1981～2000年《南通医学院学报》学术质量指标综合评价

采用文献计量学方法对《南通医学院学报》20卷78期4713篇论文的多项学术质量指标进行统计分析。结果：（1）信息量指数0．55篇／页;（2）单元作者系数2．33人／篇;（3）论文合著率64．52％;（4）出版时滞8．5个月;（5）国家自然科学基金资助等省部以上课题论文86篇;（6）平均引文量4．81条／篇;（7）衰减系数41．6％,其中中文衰减系数54．6％,外文衰减系数33．4％。统计结果表明,信息量指数呈上升趋势,单元作者系数和论文合著率偏低,出版时滞改善显著,基金资助论文数所占,平均引文量偏少,衰减系数增长明显。     

知识经济与高校信息服务业的战略转变

知识经济的迅猛发展,使我国高等学校的信息服务业面临着变革和发展的新机遇,本文在分析信息服务业内部各服务环节功能的传统性、局限性的基础上,提出了高校信息业发展的战略目标,以及为实现战略目标必须对各服务环节功能进行调整和改革的具体意见。同时强调指出：转变观念是实现改革与发展的先导。     

The contribution of medical burden to 22q11.2 deletion syndrome quality of life and functioning

PurposeTo date, there is no systematic method to quantify the medical burden of individuals with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome (22q11.2DS). This study aimed to design a Medical Burden Scale for 22q11.2DS to evaluate the effect of medical symptoms severity on quality of life (QoL) and functioning in individuals with this syndrome.MethodsIndividuals with 22q11.2DS (n = 76) were included in the study. A multidisciplinary group of physicians determined the severity of symptoms (on a scale of 0 to 4) of 8 major medical systems affected in 22q11.2DS, as well as the level of cognitive deficits and psychiatric morbidity. Regression models were used to evaluate the impact of medical, cognitive, and psychiatric symptoms’ severity on global assessment of functioning (GAF) and QoL.ResultsThe total Medical Burden Scale score was significantly associated with both QoL and GAF scores, beyond the effect of the psychiatric and cognitive deficits. We also found that QoL and GAF scores were associated with the severity scores of specific medical systems, particularly neurological symptoms, but also cardiovascular, ear-nose-throat, endocrinology, and orthopedics.ConclusionQuantifying the medical burden of 22q11.2DS individuals is feasible and indicates the overall and specific contribution of medical symptoms to QoL and functioning of 22q11.2DS individuals.     

Caregiver distress: what nurses in rural settings can do to help

Caregivers in rural settings experience unmet needs. Some family caregivers in rural areas, either willingly or grudgingly, take on the role of caregiving as one of many responsibilities. A review of the literature reveals that the burden of the added responsibility results in physiological and psychological caregiver distress. The authors suggest some strategies to meet caregiver needs and outline areas where research is needed.     

实验动物质量监测管理办公系统的开发

作为实验动物质量管理的中枢,实验动物监测管理工作程序中的许多信息是实验动物信息来源的重要而不可缺少的部分。这些数据需要通过特定的数据传输程序进入实验动物数据库进行处理分析,成为实验动物信息网络中的共享资源,这是实验动物信息网络开发的重要一环。本研究利用编程软件MSVBasic 6.0 和大型数据库管理系统MSSQL7-0 , 在实验动物数据库和信息网络的基础上针对实验动物质量监测管理专业性和第三方公正性的工作程序和岗位特点,编制实验动物质量监测管理办公网络系统,实现了软件客户化和实验动物质量监测工作信息化的要求。本文以广东省实验动物监测所( 简称监测所) 办公系统的建设为例,介绍该系统设计的原则和实现过程。     

健康寿命年——一个新的测量疾病负担的指标

介绍一种新的测量疾病负担的指标——健康寿命率（ＨｅａＬＹ）。我们用此指标对１９９０～１９９３年北京ＭＯＮＩＣＡ资料进行了重新估算和分析,并将其与几年前ＷＨＯ和世界银行提出的另一个测量疾病负担的指标ＤＡＬＹ进行了比较。     

Scopolamine Effects on Visual Information Processing, Attention, and Event-Related Potential Map Latencies

We measured performance and event-related brain potential (ERP) map latencies in 12 subjects during four visual discrimination tasks to compare the timing of scopolamine effects on information processing and attention. "Topographic component recognition" found ERP map latencies at times of best fit with a component model map. This "common topography" criterion minimized topographic differences among conditions to facilitate latency interpretations. Scopolamine slowed N1 latency in all tasks, and P3 and reaction time in some tasks. The drug delayed responses to easy targets more than to hard targets. It also induced a disproportionate N1 delay for unilateral high spatial frequency gratings. Both effects reflect a scopolamine-induced impairment when processing targets that usually capture attention. Scopolamine also impaired accuracy for unilateral high spatial frequency gratings, and for gratings presented at probable locations, confirming and extending previous findings. Scopolamine-induced P1 and N1 delays showed that visual processing was affected. Several results were inconsistent with a serial stage model. We suggest that scopolamine both delays selected processes and impairs a processing mode based on automatic capture of attention, inducing more serial processing.

同安区居民癌症负担中早死所致生命损失分析

目的：了解1990-2001年同安区居民癌症负担中因早死所致生命损失。方法：采用世界银行全球疾病负担评价指标体系和1990-2001年同安区死亡登记报告资料，分析恶性肿瘤给同安区居民健康造成的损失。结果：肝癌、食管癌、胃癌因早死所致生命损失年(YLLs)占恶性肿瘤总YLLs76．56％。其中．肝癌在恶性肿瘤YLLs顺位中位居第一。肺癌YLLs呈上升趋势。因早死所致生命损失主要发生在30-74岁年龄组人群。结论：消化道恶性肿瘤，尤其肝癌是危害该区居民生命健康的主要恶性肿瘤。
