The Flinders Sensitive Line (FSL) of rats has been selectively bred to have increased sensitivity to cholinergic agonists. However, these rats exhibit altered responsiveness to a number of noncholinergic agents, such as apomorphine, buspirone and ethanol. This study compared the FSL and control Flinders Resistant Line (FRL) rats in terms of their hyperthermic response to the phencyclidine (PCP) receptor agonist, MK-801 (0.2 mg/kg SC) and their MK-801 binding characteristics. We have found that FSL rats react with a delayed hyperthermia, having a significantly lower hyperthermia for the first 120 min of observation. Thereafter the response does not differ in FSL and FRL rats. Both groups had similar affinities and numbers of [3H]MK-801 binding sites in the hippocampus/cerebral cortex. Pretreatment with scopolamine (1 mg/kg SC) failed to affect MK-801-induced hyperthermia in either line of rats. These findings suggest that selective breeding of FSL rats attenuated the secondary mechanisms involved in the PCP receptor-mediated hyperthermic response. However, by itself cholinergic supersensitivity does not appear to be a major factor in the blunted responsiveness of FSL rats to MK-801. 相似文献

目的研究一种新发现的抗氧化蛋白质--凋亡敏感基因(SAG)在短暂性缺氧再复氧复注血清诱导的细胞坏死和凋亡中的作用.方法用短暂性缺氧再复氧复注血清来诱导原代培养的大鼠大脑皮质星形胶质细胞损伤,用免疫细胞化学方法检测凋亡敏感基因的表达,并作图像分析;用流式细胞仪检测胶质细胞在短暂缺氧再复氧复注血清后不同时间点的凋亡率.结果凋亡敏感基因在缺氧15 min再复氧复注血清5 h后表达最高,在复氧复注血清16 h后恢复至对照组水平;细胞凋亡率在缺氧15 min再复氧复注血清1h时达到最高,而在再复氧复注血清5 h后降至对照组水平.结论凋亡敏感基因具有抗凋亡的作用,可减轻星形胶质细胞的缺血再灌注损伤. 相似文献

1%线状透明颤菌面霜在中国女性敏感性皮肤的功效与耐受性评价 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的评价温泉浮游生物纯提取物(pureextractthermalplankton,PETP)即线状透明颤菌(Vitreoscillafiliformis,VF)提取物用于中国女性敏感性皮肤的功效与耐受性。方法经临床检查和乳酸刺激实验筛选出伴有敏感性皮肤的健康女性36例。早晚清洁面部后,均匀涂抹1%VF面霜,每日2次,连续使用3周。分别于实验前后由同一个皮肤科医师观察受试者的皮肤乳酸刺激分数,以及皮肤的临床表现(干燥、红斑、鳞屑、弹性、光滑度)。同时,检测皮肤颜色及皮肤角质层水合度等皮肤生物学参数。结果受试者的乳酸刺激分数显著降低,使用前后差异显著(P<0.0001)。干燥、红斑、鳞屑、光滑度均有不同程度改善。受试者对VF面霜耐受良好。结论伴有敏感性皮肤的中国女性,在皮肤日常护理中,使用含有VF提取物的护肤品有助于改善皮肤的敏感状态和皮肤保健。 相似文献

Reconstruction of skin defects of the distal third of the leg and foot is often a difficult task. Shape, resistance to shearing stresses in the weight-bearing surface and sensibility are the main features that have to be restored. For coverage of this region, the authors have used, in selected patients, the lateral arm flap (LAF) since 1994. This flap is thin, easy to dissect and has the possibility to be innervated through the posterior cutaneous nerve of the arm. Fourteen cases are presented. The drawbacks of this flap are the loss of sensibility in the forearm (partially transient) and the scar on the arm, which can be rather unsightly in young ladies and when big flaps are harvested skin graft is needed. 相似文献

Summary The ascending and descending components of the medial forebrain bundle (MFB) were investigated by means of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) with a sensitive substrate. The HRP was injected iontophoretically into the MFB at various levels from the anterior commissure to the posterior hypothalamus. In order to prevent the diffusion of HRP to other brain areas, a double micropipette system was used. The descending components of the MFB are derived from (1) the anterior cingulate area, infra- or prelimbic area, and sulcal cortex, (2) the lateral septal nucleus and diagonal band, (3) the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis, (4) the paraventricular nucleus (5) the substantia innominata, (6) the amygdaloid complex (AM), (7) the ventromedial (VM) and dorsomedial (DM) hypothalamic nuclei, (8) the entopeduncular nucleus and (9) nucleus periventricularis stellatocellularis. 目的分析慢性前列腺炎(chronicprostatitis,CP)致病菌及复合药敏试验规律,探索治疗方法.方法对300例无菌采集的前列腺液(EPS)标本同时接种需氧菌,厌氧菌、L型菌培养基鉴定并做药敏试验.结果表皮葡萄球菌(58.3%)、丙酸杆菌(29.3%)为CP致病的两大优势菌;二者在致病过程中具有协同作用;表皮葡萄菌随年龄增大而感染率降低,三组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),L型菌是疾病复发、难以治愈的原因之一;治疗首选利福平、氟哌酸而青霉素、洁霉素几乎是无效的.结论多种形式的细菌检测和复合药敏试验是非常必要的,目前尚无他法替代. 相似文献

The effects of various vehicles and adhesives on the percutaneous absorption of isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) were evaluated. Lauroglycol ® FCC showed the highest flux among vehicles tested. The flux of ISDN from silicone and acrylic adhesive matrices was found to be higher than that from other types of adhesive matrices. No statistically significant relationship between the flux from acrylic PSA and the flux from a solution formulation was observed. A highly cross-linked acrylic adhesive gave higher permeation rates than the other acrylic adhesives examined. N-decylmethyl sulfoxide showed the highest enhancing effect on the flux of ISDN from acrylic adhesive. The relationship between the HLB values of vehicles and the measured flux showed a decrease of flux at HLB values greater than 12. 相似文献

Childhood adversity (CA) is associated with increased risks of psychiatric disorder in young adulthood, but details in this association are less known. We aimed to explore the association of a range of CA indicators with psychiatric disorder in young adulthood, and the impact of age at exposure, disorder type and accumulation of indicators. We capitalized on Sweden's extensive and high-quality registers and analyzed a cohort of all Swedes (N = 107,704) born in Stockholm County 1987–1991. Adversities included familial death, parental substance misuse and psychiatric disorder, parental criminality, parental separation, public assistance recipiency and residential instability. Age at exposure was categorized as: 0–6.9 years (infancy and early childhood), 7–11.9 years (middle childhood), and 12–14 years (early adolescence). Psychiatric disorders after age 15 were defined from ICD codes through registers. Risks were calculated as Hazard Ratios (HR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI).Results showed that exposure to at least one CA was associated with an increased risk of psychiatric disorder (HR 1.4, 95% CI: 1.3–1.4). Risks were increased for mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders and ADHD but not for eating disorders. The risk varied with type of disorder but was similar for all exposure periods. Individuals with multiple (3+) CAs had a two-fold risk of psychiatric disorder (HR 2.0, 95% CI: 1.9–2.1). In conclusion, our findings support the long-term negative impact of CA on mental health, regardless of developmental period of exposure. Given that experience of CA is common, efforts should be put to alleviate the burden of childhood adversities for children, particularly among the most disadvantaged. 相似文献

目的观察多功能激光光电平台联合生长因子治疗面部皮炎及敏感性皮肤的疗效及安全性。方法对6例面部皮炎及20例敏感性皮肤患者进行多功能激光光电平台联合生长因子治疗,1次/周,治疗4次。对主观症状瘙痒、刺痛、灼热、紧绷感及客观体征红斑、丘疹、鳞屑、毛细血管扩张进行评分,检测a值、L值、皮肤厚度及密度值。结果治疗2周及4周瘙痒、刺痛、灼热、紧绷、红斑及鳞屑均有明显改善(P<0.05)。丘疹4周时改善明显(P<0.05),毛细血管扩张无明显改善(P>0.05)。治疗后皮肤红度降低(P<0.05)、亮度增加(P<0.05),皮肤厚度增加(P<0.05),密度降低(P<0.05),随治疗次数增加疗效增加。无明显不良反应。结论多功能激光光电平台联合生长因子导入治疗是一种安全有效的治疗方法。 相似文献
