目的:探讨重组人干扰素α-2 b凝胶联合伐昔洛韦对复发性生殖器疱疹(GH )患者细胞免疫功能的影响及预防复发作用。方法:选择复发性GH患者共84例,随机分为两组(对照组与观察组)。两组患者均予以伐昔洛韦胶囊300mg,2次/d,饭前空腹口服,连用4周。观察组患者加用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶局部涂擦,4次/d,连用10d。对照组患者除不使用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶外余治疗同观察组。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗4周后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,并比较治疗后随访6个月及1年内的复发率。结果:治疗4周后,观察组患者外周血CD4+水平和CD4+/CD8+比值较前明显上升,CD8+水平较前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后比较差异不明显(P>0.05)。治疗后随访6个月及1年,观察组的复发率分别为26.19%和47.62%,均明显低于对照组的47.62%和73.81%(χ2=4.14和6.04,P<0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素α-2 b凝胶联合伐昔洛韦治疗复发性GH能调节外周血T淋巴细胞亚群功能紊乱,增强其细胞免疫功能,从而能降低其复发率,具有预防复发作用。  相似文献

目的探讨磷酸铝凝胶联合多潘立酮治疗喉咽反流性疾病(LPRD)的临床效果。方法选择已确诊为喉咽反流性疾病患者90例,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组各30例,A组给予磷酸铝凝胶治疗,B组给予多潘立酮治疗,C组给予磷酸铝凝胶与多潘立酮联合治疗,并观察三组用药后的临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后,A、B、C三组的总有效率分别为70.00%、56.67%、93.33%,三组相比较,C组明显优于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论联合应用磷酸铝凝胶与多潘立酮治疗喉咽反流性疾病,不但减轻了胃酸对咽喉黏膜的损伤,还最大限度地防止了反流的发生,从而达到根本的治疗效果。  相似文献

Abstract BACKGROUND: Chemical composition of nano-hydroxyapatite is close to the bone inorganic ingredients, has a good biological activity and biocompatibility, and can be used to repair damage hard tissue or lesions, has been widely used in plastic surgery and oral restoration. Its wide application as load-bearing implants is limited due to its brittleness. In recent years, nano- hydroxyapatite/organics composites have been widely investigated. OBJECTIVE: To review studies on nano-hydroxyapatite/gelatin/polyvinyl-alcohol composites. METHODS: Databases of Science Direct and CNKI were retrieved between January 1994 and December 2009 using key words of “nano-hydroxyapatite; gel; PVA; composite” in English and in Chinese. Totally 126 related articles were selected. Earlier published, duplicated and similar studies were excluded, 24 articles were summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Interaction between three phases in nano-hydroxyapatite/gelatin/polyvinyl-alcohol composites showed polyvinyl-alcohol acts as a crosslink reagent. Due to increasing formation of chemical bonds and complex network structure in three phases, the interface binding and mechanical properties of nano-hydroxyapatite/gelatin/polyvinyl-alcohol composites were improved. Therefore, polyvinyl-alcohol would be a potential crosslink reagent, avoiding the pollution of aldehyde crosslink reagents.  相似文献

目的:建立蒲金凝胶剂的制备工艺及其质量标准。方法:以卡波姆为辅料制备蒲金凝胶剂;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)和显色反应对蒲金凝胶剂进行定性鉴别;用HPLC对绿原酸进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱和显色反应鉴别可检出样品中相应的薄层斑点和颜色特征。绿原酸在0.2~1.2μg样品含量与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6(n=5),平均回收率在99.6%,RSD 1.38%(n=6)。结论:本制剂制备工艺简单,质量稳定,质控方法可行。  相似文献

Background   This trial was undertaken to assess the efficacy of a multimodality management regime used for the prevention of hypertrophic scars. It follows previous research and experience (A.D. Widgerow et al, Aesthetic Plast Surg, 24(3):227–234, 2000) with a similar program but with the addition of active agents with specific effects against prolonged inflammation and enhanced hydrative capacity. The modalities specifically targeted are tension on the scar, hydration of the scar, collagen maturation, and controlled inflammation. Methods   Tape was impregnated with a combination of agents providing an occlusive dressing aimed at combatting exaggerated scarring. Patients who had undergone surgery were stratified into four groups: Group 1, 60 patients/60 scars following simple skin excisions, 30 treated scars, 30 untreated scars; Group 2, 20 patients/40 scars, each patient with two excisions, one treated, one untreated; Group 3, 10 patients/20 scars following bilateral breast surgery, one side treated with tape alone, one side treated with tape and gel; Group 4, 30 patients with varying cosmetic procedures/50 scars, all treated and compared with historical outcomes for hypertrophic scarring. Thus, 170 scars were assessed in 120 patients. Results   Results were assessed at 1, 2, and 6 months using a combination of accepted scar assessment techniques. By amalgamating the Vancouver, Manchester, and morphologic table systems together with Patient and Observer Scar Assessment analyses, a comprehensive assessment of scar outcomes was undertaken and comparisons were made with control groups. Conclusion   Treated groups showed improvement outcomes in all variations of assessment. Patient and observer assessments correlated well, and morphologic appearances of the scars following the final assessment at 6 months showed statistically significant positive scar outcomes in the treatment groups. Different portions of the 5-upstream region of the mouse DNA polymerase β gene were combined with bacterial chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (CAT) gene of the CAT vector. Transfection of these recombinant plasmids into mouse NIH/3T3 cells has revealed that each of the previously identified two negatively acting regions (silencers I and II) of this gene consists of multiple sub-domains. The distal silencer (silencer I) at around -1.5 kb consists of four sub-domains (-1852 to -1667, -1663 to -1616, -1564 to -1525 and -1355 to -1257). The promoter-proximal silencer (silencer II) at around – 0.5 kb consists of two functional domains (- 681 to – 523 and – 490 to – 447) separated by a neutral region of 33 base pairs. Silencer II functioned efficiently when silencer I was deleted. Conversely, the distal silencer I functioned efficiently when silencer II was deleted. Thus, these silencers functioned redundantly to each other in NIH/3T3 cells. Nucleotide sequence analysis revealed no extensive sequence similarity between these two silencers. Significant sequence similarity is present between a distal portion of silencer II and the c-myc gene silencer, and also between a proximal portion of silencer II and the mouse F9 cell-specific silencer. A protein factor(s) that specifically bound to the silencer elements was detected in nuclear extracts of NIH/3T3 cells and mouse liver in which DNA polymerase β was expressed at a rather low level. The same binding factor(s) can bind to both silencer I and II regions, although its affinity for silencer II is much higher than that for silencer I.  相似文献

利用头孢菌素和反离子HPO_4~(2-)的相互作用,在匍聚糖凝胶Sephadex G-10色谱柱中,对12种不同结构的头孢菌素中的高分子杂质进行了分离。 离子对试剂可以明显改变头孢菌素在葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex G-10中的色谱行为,使其Kav值增大,改变幅度和头孢菌素的侧链结构有关。依据实验结果,对反离子HPO_4~(2-)和头孢菌素作用,改变头孢菌素在Sephadex凝胶中色谱行为的机制进行了讨论。  相似文献

Summary Calcium and phosphate were allowed to diffuse into gelatin and Type I collagen gels which were then cut into slices and analyzed for ion concentrations. Solutions of calcium and phosphate were then prepared, with ion concentrations equivalent to the highest levels in the slices, and mixed together, whereupon a rapid and copious precipitation of hydroxyapatite (HA) was observed. In contrast, HA bands were not visible in the gels until 1 to 21/2 days after analysis. These results indicate that Type I collagen exerts a considerable inhibitory effect on HA proliferation, probably by steric blockage of nuclei and crystal formation and growth. It thus appears that Type I collagen should be added to the list of agents that perform a regulatory role in bone mineral formation.  相似文献

The aims of this study were to test a locally applied carvacrol gel and determine its efficacy preventing alveolar bone loss in experimental periodontitis in rats by regular methodology to validate applicability the atomic force microscopy (AFM) as a novel morphology method on this model. Wistar rats were subjected to ligature around second, upper‐left molars. Animals were treated carvacrol gel topically (CAG), immediately after Experimental Periodontitis Disease induction for 1′ three‐times/day for 11 days. A vehicle gel was utilized as control. The periodontium and the surrounding gingivae were examined at regular histopathology and by AFM method; the neutrophil influx into the gingivae was also assayed using myeloperoxidase activity. The bacterial flora was assessed through culture of the gingival tissue. Alveolar bone loss was significantly inhibited by CAG group compared to the Vehicle (V) group, the carvacrol gel treatment reduced tissue lesion at histopathology, with preservation of the periodontium, coupled to decreased myeloperoxidase activity in gingival tissue and also prevented the proliferation of periodontal microorganisms and the weight loss. The GAC treatment preserved alveolar bone resorption and showed anti‐inflammatory and antibacterial activities in experimental periodontitis. Topographical changes in histological sections were seen bringing into high relief the periodontal structures, being a simple and cost‐effective method for periodontal evaluation with ultrastructural resolution.
