酸性染料比色测定皖贝总碱含量方法的考察

目的:建立酸性染料比色测定皖贝总碱含量的方法。方法:采用酸性染料比色法,对该方法的实验条件进行选择。结果:皖贝总碱在2.0～10.0μg/ml浓度范围内,选用pH5.0邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲液2ml和0.001mol/L溴麝香草酚兰溶液2ml,在410nm波长处,显色后70min内测定吸收度。结论:本法具有灵敏度高,结果准确,重复性好等特点。     

A simple screening method for detecting gastrointestinal protein loss in intestinal lymphangiectasia

A ten month old female Turkish child with chylous ascites, diarrhea, steatorrhea, peripheral edema and hypoproteinemia was investigated for protein losing enteropathy which probably dated from the first weeks of life. Gastrointestinal protein loss appeared to be due to abnormalities of the intestinal lymphatics. In order to detect a localized lymphoenteric fistula, lymphangiography was tried but failed due to hypoplasia of peripheral lymphatics. However, three hours after intradermal injection of Patent Blue, the dye appeared in the stools of the patient, suggesting intestinal protein loss via a lympho-enteric fistula.This observation may provide the basis for a diagnostic test for gastro-intestinal protein loss in patients with intestinal lymphangiectasia.     

非抑制型离子色谱法检测染发剂中铵和乙醇胺

目的:建立非抑制离子色谱法测定染发剂中铵和乙醇胺含量的方法。方法:染发剂通过用乙腈超声、静置、离心后,取上清液3 ml过石墨碳黑SPE柱加C18小柱,过0.22μm尼龙滤膜后,取滤液进样分析。染发剂在Ion Pac SCS 1分离柱(250 mm×4 mm i.d.)上,利用2 mmol/L的甲基磺酸-10%乙腈淋洗液。结果:铵和乙醇胺在0~200μg/ml范围均具有良好的线性,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限分别为1.9和2.4μg/L,回收率分别为97.8%~101.6%和95.6%~99.0%,RSD均小于5.0%。结论:建立的方法可用于染发剂中铵和乙醇胺含量的测定,结果满意。     

Allergic contact dermatitis from a perinone-type dye C.I. Solvent Orange 60 in spectacle frames

This is the 1st case report of allergic contact dermatitis from a perinone-type plastic dye, C.I. Solvent Orange 60, used in the earpieces of spectacle frames. Sensitization of this dye was confirmed by patch tests and chemical analysis of the causative earpieces and coloring agents. Solvent Orange 60 is suspected of being the contact allergen in at least 2 other Japanese cases of spectacle earpiece dermatitis, and provoked strong reactions on sensitized individuals. Its use in products that are applied on human skin for a prolonged period of time, such as spectacle frames or hearing aids, would best be avoided.     

2,3-二氯-6-羧酰氯喹啰啉活性染料反应活性及“染料-纤维”键的稳定性

对２，３－二氯－６－羧酰氯喹啉类活性染料的反应活泼性以及“染料－纤维”键的稳定性进行了反应动力学研究，测定水解速度常数；与其他类型活性染料进行比较，对此类活性染料性能进行了评价。     

Dye sorption as an indicator of erythrocyte membrane damage and prehemolytic state of erythrocytes

High erythrocyte membrane permeability caused by detergents was associated with increased methylene blue sorption, which correlated with erythrocyte damage and preceded hemolysis. The content of sorbed dye in erythrocytes preincubated with 200 μM sodium dodecyl sulfate or cetyltrimethylammonium bromide increased by 58–74% and 2.4–3.8-fold surpassed that in the medium. New precise and convenient method for estimating erythrocyte binding capacity is proposed. Long-term retention of fast blue in sympathetic neurones after axotomy and regeneration—Demonstration of incorrect reconnections

Using the fluorescent dyes Fast Blue and Diamidino Yellow to trace neuronal connections, the regeneration of the superior cervical ganglionic neurones after axotomy has been examined. Fast Blue has the property of remaining within the neuronal perikaryon for many months after its retrograde axonal transport, even after transection of the axon. Thus, Fast Blue can be used to label neurones as to their original target and Diamidino Yellow subsequently used to demonstrate the specificity of reconnection. The results suggest that apparent return of appropriate function occurs in the presence of a large component of inappropriate reconnections.     

Contact allergy to safety shoes

During 1972-1984, 13 cases of allergy to safety shoes were found. It generally affects young men. The allergens are very different from those in other types of shoe. The presence of mercaptobenzothiazole and dibenzothiazyl disulfide detected in some nonwoven materials is worthy of note.     

微量粘多糖快速测定法的改良及其临床应用

粘多糖可与Alcian Blue阳离子染液反应生成均匀的蓝色复合物。根据这一原理,本文采用另一型Alcian Blue染料,并选择2％醋酸作为相应的溶剂,建立改良分光光度法定量测定微量体液中粘多糖的水平。在实验过程中,染液的稳定性较原法有所提高。应用该法测定了几种正常人体液及4例MPS患儿尿粘多糖水平。本法简便,灵敏,样本用量少,可用于临床和产前诊断。     

Use of a lignocaine-prilocaine cream as an analgesic in dye laser treatment of port-wine stains

A eutectic mixture of two local anaesthetics—prilocaine and lignocaine (EMLA cream)—has been investigated for its usefulness as an analgesic in the treatment of facial port-wine stains with the tunable dye laser. The cream provided adequate analgesia in eight of 10 patients assessed and was well tolerated. The results of treatment after use of EMLA cream were no different from those where conventional analgesia had been used, and EMLA cream can be recommended for analgesia during laser treatment of port-wine stains.
