乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌粗制代谢产物对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的影响 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
【目的】了解乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌粗制代谢产物对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的防治作用。【方法】采用右旋葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)建立小鼠UC模型,分别予乳酸杆菌粗制代谢产物和双歧杆菌粗制代谢产物灌肠,生理盐水(NS)和柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)灌肠对照,并设立空白对照组和DSS模型组对照,计算小鼠死亡率、疾病活动指数(DAI)、组织学损伤评分和组织学病理改变以及结肠黏膜IL-10免疫组化情况。【结果】①乳杆组和双歧组小鼠结肠黏膜组织病理学改变轻微,其死亡率、DAI评分、组织学损伤评分均低,与DSS模型组和NS组对照差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②乳杆组和双歧组IL-10免疫组化表达均较高,与空白对照组、DSS模型组和NS组对照差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】①乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌粗制代谢产物均对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎起主要的防治作用。②乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌粗制代谢产物的某些成分通过促进IL-10表达而发挥防治作用的。 相似文献

目的评价阿德福韦酯联合双歧三联活菌治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法选择肝硬化腹水患者共91例,随机分为治疗组(阿德福韦酯10mg每日一次,双歧三联活菌2.0g每日三次)46例,对照A组(双歧三联活菌2.0g,每日三次)23例,对照B组(仅常规治疗)22例。三组患者均给予常规治疗(护肝、利尿、定期输白蛋白或者血浆对症支持等),分别于用药3个月和12个月后观察和评估患者肝功能改善、腹水消退及再发率情况。结果治疗组的肝功能改善、腹水消退明显优于对照A组和对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组腹水再发生率为11.4%,与对照A组腹水再发生率(81.8%)和对照B组腹水再发生率(90.0%)相比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论阿德福韦酯联合双歧三联活菌治疗肝硬化腹水有较好的疗效,值得临床借鉴。 相似文献

Knowledge of the composition of a normal healthy gut microbiota during infancy is important for understanding the role of gut microbiota in disease. A limitation of previous studies is that they are based on infants who have been subject to factors, which can have a profound disruptive effect on the natural colonization process. We describe the colonization process, during the first 4 months after birth, in 85 infants who have experienced no major medical or dietary interventions. They were all vaginally delivered, healthy, term infants, who were not exposed to antibiotics, exclusively breastfed during their first month of life and at least partially breastfed up to 4 months. Selected microbial groups were identified by targeting small subunit microbial ribosomal RNA genes. In contrast to more recent studies, but in agreement with older studies, almost all our infants harbored γ-Proteobacteria and Bifidobacterium. Yet undefined non-cultivable species belonging to Bacteroides, as well as microbes identified as Lachnospiraceae 2, were common. Strong associations were observed between some specific constituents of microbiota at day 4 and the concentration of specific microbial groups at day 120, indicating that early gut microbiota may influence later microbiota. 目的 研究血管内皮抑素转基因双歧杆菌口服冻干粉剂(endostatin transfected bifidobacterium oral powder prepara-tion,ETB-2)体外抗肿瘤作用及对大鼠大肠痛的影响.方法 采用MTT法检测ETB-2对人结肠癌细胞株LS-174T、人胃黏膜上皮细胞株GES-1的作用.以二甲肼(DMH)为诱发剂,观察ETB-2对大鼠大肠癌的防治作用;DMH诱癌及ETB-2灌胃时间为18周,在第33周结束实验.结果 ETB-2在体外对人结肠癌细胞株具有显著的选择性杀伤作用,体内给药可明显降低大鼠大肠癌发生率(60%:100%,P<0.01),但大肠癌平均个数及肿瘤体积指数的差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 ETB-2对DMH诱导的大鼠大肠癌具有预防作用. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Dietary sources of nucleic acids and their relative components are known to affect host immune function; however, it has not yet been clarified whether such dietary nucleic acids influence the pathogenesis of allergic reaction. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study is to elucidate the effect of dietary nucleic acids on Th1/Th2 balance. METHODS: Both human flora-associated and specific pathogen-free BALB/c mice were maintained on either nucleic acid-free, or -supplemented diets. The effects of nucleic acids on both in vivo antibody levels and in vitro splenocyte cytokine production were compared using these mice. RESULTS: Supplementation of nucleic acids caused a reduction in the serum antibody levels of total IgM, IgG, IgG1, and IgE in the human flora-associated mice without affecting the composition of intestinal flora. In contrast, there was no significant difference of the serum IgG2a levels between nucleic acid-free and -supplemented mice. Such a phenomenon as that, the supplementation of dietary nucleic acids reduces the serum IgE or IgG1 levels, but not the IgG2a level, was also seen in the specific pathogen free mice. Moreover, when the mice were systematically challenged with ovalbumin, the supplementation of nucleic acids also suppressed the serum ovalbumin-specific IgE and IgG1 antibody levels as well as in vitro IL-4 and IL-10 secretion, while enhancing both the serum ovalbumin-specific IgG2a antibody levels and in vitro IFN gamma secretion. CONCLUSION: These results suggested that dietary nucleic acids may play an important role in promoting a shift in Th1/Th2 balance toward Th1-dominant immunity. 相似文献

目的在成功构建猪带绦虫大肠杆菌-双歧杆菌穿梭表达质粒pGEX-TSOL18的基础上,研究猪带绦虫TSOL18基因在长双歧杆菌中的表达情况。方法将猪带绦虫大肠杆菌-双歧杆菌穿梭表达质粒pGEX-TSOL18电转化入长双歧杆菌,IPTG诱导表达,SDS-PAGE和Western blot分析表达情况。结果酶切、PCR和测序证实,重组质粒pGEX-TSOL18成功转入长双歧杆菌。SDS-PAGE显示,目的蛋白相对分子质量(Mr)约为41KD,与预期结果相一致。Western blot显示,目的蛋白能被兔抗血清、囊虫病猪血清和囊虫病患者血清所识别。结论猪带绦虫TSOL18基因能够在长双歧杆菌中获得表达,表达的目的蛋白具有抗原性。 相似文献

目的研究COPD患者肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌的变化,及其与COPD急性发作频度的相关性。方法收集40例稳定期COPD患者(A组)和40例健康对照(B组)的粪便,进行细菌DNA抽提,进行实时荧光定量PCR反应,计算每克粪便中双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的拷贝数。结果 A组和B组每g粪便中双歧杆菌属拷贝数分别为13.030±1.185、13.418±1.411(P=0.0243),乳酸杆菌属拷贝数分别为10.793±1.166、11.430±2.230(P=0.0144);40例COPD患者近三年急性发作平均次数为2.6次/年,每克粪便中双歧杆菌拷贝数的对数与年平均急性发作次数呈负相关,r=-0.3249,P=0.0382。结论 COPD患者肠道益生菌群明显少于正常人,且肠道微生态的失衡与COPD急性发作率相关。 相似文献
