用正交试验法对心脑安胶囊的制备工艺进行了探讨。用正丁醇浸出物含量为指标,考察了加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数4种因素对其提取效果的影响。结果表明,加水量的多少是影响切药材煎煮效果的主要因素,为了保证有效成分的煎出,心脑安胶囊拟采用13倍量水,浸泡12h,煎煮2次,每次1.5h为宜。 相似文献

ObjectivesDiutina (Candida) catenulata is an ascomycetous yeast isolated from environmental sources and animals, occasionally infecting humans. The aim of this study is to shed light on the in vitro antifungal susceptibility and genetic diversity of this opportunistic yeast.MethodsForty-five D. catenulata strains isolated from various sources (including human and environmental sources) and originating from nine countries were included. Species identification was performed using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry and confirmed via internal transcribed spacer ribosomal DNA barcoding. In vitro antifungal susceptibility was determined for seven systemic antifungals via the gradient strip method after 48 hours of incubation at 35°C using Etest® (Biomérieux) or Liofilchem® strips. Isolates exhibiting fluconazole minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of ≥8 μg/mL were investigated for mutations in the ERG11 gene. A novel microsatellite genotyping scheme consisting of four markers was developed to assess genetic diversity.ResultsMIC ranges for amphotericin B, caspofungin, micafungin, isavuconazole, and posaconazole were 0.19–1 μg/mL, 0.094–0.5 μg/mL, 0.012–0.064 μg/mL, 0.003–0.047 μg/mL, and 0.006–0.032 μg/mL, respectively. By comparison, a broad range of MICs was noted for fluconazole (0.75 to >256 μg/mL) and voriconazole (0.012–0.38 mg/L), the higher values being observed among clinical strains. The Y132F amino acid substitution, associated with azole resistance in various Candida species (C. albicans, C. tropicalis, C. parapsilosis, and C. orthopsilosis), was the main substitution identified. Although microsatellite typing showed extensive genetic diversity, most strains with high fluconazole MICs clustered together, suggesting human-to-human transmission or a common source of contamination.DiscussionThe high rate of acquired fluconazole resistance among clinical isolates of D. catenulata is of concern. In this study, we highlight a link between the genetic diversity of D. catenulata and its antifungal resistance patterns, suggesting possible clonal transmission of resistant isolates. 相似文献

目的:了解郑州市中学生吸烟状况。方法:采用问卷法对6所中学4123名学生进行吸烟状况调查。结果:中学生总吸烟率为4516%(1862/4123)。其中,高中组吸烟率(5049%)高于初中组(3949%),男生吸烟率(7019%)明显高于女生(315%),且中学生吸烟的严重性随年龄的增加而增加;父母的文化程度、周围人群的吸烟情况与学生吸烟率有密切关系。结论:中学生吸烟问题较重,为保护中学生的身心健康应大力开展卫生宣教。 相似文献

Objective: The aim of this cross-sectional study was to investigate possible acute and long-term respiratory health effects of work
at different working places in the primary aluminum industry. Method: A cross-sectional study was carried out on 78 potroom workers, 24 foundry workers, and 45 carbon-plant workers (n = 147, exposed group), and 56 control workers (watchmen, craftsmen, office workers, laboratory employees) of a modern German
prebake aluminum plant. The survey consisted of pre- and postshift spirometric and urinary fluoride measurements. Results: Potroom workers had significantly lower preshift results with regard to forced vital capacity (FVC, 99.5% versus the 107.2%
predicted; P < 0.05) and peak expiratory flow (PEF, 85.2% versus the 98.4% predicted; P < 0.01) as compared with controls. In a multiple regression model a small but significant negative correlation was found
between postshift urinary fluoride concentrations and FVC, FEV1, and PEF. Across-shift spirometric changes were observed only in FVC among carbon-plant workers (103.0 ± 13.3% predicted
preshift value versus 101.2 ± 13.6% predicted postshift value; P < 0.05). Conclusions: The results suggest that lung function impairment in the modern primary aluminum industry may be only partly due to fluoride
exposure and that working in aluminum carbon plants may cause acute lung function changes.

A process worker in a paper chemical plant developed an immediate local dermal irritation and delayed bullous dermatitis due to induction of hypersensitivity following an accidental exposure to chloromethylisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone (CMI/MI) biocide. Contact allergy to the isothiazolinone mixture was confirmed by skin patch testing. The dermatitis healed in four weeks, and the worker was advised to avoid all CMI/MI containing products. In a one-year follow-up he did not present with any further skin symptoms. Preventive measures are important for avoiding induction of hypersensitivity to concentrated CMI/MI solutions in industrial workers. 相似文献
