为了进一步减少骨巨细胞瘤术后复发率,对12例骨巨细胞瘤行瘤段切除术,再根据肿瘤的部位、大小、病检情况,分别采取各种类型人工假体、自体骨移植和瘤段骨高温高压灭活原位回植等重建肢体功能。全部病例随访2~22年,无1例复发,术侧肢体功能均有不同程度恢复。认为,骨巨细胞瘤瘤段切除术能减少肿瘤复发率,是较传统的囊内刮除术和囊外边缘切除术更有效的治疗骨巨细胞瘤的方法。  相似文献

Osgood‘s Semantic Differential Questionnaire was usedto study 40 couples undergoing an artificial insemination bydonor (AID) programme. The following reference concepts wereused: Father, Mother, Work, Marriage, Myself, Children, Pregnancy,Guilt, Sex and Family. The results show that women consider’being a Mother‘ as something emotionally ’warm‘,take a positive position, feel ’nervous‘ and wishthe event happened quickly; this is significantly differentto men, who give less importance to this fact. Men are moreconcerned about the pregnancy and consider it a ’hard‘,’strong‘ and ’heavy‘ experience. Thescore in the concept Guilt significantly stands out from therest of the concepts in both men and women; it is also strikinghow AID women relate the concept Mother with the concept Father,whereas men establish the association between Mother and Work.  相似文献

Previous work has indicated that instillation of artificial tears increases measured intraocular pressure with the American Optical Non-contact tonometer. An increase of 1.5 mm Hg and 1.8 mm Hg was demonstrated with the introduction of one and two drops of artificial tears respectively. In this study, intra-ocular pressure was measured using a Keeler Pulsair tonometer on subjects widi and without the application of artificial tears. The intra-ocular pressure measurement was found to be increased significantly by die application of artificial tears. However, the difference was not regarded as clinically significant. The influence of successive measurements of intra-ocular pressure using this tonometer was also studied. There was again no significant difference. (Clin Exp Optom 1993; 76: 6: 215–218)  相似文献

We have succeeded in miniaturizing a glucose monitoring system into a needle type which preserves the characteristics suitable to apply in a wearable closed-loop control system. The wearable artificial endocrine pancreas (12 times 15 times 6 cm, 400 g) consists of the sensor, a microcomputer system which calculates insulin and glucagon infusion rates and a 2-syringe driving system. When glucose monitorings were attempted by a needle-type glucose sensor inserted in subcutaneous tissue of the forearm or abdomen of healthy and diabetic volunteers, these results were around 10% lower than blood glucose concentrations, but high correlation between them was observed in the range of49–388 mg/dl. Perfect glycemic controls were established by infusing insulin intravenously or even subcutaneously in response to measured glucose concentrations on a moment-to-moment basis in diabetics for a period of several days. By comparing the glycemic controls with those obtained in each patient with intensified multiple insulin injection regimes, the superiority of feedback control with the system was clearly demonstrated. These data might indicate the feasibility of long-term glycemic control in ambulatory diabetic patients with a wearable closed-loop glycemic control system.  相似文献

作者采用适当配方和制造工艺研制成多孔磷酸三钙陶瓷人工骨。理化性能检测显示其具有独特的连通孔和大孔/微孔结构;平均孔径380μm(240~510μm);气孔率46.4%;抗压强度97.4kg/cm~2;材料含CaO49.09%(W/W)、P_2O_548.84%,生物相容性检测显示该人工骨无毒性;对组织无刺激;不引起异物反应;不致溶血或突变;骨组织能有效长入材料孔内并与材料直接接触,具有良好的生物相容性。用该人工骨修复7例骨缺损,效果较满意。  相似文献

舌癌外科手术治疗常造成半舌或大半舌缺损,不仅给患者造成语言、吞咽、咀嚼功能障碍及外观畸形且可导致精神上的创伤。为重建舌的外形及功能,我们采用前臂(桡、尺侧)皮瓣及肌皮瓣对21例舌缺损患者进行了修复与再造。全部成功,术后外形功能满意。本文介绍了舌再造手术方法,对舌的功能性修复及如何提高手术成功率进行了讨论和评价。  相似文献

Human organ replacement is studied from the biomechanical, ergonomic and biocybernetic viewpoint and a new concept of endoprosthetics based on these sciences is advanced. Criteria are formulated for the evaluation of complex living systems originating after biomaterials implantation. The ergonomic concept suggests that many clinical and technical problems of endoprosthetics can be solved by a systematic approach, by patient selection on psychological as well as engineering grounds and by effective guiding of the endoprosthetized outcome of the man-machine system, so that the aim of endoprosthetics is effective functioning of the established man-machine system. The need to provide communication between the endoprosthesis and the operator after complex bioconstructions have been implanted, as well as the importance of purposeful training to handle the new system, is emphasised. Tasks are set in the context of a behavioural system for physicians, design engineers and patients.  相似文献

改良脱细胞异种真皮的制备与动物埋藏实验   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
目的:研制一种新型异种人工真皮。方法:应用鼠尾胶原和异种(猪)脱细胞真皮复合制备成新型复合真皮,将复合真皮与交联型脱细胞真皮分别埋藏于Balb/C小白鼠皮下,观察新型材料的组织相容性及促胶原代谢能力。结果:所有试验小鼠在早期均有毛发脱失现象,交联型真皮组持续时间长并伴有肉芽组织形成。4周后,新型复合真皮显示组织结构致密有序,降解时间更长;组织相容性及促自体胶原代谢能力均较交联型真皮更为优越。结论:新型材料具有更好的组织相容性和更强的促胶原代谢能力,是良好的皮肤组织工程支架材料。  相似文献
