目的对1例192Ir极不均匀外照射局部极重度放射损伤病人进行临床观察。方法系统观察了病变的临床过程和应用红外线热成像技术测定了损伤部位的温度变化。结果照射后2小时出现肢体麻木、抽搐,最早照后4小时出现红斑、肿胀,54小时出现水疱,第5天出现坏死和剧痛,最晚出现红斑、肿胀是照射后41天,47天出现水疱和糜烂创面。红外线热成像显示:损伤早期温度升高,水疱、坏死区和损伤后期温度降低,温度升高越早,损伤越重,温度改变区域与损伤范围相一致。结论大剂量极不均匀外照射放射损伤的初期反应早,放射病与局部损伤相互加重病情,症状先后不一,轻重不等,致残率高和疼痛剧烈,红外线热成像温度变化可以作为临床诊断的指标之一。  相似文献

自体造血干细胞移植 (ASCT)是治疗复发性、难治性和侵袭性恶性淋巴瘤的有效方法 ,但因存在体内肿瘤细胞负荷过多和移植物被肿瘤细胞污染 ,使移植后的复发率增高。为了提高ASCT的疗效 ,可采取 :①移植前美罗华体内净化 ,除去外周血B细胞 ,清除移植物的肿瘤细胞污染 ;②移植后用美罗华和非交叉耐药药物交替联合化疗 ,以杀伤体内肿瘤细胞 ;③移植前或后累及野放射治疗 (IFRT)辅助 ,降低原发灶的复发率  相似文献

蘑菇多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞作用的体外研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
目的 观察蘑菇多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞免疫调节作用及对体外培养的肿瘤细胞作用的影响。方法 采用比色法测定经蘑菇多糖处理的巨噬细胞内LDH的活性。MTT法观察蘑菇多糖与巨噬细胞的共同培养上清对HL-60细胞及K562细胞的抑制率。结果 (1)蘑菇多糖明显激活小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的共同培养上清对HL-60细胞及K562细胞的抑制率。结果 (1)蘑菇多糖明显激活小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,显著提高巨噬细胞的LDH活性;(2)蘑菇多糖作用下的巨噬细胞上清液可显著抑制HL-60细胞及K562细胞的增殖。结论 蘑菇多糖的抗肿瘤作用可能是通过激活小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的活性实现的。  相似文献

The vitamin D3 derived hormone 1,25 (OH)2 vitamin D3 (1,25 D3) is able to induce growth arrest and differentiation in myelomonocytic leukaemia cells. In order to allow for specific delivery to leukaemic cells the lipophilic compound was incorporated into the lipid membranes of liposomes. Liposomal 1,25 D3 reduced proliferation as measured by 3H-thymidine incorporation in HL60 leukaemia cells by up to 60%. When liposomes were prepared at different concentrations of 1,25 D3 65% inhibition was achieved at 48 n M . The MC 1288 stereoisomer of 1,25 D3 was more potent and had the same activity at 48 n M .
The effect of the liposomal compounds was specific to myeloid cells as they reduced proliferation in myelomonocytic HL60, monoblastic U937 and monocytic Mono Mac 6 cells but not in the T-cell lines Jurkat and Molt 4.
The antiproliferative effect of liposomal 1,25 D3 was associated with an induction of differentiation since treated HL60 cells showed a monocytic morphology, increased expression of CD14 and decreased expression of CD33.
When peripheral blood leukaemic cells from M4 and M5 acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) patients were admixed with liposomal compounds an antiproliferative effect was seen in all five cases, including the two cases where free compounds led to enhanced growth. Liposomal delivery of 1,25 (OH)2 vitamin D3 may offer a novel approach to treatment of myelomonocytic leukaemia.  相似文献

The irregular shape or contour of the patient’s surface in the treatment field can alter the dose distribution resulting in non-uniformity of dose in the treatment volume. Missing tissue compensators have been most commonly used to improve this non-uniformity, especially in head & neck, breast, lung and supraclavicular regions. Two or three dimensional compensators have been typically designed to make the dose uniform at a specific depth. This compensation shifts the dose distribution within the treatment volume so that some structures may be under or over compensated. This study will examine how various sites in head and neck cases are affected by compensators. We have also analyzed the uncertainty in compensated dose due to the daily variations in patient repositioning. Computer isodose plans using Cobalt-60 gamma rays and 6 and 18 MV x-rays were generated using coronal contours. Results show that the dose uniformity is improved for the treatment sites, especially for the thinner sites, like the larynx and the anterior cervical neck nodes. Finally, patient movement or positioning errors of ±1.0 cm will cause a change in dose distribution.  相似文献

Twenty-one patients with germ cell tumors (17 germinomas and 4 teratomas) involving the hypothalamic-neurohypophysial (HN) region were reviewed retrospectively. Eleven patients were males and 10 females, and their ages ranged from 7 to 45 years (average 18.5 years). Diabetes insipidus was the initial and the most prominent symptom in most germinomas; in teratomas the most prominent symptom was visual disturbance. Fifteen patients with germinomas were treated by radiotherapy, and 4 with teratomas were treated by surgical resection alone. Two recent germinoma patients with extensive CSF dissemination were treated with systemic chemotherapy consisting of anticancer platinum drugs and etoposide, which resulted in a complete disappearance of the tumors. Patients with germinoma treated after the introduction of CT scanning had a greatly improved mortality rate, and their actual survival rate was 87.5% over 10 years. On the basis of this review, the authors consider that diagnosis at an early stage of the disease and chemotherapy, which can be an effective therapeuric alternative to radiation therapy, may improve not only the mortality rate but also the quality of life of patients with HN germ cell tumors.  相似文献

从东亚钳蝎粗毒中分离纯化出蝎毒素Ⅳ,经套管注入侧脑室,用辐射热测痛和屈肌反射检测两种方法,观察蝎毒素Ⅳ的中枢镇痛作用,结果蝎毒索Ⅳ可以明显延长大鼠缩腿潜伏期,并可显著抑制C纤维诱发的屈肌反射。提示蝎毒素Ⅳ具有显著的中枢镇痛作用。  相似文献

进一步研究了抗三尖杉酯碱的HL-60细胞(HR20)抗细胞凋亡的机制及该抗性和抗药性的关系。结果表明,环孢菌素A(CsA)20,10μg·ml ̄(-1)诱导HL-60细胞发生凋亡,而阻断HR20细胞于G_1期,就不能诱导细胞发生凋亡。低浓度的CsA明显增加柔红霉素在HR20细胞内的积聚,其逆转抗药性作用与阻断细胞周期运行无关。CsA10μg·ml ̄(-1)处理HR20细胞,可引起50kDa的蛋白质高度磷酸化。结果提示:环孢菌素A阻断抗三尖杉酯碱的HL-60细胞于G_1期,而诱导敏感的HL-60细胞发生凋亡,其阻断作用与抗药性无关  相似文献

目的:研究云芝多糖(CVP,ip)对小鼠有关组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的作用。方法:实验在正常,荷瘤和~(60)Co-γ线辐射损伤小鼠中同步进行。SOD活力测定采用肾上腺素自氧化法。结果:CVP既能不同程度地增强正常小鼠和正常迟发型超敏感性(DH)小鼠淋巴细胞,脾及胸腺中SOD的活力,又能明显恢复或防止肿瘤或辐射对小鼠DH和淋巴细胞,脾及胸腺中SOD的抑制效应。CVP对肿瘤生长和肿瘤组织中SOD活力均有明显抑制作用。结论:CVP对小鼠SOD活性有促进作用,CVP的抗肿瘤和免疫恢复作用与其对SOD的作用有一定的联系。  相似文献

A prospective, randomized trial evaluates the effects of two postoperative treatment regimens on survival in 198 adult patients with supratentorial gliomas. All patients were irradiated with 6 000 rads after possibly radical removal of tumors. CCNU administration in the dosis of 100 mg/sq m of body surface every 6–8 weeks following surgery proved to have no significant effect on the survival of patients. The median survival time in patients receiving radiation therapy alone was 61±7 weeks, while in those receiving additional chemotherapy was 56±4 weeks. Tumor histological malignancy and patients age were found to be the only important prognostic factors, irrespective of the treatment modality.
