基于改进蝙蝠算法的工业控制系统入侵检测

针对蝙蝠算法（BA）易陷入局部极小的缺点,提出了两点改进：（1）在蝙蝠位置更新时考虑了当前局部最优解分布对算法的影响;（2）将差分进化算法（DE）中的变异操作迁移到蝙蝠算法中,采用随机性变异的方式增加了种群多样性,提升了算法局部搜索能力,并通过典型测试函数验证了本文算法的优越性。将该算法用于工业控制系统（ICS）入侵检测中支持向量机（SVM）分类器的参数优化,使用工控入侵检测标准数据集进行仿真研究。结果表明,与DE、粒子群算法（PSO）和遗传算法（GA）等优化算法相比,其优化的SVM入侵检测模型在检测率、漏报率和误报率等指标上都有显著提升。     

Growth process of small pancreatic carcinoma： A case report with imaging observation for 22 months

This report describes serial observations of the growth process of a small invasive ductal carcinoma （IDC） of the pancreas from imaging studies. Histopathological studies showed IDC with macroscopic retention cysts proximal to an intraductal papillary-mucinous adenoma with mild atypia of the branch duct type in the pancreatic body, with no relation between the two lesions. IDC was demonstrated as an extremely low-echoic mass resembling a cyst with an unclear margin on the initial endoscopic ultrasonography. We misinterpreted the lowechoic mass as a benign intraductal mucinous-papillary neoplasm （IPMN） based on findings of other imaging studies, and the patient was followed-up. The mass increased from 7 mm to 13 mm in diameter over 22 mo, and remained smaller than 10 mm in diameter for about 420 d. The tumor volume doubling time was 252 d. The Ki67 labeling index was 15.9%, similar to that described in previous reports. Hence, IDC may grow slowly while remaining small.

巴贝虫是一类专性的细胞内寄生的顶复门原虫,是人和动物的重要病原。这类原虫具有相似的亚细胞结构并能分泌与入侵相关的保守蛋白,尤其是在入侵宿主细胞阶段分泌的棒状体相关蛋白被认为是保护寄生虫入侵和繁殖的关键分子,其在虫体入侵的纳虫空泡形成过程中发挥重要作用。随着基因组学和蛋白质组学技术的不断发展,其相关研究也越来越深入。因此,本文就目前研究较多的牛巴贝虫、羊巴贝虫、吉氏巴贝虫、双芽巴贝虫和东方巴贝虫等棒状体相关蛋白的研究现状进行了综述。     

沙门氏菌入侵基因研究进展

沙门氏菌是一种侵袭性胞内菌,由侵入基因表达的沙门氏菌侵袭蛋白与沙门氏菌的致病性密切相关。沙门氏菌的侵袭蛋白为invA、invB、invC、invD、invE、invF、invG、invH、invI、invJ等一组位SPI-1毒力岛的基因编码。对沙门氏菌入侵基因的研究进展进行综述。

Nicotine enhances migration and invasion of human esophageal squamous carcinoma cells which is inhibited by nimesulide

AIM： To study the effect of nicotine on the migration and invasion of human esophageal squamous carcinoma cells and to investigate whether nimesulide can inhibit the effect of nicotine.METHODS： The esophageal squamous carcinoma cell line （TE-13） was treated with different concentrations of nicotine （100 μg/mL and 200 μg/mL） or 200 μg/mL nicotine plus 100 μmol/L nimesulide. Cell migration and invasion were measured using migration and invasion chamber systems. COX-2 expression was determined by Western blotting. Matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） was analyzed by zymography and ELISA.RESULTS： Nicotine （100 μg/mL, 200 μg/mL） enhanced TE-13 cells migration and invasion, and increased the protein expression of COX-2 and the activity of MMP-2. Nicotine （200 μ/mL） stimulated TE-13 cells migration and invasion which were partly blocked by nimesulide. This was associated with decreased protein expression of COX-2 and decreased activity and protein expression of MMP-2. CONCLUSION： Nicotine enhances the migration and invasion of the esophageal squamous carcinoma cell line, and nimesulide partly blocks the effect ofnicotine-enhanced esophageal squamous carcinoma cell migration and invasion.
