额叶外伤后早期数字工作记忆的fMRI研究   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
目的:利用功能磁共振成像技术研究额叶外伤后,执行工作记忆任务时脑结构损伤与脑激活功能区的改变。材料和方法:对10例额叶外伤后早期患者(伤后平均31d,其中男性7例,女性3例;平均年龄30.1年)和12例正常志愿者作为对照组(男性7例,女性5例;平均年龄26.9年)分别进行2位和4位数字的正反序工作记忆的实验,使用single-trial设计方法;GE3.0T磁共振机扫描、采集图像,运用AFNI软件包进行数据分析。结果:①正常对照组反序4位数字任务大于正序4位数字脑区有辅助运动区SMA,双侧背外侧前额叶,左侧顶叶,右侧角回;②患者组反序4位数字任务大于正序4位数字的脑区有左侧枕叶;③正常对照组反序4位数字任务大于患者组的部位有左侧DLPFC,左侧角回;正序4位数字大于患者组的部位有左侧枕叶,右侧角回;④患者组反序4位数字任务时大于对照组的部位有楔状回,右侧Broca区;正序4位数字大于对照组的部位有右侧初级运动区MA,右侧额极区。结论:前额叶在脑工作记忆网络中处于重要节点,大脑右侧半球在工作记忆系统中起到巨大代偿作用的脑资源,fMRI提供认知功能损伤的影像学依据,应在临床上发挥更大作用。  相似文献

新型记忆合金节段内固定器治疗腰椎峡部裂的实验研究   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
目的 :设计一种治疗腰椎峡部裂的新型记忆合金节段内固定器 ,测试其材料力学特性 ,并评价其生物力学稳定性。方法 :测量 2 0具干燥完整成人腰椎标本获得数据 ,按数据采用镍钛记忆合金设计固定器并行材料力学测试。取 6具新鲜成人腰椎标本 ,先后形成正常脊柱组、峡部裂组、横突棘突钢丝捆绑组、钩螺钉固定组、Buck螺钉固定组、新研制记忆合金固定器固定组 6组实验模型。利用脊柱三维运动实验机 ,分别测试 6组的前屈 /后伸、左 /右侧弯及左 /右轴向旋转 6种运动的活动范围。结果 :材料力学测试表明其形态记忆功能良好 ,体温状态下会产生稳定可靠的回复力。 6组在前屈、后伸及左右旋转状态 ,峡部裂组稳定性最差 ,同其他 5组差别明显。而使用新研制记忆合金内固定器组可明显恢复腰椎稳定性 ,同正常脊柱组及其他 3种内固定组均无显著差别。另两种状态左右侧弯 6组均无显著性差别。结论 :新设计的内固定器符合腰椎的生物力学要求 ,较先前的半环状内固定器优势明显 ,具有很好应用前景  相似文献

海洛因依赖者记忆力与氧化应激的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:探讨男性海洛因依赖者(MPHD)记忆力改变及其与氧化应激的关系。方法:对140例MPHD及75名健康者对照进行韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评估和氧化应激指标血清一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、维生素C(VC)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的检测。结果:MPHD组WMS的测验成绩显著差于对照组(P〈0.05);MPHD组血清MDA水平高于对照组(P〈0.05),T-AOC、VC、SOD水平低于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);随戒断时间延长,MPHD组的记忆商数(MQ)有升高的趋势(P〉0.05),血清MDA含量有下降的趋势(P〈0.01),T-AOC、SOD含量有升高的趋势(P〈0.05)。MPHD组血清NO及MDA水平与WMS多个因子呈负相关(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),T-AOC、VC及SOD水平与WMS多个因子呈正相关(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:海洛因依赖者存在明显的记忆力损害与氧化抗氧化反应失衡;其记忆力损害可能与氧化应激有关,血清NO、MDA、SOD、VC、T-AOC可能是与记忆力密切相关的氧化应激指标。  相似文献

Background In the last few years, experimental data have been reported on differences in implicit memory processes of genetically distinct groups of individuals with Intellectual Disability (ID). These evidences are relevant for the more general debate on supposed asynchrony of cognitive maturation in children with abnormal brain development. This study, comparing implicit memory processes in individuals with Williams syndrome (WS) and Down syndrome (DS), was planned to verify the ‘etiological specificity’ hypotheses pertaining to the skill learning abilities of individuals with ID. Method A modified version of Nissen and Bullemer's (1987) Serial Reaction Time (SRT) task was used. The performances of three group were evaluated. The first group consisted of thirty‐two people with WS (18 males and 14 females). The second group was comprised of twenty‐six individuals with DS (14 males and 12 females). The two groups of individuals with ID were selected so that the groups were comparable as for mental age and chronological age. The third group consisted of forty‐nine typically developed children with a mental age similar to that of the groups with WS and DS. Results The two groups of individuals with ID demonstrated different patterns of procedural learning. WS individuals revealed poor implicit learning of the temporal sequence of events characterizing the ordered blocks in the SRT task. Indeed, differently from normal controls, WS participants showed no reaction time (RT) speeding through ordered blocks. Most importantly, the rebound effect, which so dramatically affected normal children's RTs passing from the last ordered to the last block, had only a marginal influence on WS children's RTs. Differently from the WS group, the rate of procedural learning of the participants with DS was comparable to that of their controls. Indeed, DS and typically developed individuals showed parallel RT variations in the series of ordered blocks and, more importantly, passing from the last ordered to the last block. Therefore, a substantial preservation of skill learning abilities in this genetic syndrome is confirmed. Conclusions The results of the present study document that procedural learning in individuals with ID depends on the aetiology of the syndrome, thus supporting the etiological specificity account of their cognitive development. These results are relevant for our knowledge about the qualitative aspects and the underlying neurobiological substrate of the anomalous cognitive development in mentally retarded people.  相似文献

This paper describes variables critical to diagnostic thinking that are based on research by Bordage and Grant & Marsden on the diagnostic thinking of medical students and experienced doctors. The purpose of the study is to use their findings to develop an inventory of diagnostic thinking. A 56-item diagnostic thinking inventory was initially developed; each item contains a stem followed by a 6-point, semantic differential scale. The inventory is designed to measure two aspects of diagnostic thinking: the degree of flexibility in thinking and the degree of knowledge structure in memory. The specific goal of the study is to determine which items discriminate best between weaker and stronger diagnosticians and to reduce the inventory to only those items which significantly contribute to the overall score. Thirty subjects from nine groups, each representing a distinct phase of medical education and clinical practice, participated, namely first- and third-year clinical medical students, house officers, senior house officers, registrars, senior registrars, consultants, trainees in general practice, and general practitioners, all from the UK (n = 270). Discrimination indices were calculated for each item. The revised version of the inventory contains 41 items. All the subjects found the exercise meaningful and the resulting scores showed variance and discrimination. The inventory will eventually be used to assess individual student's and clinician's diagnostic thinking and to plan ways of improving their diagnostic thinking.  相似文献

Abstract: The behavioral effects of ceroid-lipofuscin accumulation, induced by intraperitoneal administration of acetyl-ethyl-tetramethyl-tetralin (AETT) in Wistar rats for 3 months, were examined in the present studies. A significant increase in neuronal ceroid-lipofuscin was demonstrated neuropathologically as well as morphometrically. Although the AETT-intoxicated rats showed neither alteration of locomotor activity nor shock sensitivity, a significant impairment of learning ability, especially an acquisition trial in passive avoidance tests, was observed. Results of the present studies indicate the possibility that a diffuse lipofuscin accumulation causes a learning impairment in rats. The results also imply the possibility of a significant role of age-related lipofuscin accumulation in the dementing processes of human especially in the elderly.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate, during the performance of an object discrimination task, responses of neurons in the monkey hippocampal formation to the sight of several objects that have biological meaning, and compare these responses with those of amygdalar neurons studied previously using the same task. Neuronal activity in the hippocampal formation of conscious monkeys was recorded during performance of a task that led to presentation of familiar rewarding, familiar aversive, or unfamiliar objects. Of 864 neurons recorded in the hippocampal formation and adjacent cortices, 160 (18.5%) responded to the sight of a certain object(s). Responses to the sight of different kinds of objects were analyzed in detail. Nondifferential neurons (n = 73) responded to different objects with no significant difference in response magnitudes, and differential neurons (n = 87) responded to different objects with different response magnitudes. Of the differential neurons, 23 responded more strongly to rewarding objects than to other objects (rewarding-object-dominant neurons), but the magnitude of responses to objects did not necessarily correlates with the order of preferences to the objects as determined from observation of animal behavior. Aversive-object-dominant neurons (n = 13) responded more to aversive objects than to other objects. Unfamiliar-object-dominant neurons (n = 7) responded more to unfamiliar objects than to familiar objects. Selective neurons (n = 10) responded selectively to only one object or one category of objects. Fourteen of the rewarding- or averse-object-dominant neurons were tested in extinction or reversal trials. In 12 of 14 neurons, responses to a rewarding or aversive object did not change, or slightly weakened, in extinction or reversal trials. The results suggest the following. (1) Responses of rewarding- or aversive-object-dominant neurons may be involved in object-reward or object-aversion association. However, responses of many of these neurons might reflect past inputs to reinforcement rather than extant emotional processing. (2) Responses of unfamiliar-object-dominant neurons may be involved in recognition of objects based on their familiar or unfamiliar aspects. These results are further discussed and compared with responsiveness of amygdalar neurons.  相似文献

The hypothesis that the maintenance or decay of an associative memory trace after an extended retention interval is a function of the residual strength of the synapses originally strengthened during learning was examined in a classical conditioning paradigm in which high-frequency stimulation of a hippocampal input--the medial perforant path--served as a conditioned stimulus. Rats received perforant path stimulus-foot shock pairings while engaged in a previously acquired food-motivated lever-pressing task. Conditioned suppression of lever pressing was the behavioral measure of learning and retention of the association. Stimulus trains to the perforant path at an intensity above the threshold for eliciting a population spike induced long-term potentiation of synaptic transmission in the dentate gyrus. Synaptic potentials recorded extracellularly in the dentate gyrus were subsequently monitored for 31 days to examine quantitatively the decay of synaptic potentiation, a period after which retention of the learned association was assessed. All rats learned the association to a similar extent and displayed equivalent amounts of long-term potentiation by the end of conditioning. A slowly decaying function of synaptic potentiation was observed in remembering rats, i.e., rats with high retention performance after the 31-day learning-to-retention interval, while forgetting was associated with a rapid decay of long-term potentiation. Behavioral performance at the long-term memory test was linearly correlated with the amplitude of long-term potentiation maintained just prior to the retention test. The results favor the hypothesis that long-term associative memory depends, at least in part, on the maintenance of elevated synaptic strengths in the pathway activated during learning and suggest a role for the lasting component of long-term potentiation in the maintenance of memory.  相似文献

目的:分析食管内钛镍记忆合金支架置入术并发症的可能原因及防治方法。方法:共52例病人,食管癌、贲门癌29例,食管胃吻合口狭窄21例,自发性食管破裂2例,共置入各种钛镍记忆合金支架54枚。随访观察3~36个月。结果:内支架置入全部成功,术后患吞咽困难症状均改善。术后出现的并发症包括支架移位3例,支架堵塞9例。吸入性肺炎3例,呕血7例,残余漏2例,疼痛和异物感24例,严重返流症状5例。经过相应的治疗,除2例大呕血患外,其余并发症均得到纠正。结论:虽然食管内钛镍记忆合金支架置入术后有不可忽视的并发症,但经过相应治疗,一般均可纠正,它是治疗食管恶性狭窄和自发性食管破裂有效的方法。  相似文献
