采用一次性训练的被动回避反应—“Y”电迷宫法,观察益智灵对亚硝酸钠和30%乙醇致小鼠记忆障碍的改善作用,并与尼莫地平和神经生长因子的作用作了比较。3种药物对改善亚硝酸钠致记忆巩固障碍均有效。益智灵和神经生长因子还拮抗30%乙醇致记忆再现障碍。另结果表明益智灵对正常小鼠学习行为有促进作用,其它两药未见有此作用。 相似文献

目的:探讨百岁方颗粒剂对脑梗死患者认知功能障碍的干预作用.方法:选择脑梗死患者160例,随机分为治疗组80例,对照组80例,分别服用百岁方及尼莫地平,疗程为2个月.观察治疗前后患者的简易智力状态检查表(MMSE)、中医症状、神经功能缺损中国中风量表(CSS)的积分改变及血液流变学、纤维蛋白原等各项指标.结果:临床观察表明,百岁方能提高脑梗死患者MMSE积分,降低中医症状积分,降低CSS积分,改善血液流变学.两组中医症状疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为76.25%,对照组总有效率为58.75%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的中医症状积分、CSS积分、血黏度高切均优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:百岁方颗粒剂是改善脑梗死患者认知功能的有效中药制剂. 相似文献

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Suogudan Granule (SGDG) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods: Ninety patients with RA were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group. The treated group was administered
orally with SGDG 6 g each time, thrice a day, while the control group with the combined therapy of Fenbid Capsules 0.3 g each
time, twice a day and Tripterygium tablet 20 mg each time, thrice a day. The treatment course for both groups was 6 weeks.
The changes of clinical symptoms and signs, and laboratory indices such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), rheumatoid
factor (RF), antistreptolysin O (ASO), routine examination of blood and urine, liver and kidney function, etc. before and
after treatment were observed.Results: (1) The total effective rate in the treated group (88. 0%) was obviously higher than that in the control group (67. 5%)
with significant difference (P<0.05). (2) The improvement in arthralgia, joint swelling, time of morning stiffness, 15-meter walking, analgesia initiation
and persistence in the treated group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01), but there was no obvious difference in improvement of joint tenderness, range of joint motion, grip strength, and
initiating detumescence time (P>0.05). (3) The improvement in ESR and RF in the treated group was better than that in the control group with significant
difference (P<0.05). The negative conversion rate of ASO in the treated group was also higher than that in the control group (P<0. 01). (4) No evident abnormality in blood, urine, liver or kidney function was found in either group.Conclusion: SGDG is effective and safe for the treatment of RA.

Summary A cerebellar tumor of a 4-month-old girl was examined by light and electron microscopy. The presence of numerous synaptic vesicles in many cell processes and the occasional synaptic devices warranted the diagnosis of neuroblastoma of the cerebellum. PURPOSE: The role of protein synthesis in mossy fiber sprouting is unclear. Conflicting reports exist on whether a single dose of the protein synthesis-blocker cycloheximide administered around the time of an epileptogenic injury can block the eventual development of mossy fiber sprouting. METHODS: In rats, osmotic minipumps and cannulae were implanted to deliver 8 mg/ml cycloheximide to one dentate gyrus and vehicle to the other. This method has been used to block protein synthesis in the infused region for up to 5 days with minimal neurotoxic effects (Taha and Stryker, Neuron 2002;34:425-36). After 2 days of infusion, rats were treated with pilocarpine to induce status epilepticus. Pumps were removed 3 days later. Thirty days after pilocarpine treatment, rats were perfused, and hippocampal sections were processed for Timm staining. RESULTS: Timm staining revealed aberrant mossy fiber sprouting in the inner molecular layer regardless of whether hippocampi were treated with cycloheximide or vehicle. Cycloheximide-treated hippocampi displayed more aberrant Timm staining and more tissue damage around the infusion site than did vehicle-treated hippocampi. CONCLUSIONS: Prolonged infusion of cycloheximide, spanning the period of pilocarpine treatment, did not block mossy fiber sprouting. This finding suggests that protein-dependent mechanisms around the time of an epileptogenic injury are not necessary for the eventual development of synaptic reorganization. 相似文献

Cerebellar granule cells receive inhibitory synaptic input from Golgi cells, which is mediated by gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) acting on GABA(A) receptors. In the present study we examined the properties of GABAergic inhibitory postsynaptic currents (IPSCs) in granule cells of the rat at a time when they first receive synaptic contacts from Golgi cells. Our results demonstrate that granule cells receive functional GABAergic synaptic input as early as postnatal day three (P3). The kinetic properties of these early IPSCs and the single-channel conductance of the synaptic receptors are similar to those seen at the end of the first postnatal week, suggesting a stable subunit composition during this initial period of development. However, at P3, unlike the situation at more mature synapses, two distinct patterns of synaptic activity are evident, with IPSCs occurring either regularly or in bursts. In addition we find that Golgi cells are spontaneously active during early development, and at P7 most IPSCs are action potential-dependent. Moreover, paired Golgi-granule cell recordings suggest a high level of connectivity and a high release probability at these early synapses. 相似文献

为研究金诃愈心冲剂(主药:白檀香、广酸枣、肉豆蔻、藏锦鸡儿等)治疗心血管疾病的机理,给予Wistar大鼠灌喂高脂饲料的同时,以愈心冲剂灌胃,8周后测定血脂和血液流变学指标,并与脂必妥组比较。结果:金诃愈心冲剂能防止高脂饲料所致的血脂和血液流变性的紊乱,且有一定的量效关系。提示金诃愈心冲剂能防治高脂血症,这可能是该药治疗心血管疾病的机理之一。 相似文献
