目的研究高温高湿环境下,对经一定剂量γ射线照射小鼠生存的影响及30 d内引起小鼠50%死亡的辐射剂量(LD50/30)的变化规律。方法将实验动物分为室温组和高温高湿环境下30、60、90和120 min共5组,各组分别给予7、9 Gy的γ射线照射和相应的高温高湿作用时间后,观察30 d内小鼠的死亡情况。同时对室温组、高温高湿60、90 min组,分别给予5、7、9 Gy的γ射线照射,观察30 d内的死亡情况,计算出各组小鼠的LD50/30。结果高温高湿组小鼠与室温组小鼠相比,感染加重、平均存活时间缩短、中位生存时间显著提前(P<0.05);LD50/30存在下降趋势。结论高温高湿环境下,受照小鼠的生存指标明显下降。 相似文献

We studied the dependence of the rate of short deletions and insertions on their contexts using the data on mutations within coding exons at 19 human loci that cause mendelian diseases. We confirm that periodic sequences consisting of three to five or more nucleotides are mutagenic. Mutability of sequences with strongly biased nucleotide composition is also elevated, even when mutations within homonucleotide runs longer than three nucleotides are ignored. In contrast, no elevated mutation rates have been detected for imperfect direct or inverted repeats. Among known candidate contexts, the indel context GTAAGT and regions with purine-pyrimidine imbalance between the two DNA strands are mutagenic in our sample, and many others are not mutagenic. Data on mutation hot spots suggest two novel contexts that increase the deletion rate. Comprehensive analysis of mutability of all possible contexts of lengths four, six, and eight indicates a substantially elevated deletion rate within YYYTG and similar sequences, which is one of the two contexts revealed by the hot spots. Possible contexts that increase the insertion rate (AT(A/C)(A/C)GCC and TACCRC) and decrease deletion (TATCGC) or insertion (GCGG) rates have also been identified. 目的研究高温高湿环境颅脑火器伤后脑组织病理学的改变,方法选用杂种狗6只,在高温高湿环境下采用国产54式军用手枪,7.62mm手枪弹,枪口距动物30 cm远,于狗额部冠状方向致狗脑火器伤。伤后脑组织大体病理及切片进行光、电镜下形态学变化观察。结果脑组织挫伤出血,神经毯疏松,神经胶质细胞肿胀,白质内大量轴索损伤;脑血管周围间隙明显增宽和脑内血管痉挛表现;皮层下细胞存在液化坏死,皮层细胞空泡变性及坏死;外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血。结论高温高湿环境颅脑火器伤白质内轴突损伤严重,除原发伤道区、挫伤区和震荡区外,枪伤可引起皮层神经细胞的反弹性损害和皮层下组织细胞的挤压性破坏。 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To describe a patient with the Dejerine-Sottas' syndrome due to a de novo Ser72Leu amino acid substitution in the PMP22 protein and summarize the phenotype associated with this frequent mutation. CASE REPORT: The proband has a medical history of early onset, severe, and progressive demyelinating neuropathy, accompanied by mild ptosis and limitations of eye movements. Ulnar nerve motor conduction velocities were extremely reduced (2.6 and 2.2 m/s), and the sural nerve biopsy showed onion bulbs and thinly myelinated axons. Duplication of chromosome 17p11.2 was ruled out, and the Ser72Leu substitution was found upon sequencing the PMP22 gene. CONCLUSION: The Ser72Leu substitution is being confirmed as the most frequent point mutation in the PMP22 gene. This 'hot spot' should be considered in the strategy of looking for point mutations in the hereditary demyelinating neuropathies. 相似文献

Objectives Deep seawater (DSW) utilization technology has been developed for the fields of medicine and health, among others. To clarify
the health effects of DSW as compared with surface seawater (SSW) or tap water (TW), we investigated the changes of immune
cell distribution of the peripheral blood, or subjective judgment scores, after hot water bathing.
Methods Ten healthy young men were immersed for 10 min in DSW, SSW and TW heated to 42°C. Blood samples were collected before bathing,
immediately after bathing and 60 min after bathing. Total and differential numbers of leucocytes and lymphocyte subsets (CD3,
CD4, CD8, CD19, CD16, and CD56) were examined using an automated hematology analyzer and a flow cytometer, respectively. The
subjective judgment scores were obtained by an oral comprehension test.
Results Since the pre-bathing leukocyte count in the TW group was significantly different from those in the DSW and SSW groups, we
excluded the findings of TW bathing from consideration. In hot DSW bathing, CD8-lymphocytes increased significantly immediately
after bathing (p<0.05), in contrast to hot SSW bathing, in which no significant changes were detected in the lymphocyte subsets.
Additionally, there were no significant changes between repeated measurements in the subjective judgment scores, though the
score of thermal sensation in SSW bathing showed a significantly higher value immediately after bathing than before bathing
(p<0.01).
Conclusions Our findings suggest that increased CD8-lymphocytes in hot DSW bathing may improve human immune function as well as hot springs
do, as compared with SSW bathing. Although hot DSW bathing may have the ability to change human immune cell distribution,
well-designed studies are needed to clarify the health effects including not only DSW and SSW but also TW. 相似文献

Although not life-threatening, vasomotor symptoms might have a detrimental effect on quality of life and represent a major determinant of poor therapeutic compliance in breast cancer patients. Limitations of hormonal therapies have fostered the use of non-estrogenic pharmacological agents, which mainly include centrally acting compounds, antidepressant drugs, serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors and serotonin reuptake inhibitors. Integrating therapeutic tools have recently come from a wide range of heterogeneous approaches varying from phytoestrogens use to ganglion block. We herein critically review the most updated evidence on the available treatment options for management of vasomotor symptoms. The need for a patient-oriented approach following systematic evaluation of the presence and degree of vasomotor disturbances is also discussed and future perspectives in therapeutics are summarized. 相似文献
