能强化医疗技术水平,获得更多的社会经济效益。在国内医疗体制深化变革的趋势下,纪检监察在医院建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用,主要职责是管理和监督医院各项制度的落实、健康环境的建设等,旨在规范机构医疗服务,提高机构服务质量,促使医院树立良好的社会形象,保障医院的社会经济效益。该文针对医院纪检监察在医院建设中的作用和实施展开分析。     

2018年广东省药品批发企业及零售连锁企业总部GSP飞行检查缺陷分析

该研究对55家药品批发企业及零售连锁企业总部在GSP飞行检查过程中发现的缺陷项目进行统计,分析存在问题。结果显示企业执行GSP工作较好,但质量管理体系、机构和质量管理职责、人员与培训、设施与设备、校准与验证等环节存在问题依然较为集中,可以采用风险管理的思维加强质量管理工作。     

Developing a Framework Strategy for Supporting Radiographers in the Clinical Supervision of Radiography Students in Zambia: A Mixed Methods Study

BackgroundClinical supervisors of radiography students play a key role in the facilitation of practice-based learning. However, there is a scarcity of evidence-based strategies to support clinical supervisors. This study aimed at exploring the level of support required by radiographers in order to develop a framework strategy for supporting clinical supervisors of radiography students in Zambia.MethodsThis study used an exploratory sequential mixedmethods approach. The qualitative phase was conducted first, and the findings were used to develop the questionnaire for the quantitative phase. The study population was radiographers working in the Lusaka and Copperbelt provinces of Zambia. For the first phase, data were collected from a purposive sample of 10 clinical supervisors of radiography students. For the survey, data were collected from 120 radiographers using a questionnaire. In the third phase, a group of experts validated the proposed framework using an online questionnaire. Qualitative data were analysed thematically and quantitative data using statistics.ResultsFour support areas were identified: training and education in clinical supervision, clinical training resources, human resources and relationships, and quality assurance programmes related to clinical supervision. These findings informed the development of a support framework strategy for clinical supervisors.ConclusionThis study has revealed that clinical supervision of radiography students requires coordinated support from stakeholders: schools of radiography, professional body, and radiology and hospital management. It is anticipated that the developed framework, when implemented, will enhance the experiences of clinical supervisors and improve the quality of clinical education.     

微信打卡式监督法提高冠心病病人院外康复干预效果的观察

[目的]观察微信打卡式监督法提高冠心病病人院外康复锻炼干预的效果。[方法]将140例冠心病病人按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各70例,对照组实施常规冠心病院内护理及出院后电话随访,观察组将随访方式改为微信打卡式监督法,比较干预后两组病人心功能指标、锻炼依从性及满意度。[结果]干预后两组病人心功能指标均得到优化,但观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组病人心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),依从性评分及满意度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]微信打卡式监督法在缓解冠心病症状、提高病人依从性与满意度方面均具有积极效应。     

欧洲药物战略（2020）及其对中国医药领域的启示

在当前国际制药技术出现重大创新和变革、药品研发技术信息化和数字化程度不断发展，以及新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫情大流行的背景下，欧盟委员会为满足未竟临床需求、激励行业创新、增强监管系统应变能力、巩固欧盟药品监管体系国际地位，于2020年底发布了《欧洲药物战略》（Pharmaceutical Strategy for Europe，PSE）。PSE被视为欧洲未来5年卫生政策的“基石”，对欧洲制药领域发展和管理具有重要指导意义。通过对PSE制定背景及发展战略目标、具体举措等内容进行梳理分析，并结合中国COVID-19疫情防控与行业发展、药品科学监管与鼓励创新等实际工作提出政策建议。     

社区卫生服务中心对当前医养结合服务现状的满意性评价*

目的以社区卫生服务中心的视角,对上海市浦东新区社区卫生服务中心开展医养结合服务的现状进行评价。方法通过书面访谈法获知256位社区卫生服务中心医务人员对当前医养结合服务现状的评价,记录并分析其"满意"和"不满意"之处。结果实施机制、人力资源和政策规范满意,经费待遇、政策规范、考核管理、工作强度和医患关系不满意。结论基于社区卫生服务中心的医养结合服务总体机制较为明确,具体实施细则、队伍建设和医患关系处理等方面尚需完善。     

The intersection of identities in supervision for trauma-informed practice: Challenges and strategies

ABSTRACT

This article discusses and illustrates the role and impact of the intersection of supervisors’ and supervisees’ social identities and the associated power and privilege within the context of supervision for trauma-informed practice. Based on current theoretical, empirical, and practice literature, challenges related to the supervisor’s and supervisee’s racial, ethnicity, gender, social class, and additional social affiliations are identified, as are strategies for addressing them within supervision for trauma-informed practice. A case example drawn from the authors’ experiences illustrates the importance of attending to intersectionality in trauma-informed supervision Suggestions for future research efforts are offered.     

基于监管视角的药品生产企业分级监管模型构建

目的：建立药品生产企业分级分类监管模型,为建立适合我国药品生产监管实际的分级监管策略提供方法借鉴。方法：依据分类管理理论,以企业风险水平、企业监管记录和监管频率分析研究为基础,对药品生产企业分级监管模型及其参数进行建立和优化。结果与结论：针对药品生产企业的监管需求与药监部门监管能力之间不相适应的矛盾日益突出等问题,通过分级模型的建立和优化,实现了监管能力和监管需求的良好匹配。     

从药品质量标准的视角探讨药品的监督与管理

目的：从药品质量标准的视角探讨如何进一步加强药品的监督与管理,促进医药产业发展、保障公众用药安全。方法：通过对监督抽检发现的药品质量标准存在的问题进行分析研究,提出相应的解决措施和意见建议。结果与结论：部分药品质量标准在标准制定、审批发布、标准管理、标准执行以及质量标准的可及性等方面存在不足,影响了质量标准的执行和药品生产及安全监管,应从建立药品审评审批与药品质量标准管理的联动机制、完善监督抽检机制、加强对药品质量标准执行的监管等方面加以解决。
