搞好"病原生物学"教学及促进学科发展的实践与体会

将“医学微生物学”和“人体寄生虫学”整合为“病原生物学”符合现代医学教育的取向。中国医科大学是将两个教研室从形式到实质性合并为“病原生物学”教研室，并且将两门课完全融合成一门课程和一套教师队伍进行教学的少数院校之一。本文总结了在这一新学科教学和促进学科发展中的经验和体会。     

大鼠体外循环模型的建立与应用

由于操作简便、节省人力物力，大鼠体外循环模型的应用愈加广泛。大鼠在小型呼吸机辅助下，应用颈静脉插管入右心房引流血液至贮血瓶，在蠕动移液泵作用下，经膜式氧合器氧合、变温器变温，通过股动脉或尾动脉插管注入动脉系统，建立体外循环回路。有血预充、减少总预充量和维持足够的转流流量是建立大鼠体外循环模型的关键。

Levels of quality management of blood transfusion services in Europe

The European blood legislation has defined several key quality elements to achieve Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the field of blood transfusion. During the recent years, the blood legislation is in the process of implementation throughout its member states. Following the Directive 2002/98/EC, Directive 2005/62/EC has given further requirements for quality-management systems to be fulfilled by blood establishments. In addition, GMP/Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and ISO standards are used inter alia by blood establishments. In order to support the implementation of the blood legislation, the European Public Health Work Plan (2005/2007) has cofunded two projects, led by the German Red Cross and supported by the European Blood Alliance, delivering a common European Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) methodology (EU-Q-Blood-SOP) and criteria and standards for the inspection of blood establishments (EUBIS). The EU-SOP manual will assist blood establishments in preparing for the inspection of their services related to the implementation of quality relevant elements required by the EU Directive 2002/98/EC and its technical annexes. The standards and criteria for inspection of blood establishments will cross-reference existing quality standards to the directive requirements and define requirements for the structure of quality-management systems based on the directive 2002/98/EC and its technical annexes. Based on these requirements, inspection standards and criteria are developed to assist in the independent assessment of quality systems established by individual blood establishments. These assessments are done in relation to the requirements defined by the European Union legislation on blood, in order to safeguard the quality of blood and to achieve continuous improvement of its quality throughout Europe.     

明末清初文人结社与演剧活动

在我国历史上的明末清初时期,文人结社和戏曲都很繁盛,并且出现了二者的融合。由于以往的研究者大多将文人结社视为一种纯政治或文学运动．因此对于结社活动的娱乐性关注不够。本文即由此入手,描述了这一时期内结社过程中的演剧活动,阐述二者结合的必然性,进而揭示它们对明清戏曲繁荣的推动作用。     

Characterization of four newly established human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell lines from Chinese patients.

Four colon adenocarcinoma cell lines, CC-M2, CC-M3, CC-M4, and CC-M2NM, have been established from surgical specimens of 18 unselected patients without the use of "feeder" cells and additional growth factors (e.g., insulin, hydrocortisone, etc.) in the culture medium. The methods of primary cultivation of tissue explants are described. Studies of determination of morphology, growth curve, plating efficiency, chromosomal analysis, CEA and beta-HCG synthesis, and tumorigenicity, were done to characterize the cell lines. Significant variations have been found in one of the four cell lines, both in vitro and in vivo studies. There are distinct phenotypes in the established cell lines which may be useful in studying the cell differentiation and progression of colorectal cancer.     

药品经营企业如何建立完善的质量管理体系

目的 :为我国药品经营企业顺利通过《药品经营质量管理规范》(GSP)认证提供参考。方法 :根据大量的实践经验归纳了建立完善的药品质量管理体系的5个阶段。结果与结论 :只有企业上下都能认识到药品质量的重要性 ,并使企业的药品质量管理体系有效运行 ,才能说企业真正实施了GSP。     

从SARS流行看加强公共卫生体系建设的重要性

SARS流行让我们充分认识到加强我国公共卫生体系建设的重要性。本文在分析了我国现有公共卫生体系中存在的主要问题的同时 ,提出了包括制定公共卫生法、建立公共财政体系、建立公共卫生应急反应体系和发展公共卫生体系的信息系统在内的构建新型公共卫生体系的建议和对策     

浅谈学习型医院的创建与评价

创建学习型医院是适应医院战略发展的一条可行之路，通过学习型医院的创建与评价，可以提升医院的核心竞争力，打造“百年医院”，树立医院优质品牌。同时也为政府对卫生工作尤其是医院进行改革和制定相关卫生政策提供依据。但在创建学习型医院中必须结合医院的实际情况，融入医院文化中才能起到理想的效果。     

军校理科大学教员胜任特征模型的构建

目的构建与验证军校理科大学教员胜任特征模型,为今后选拔和评估教员、编制教员评价量表提供依据。方法以军队5所理科大学的2043名教职员工为研究对象,采用问卷法、专家评判法整合的方法构建胜任特征模型。采用结构效度和实证效度验证模型的效度。结果原始模型与最后确定的胜任特征模型的一致性拟合度检验显示,χ2=3.63,P0.05;民主测评结果显示,优秀组教员的勤、能、绩得分都显著高于普通组教员。军校理科大学教员胜任特征模型包括表达传授信息能力、职业道德、教学内容、身心素质、工作业绩等26项特质;胜任特征模型评价问卷可简缩为5个因子,即勤、能、绩、体、德。结论该模型构建程序合理,结构效度指标良好,可作为选拔和评估军校理科大学教员、编制教员评价量表的依据。
