单侧多节段后部结构切除对腰椎旋转稳定性影响的生物力学研究

目的：研究多节段脊柱后部结构对腰椎旋转稳定性的影响。方法：选用７具成人新鲜尸体脊柱标本（Ｌ１～Ｓ１），采用单侧多节段逐步切除腰椎后部结构的方法，形成７种状态，从单侧多节段开窗至全椎板及双侧小关节切除等。通过脊柱三维运动试验机施加１０Ｎｍ的扭转载荷，使脊柱产生左、右轴向旋转运动。结果：全椎板加双侧小关节部分切除后，腰椎旋转稳定性受到显著影响。结论：除小关节骨性结构及关节囊外，椎板及后部韧带结构对维持腰椎旋转稳定性亦有重要作用     

Identification of a new genotype H wild-type mumps virus strain and its molecular relatedness to other virulent and attenuated strains

A single clinical isolate of mumps virus designated 88-1961 was obtained from a patient hospitalized with a clinical history of upper respiratory tract infection, parotitis, severe headache, fever and lymphadenopathy. We have sequenced the full-length genome of 88-1961 and compared it against all available full-length sequences of mumps virus. Based upon its nucleotide sequence of the SH gene 88-1961 was identified as a genotype H mumps strain. The overall extent of nucleotide and amino acid differences between each individual gene and protein of 88-1961 and the full-length mumps samples showed that the missense to silent ratios were unevenly distributed. Upon evaluation of the consensus sequence of 88-1961, four positions were found to be clearly heterogeneous at the nucleotide level (NP 315C/T, NP 318C/T, F 271A/C, and HN 855C/T). Sequence analysis revealed that the amino acid sequences for the NP, M, and the L protein were the most conserved, whereas the SH protein exhibited the highest variability among the compared mumps genotypes A, B, and G. No identifying molecular patterns in the non-coding (intergenic) or coding regions of 88-1961 were found when we compared it against relatively virulent (Urabe AM9 B, Glouc1/UK96, 87-1004 and 87-1005) and non-virulent mumps strains (Jeryl Lynn and all Urabe Am9 A substrains).     

Stabilization of Misoprostol with Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) Against Degradation by Water

The stability of misoprostol oil is significantly improved in a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) dispersion (1:100). In order to assess the effect of water on misoprostol stability, the rate of misoprostol degradation was investigated in the misoprostol/HPMC dispersion at 55°C, along with the water sorption isotherm, under seven different relative humidity (RH) conditions ranging from 0 to 81%. The results indicated that the first-order rate constants of misoprostol degradation increased in a concave-up fashion as the water content of the dispersion increased. Below 30% relative humidity (2% water), the first-order rate constants of misoprostol degradation were found to be minimum. The results of the stability study were interpreted in terms of the changing structure of HPMC as it related to the mobility of water and misoprostol within the HPMC dispersion.     

注射用克林霉素磷酸酯的稳定性研究

目的：对影响注射用克林霉素磷酸酯稳定性的各种因素进行考察,方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定注射用克林霉素磷酸酯的稳定性。结果：温度对本制剂稳定性有影响,对光稳定性较好。结论：本制剂应于凉暗干燥处贮存。     

经后路寰枢椎侧块螺钉固定治疗寰枢椎脱位

目的探讨经后路寰枢椎侧块螺钉固定治疗寰枢椎脱位的手术方法。方法采用后路枢椎侧块螺钉治疗6例寰枢椎前脱位。结果随访6～24个月,4例肌力完全恢复正常,2例肌力基本恢复正常,无断钉脱钉现象。结论经后路寰枢椎侧块螺钉固定治疗寰枢椎脱位,可使寰枢椎达到稳定的状态,该方法有效且可靠。     

二氧二茂钛原料药的稳定性研究

利用紫外分光光度计对二氯二茂钛进行含量测定。回归方程为 :Y =0 9881X - 0 90 90× 10 -3(Y :吸光度 ;X :浓度 ,mg/L) ,相关系数r=0 9999,线性范围为 13 .6～ 81.6mg/L。模拟试验 3份 ,回收率为 98 4 5 %～ 10 1 3 3 % ,相对标准偏差为 0 14 %～ 0 3 3 %。本实验研究了原料药二氯二茂钛的稳定性 ,结果表明不同的湿度、温度等条件对二氯二茂钛的稳定性有一定影响     

吸光系数法测定二氯二茂钛原料药的含量

采用吸光系数法对二氯二茂钛原料药进行含量测定。３９１ｎｍ处测得Ｅ１％１ｃｍ＝９８．３２,平均回收率为９８．７７％～１０１．７４％。相对标准差ＲＳＤ＝０．１２％～０．６６％。测定不同温度,湿度下放置不同时间原料药的含量。与工作曲线法相比。两者之间无显著性差异。     

基坑边坡变形和稳定性的离心试验研究

通过土工离心模型试验对上海某放坡式开挖基坑边坡的变形特性和稳定性进行了研究,揭示了基坑边坡变形的时间效应及其对边坡稳定性的影响。试验结果表明能长期稳定的边坡其边坡变形速率呈现出加速、接近匀速和衰减等3个明显的阶段;能瞬时稳定但不能长期稳定的边坡,其失稳发生在边坡位移速率增大的阶段。     

Positive SARS-CoV-2 RT-qPCR of a nasal swab spot after 30 days of conservation on filter paper at room temperature

We tested the use of nasal swabs spotted onto filter paper (Whatman 3M) for the molecular diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Spots of a positive nasal swab in conservation medium (B.1.177 strain, 21Ct) were still positive (duo E-gene/IP4) after 10, 20, and 30 days of conservation at room temperature, with Ct values of 28, 27, and 26, respectively. Direct spotting of the swab at bedside (omicron strain) still gave a positive result after 10 days in two RT-qPCR systems: 33.7 Ct using duo E-gene/IP4, and 34.8 using a specific Omicron system. Spotting of a dilution range of media spiked with the Delta (strain 2021/FR/0610, lineage B 1.617.2) and Omicron strains (strain UVE/SARS-CoV-2/2021/FR/1514) showed a threshold of 0.04 TCID₅₀ after 10 days of conservation. We show, for the first time, that this simple and low-cost conservation method can be used to store samples for RT-qPCR against SARS-CoV-2 for up to at least 1 month.
