Base catalysed exchange with sodium hydroxide, calcium oxide or N,N,N,N-tetramethylguanidine in deuterium oxide is a viable procedure for the preparation of terminally deuterated alkynes for those alkynes stable to strong base. The use of silver perchlorate as a catalyst is an alternative practical option when labelling alkynes which are sensitive to base or contain functionalities which would lead to labelling elsewhere in the molecule. Labelling with this catalyst takes place smoothly at ambient temperature in a mixture of N,N-dimethylformamide and deuterium oxide.  相似文献

Marine sponges are filter feeding porous animals and usually harbor a remarkable array of microorganisms in their mesohyl tissues as transient and resident endosymbionts. The marine sponge-microbial interactions are highly complex and, in some cases, the relationships are thought to be truly symbiotic or mutualistic rather than temporary associations resulting from sponge filter-feeding activity. The marine sponge-associated bacteria are fascinating source for various biomolecules that are of potential interest to several biotechnological industries. In recent times, a particular attention has been devoted to bacterial biopolymer (polyesters) such as intracellular polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) produced by sponge-associated bacteria. Bacterial PHAs act as an internal reserve for carbon and energy and also are a tremendous alternative for fossil fuel-based polymers mainly due to their eco-friendliness. In addition, PHAs are produced when the microorganisms are under stressful conditions and this biopolymer synthesis might be exhibited as one of the survival mechanisms of sponge-associated or endosymbiotic bacteria which exist in a highly competitive and stressful sponge-mesohyl microenvironment. In this review, we have emphasized the industrial prospects of marine bacteria for the commercial production of PHAs and special importance has been given to marine sponge-associated bacteria as a potential resource for PHAs.  相似文献

目的:分析转铁蛋白法、金标法、化学法对胃液检测的结果。探讨最适合的检测方法。方法采用消化科每天送的标本,共计200例,分别用3种方法测试,结果采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计,分析。结果转铁蛋白法真阳性率为96.2%(101/105),氨基比林呈色法真阳性率为87.6%(92/105),金标法真阳性率为80.9%(85/105),转铁蛋白法的真阳性率显著高于其他两种,3组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.95,P<0.01)。结论在胃液潜血检测方法中,转铁蛋白法与临床符合率最高,转铁蛋白法弥补了免疫法和化学法检测的不足,减少了免疫法的假阴性,化学法的假阳性、假阴性。对临床更具有参考价值,并结合受检者自身情况进行综合判断,以免造成漏诊和误诊。  相似文献

目的 给予家兔阴道内纳米银凝胶后,研究银在家兔体内的分布情况.方法 单剂量和多剂量经♀家兔阴道给予纳米银凝胶200 mg∶ kg-1后,于不同时间点处死家兔并剖取主要组织器官,用ICP-MS法测定给药前、后家兔各器官中银的含量.结果 与0h组比较,单剂量给药后,阴道、子宫和肝脏中银的含量明显增加,其余组织中未见明显分布,给药72 h后各组织中银的含量均恢复至本底水平;多剂量给药后,末次给药2 ~24 h内阴道、子宫、肝脏、脾、肾、大肠和小肠中有银的分布,心、脑、肺和胃未见明显分布,末次给药72 h后各组织中银的含量均恢复至本底水平.结论 单剂量和多剂量经家兔阴道给予纳米银凝胶后,给药2 ~24 h内银在组织中有分布,给药72 h后各组织中均未见明显银蓄积.  相似文献

Rationale:Medullary sponge kidney (MSK) is a congenital renal disorder characterized by recurrent nephrolithiasis or nephrocalcinosis. Recently, it has been found that MSK can be also combined with other diseases, such as primary aldosteronism and Beckwith-Wiedemann, but whether it is associated with secondary hypertension remains unknown.Patient concerns:A 22-year-old hypertensive female presented to our hospital characterized by hypokalemia and hypertension.Diagnosis:The laboratory examination showed secondary aldosteronism. And the common causes for secondary aldosteronism include renal artery stenosis, glomerulonephritis, lupus nephropathy, and diabetic nephropathy, all of which were excluded except MSK.Interventions:She was treated with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors.Outcomes:Her blood pressure, serum potassium, and plasma renin levels were reversed after treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors.Lessons:We presumed that MSK may be associated with secondary hypertension, and the mechanism may be the activation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system.  相似文献

目的研究人脂肪来源间充质干细胞(ADSCs)与明胶微冰胶材料体外联合培养时,材料是否能维持间充质干细胞的生物学特性。方法 ADSCs种植于明胶微冰胶材料后进行Calcein-AM和PI活细胞染色检测细胞活力,细胞滴度蓝法检测细胞增殖能力,定量PCR检测干性基因OCT4、Nanog、SOX2表达情况,以及在成脂成骨诱导过程比较ADSCs在二维环境和种植于明胶微冰胶材料后的分化潜能。结果 ADSCs在三维明胶微冰胶支架材料中能保持较高活性,增殖能力不受影响,干性基因表达上调,成脂成骨分化相关基因表达水平比二维诱导环境低。结论明胶微冰胶可以为ADSCs提供一个较二维培养更好的微环境,有利于ADSCs体外干性维持,从而在干细胞移植法治疗相关疾病时以非侵入性的细胞传递方式发挥更长期的应用价值。  相似文献

The mechanism of gastric mucosal protection by an antiulcer agent, colloidal bismuth subcitrate (CBS), against ethanol-induced injury was investigated using in vivo and in vitro systems. The experiments in vivo were conducted with groups of rats with and without indomethacin pretreatment, and the animals received either a dose of CBS (100 mg/kg) or a vehicle (saline), followed 30 min later by ethanol. In the in vitro studies, gastric mucosa segments were cultured in the presence of CBS, ethanol, or both. The results of in vivo experiments revealed that in the absence of CBS, ethanol caused extensive gastric hemorrhagic lesions which were significantly reduced following CBS pretreatment and this effect of CBS was not prevented by indomethacin. The data obtained with gastric mucosal culture established that in comparison to the controls, ethanol caused a 27% decrease in mucin synthesis, while mucin synthesis in the presence of CBS increased by 48%. The increase in mucin synthesis evoked by CBS was accompanied by the enhanced metabolism of mucosal phosphoinositides, as reflected by a decrease in PI (15%) and PIP2 (30%), and an increase in IP1 (26%) and IP3 (67%). In contrast, ethanol, which exhibited detrimental effect on mucin synthesis, caused a decrease in PIP (35%), IP2 (47%) and IP3 (38%), and an increase in PIP2 (80%), and IP1 (51%). However, when the mucosal culture was carried out in the presence of both CBS and ethanol, the detrimental changes evoked by ethanol on mucin synthesis were prevented, and the phosphoinositide and inositide phosphate distribution patterns were quite similar to those in the mucosa cultured in the presence of CBS only.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Injectable bone fillers represent an attractive strategy for the treatment of bone defects. These injectable materials should be biocompatible, capable of supporting cell growth and possibly able to exert antibacterial effects. In this work, nanocomposite microbeads based on alginate, chitlac, hydroxyapatite and silver nanoparticles were prepared and characterized. The dried microbeads displayed a rapid swelling in contact with simulated body fluid and maintained their integrity for more than 30 days. The evaluation of silver leakage from the microbeads showed that the antibacterial metal is slowly released in saline solution, with less than 6% of silver released after 1 week. Antibacterial tests proved that the microbeads displayed bactericidal effects toward Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus epidermidis, and were also able to damage pre‐formed bacterial biofilms. On the other hand, the microbeads did not exert any cytotoxic effect towards osteoblast‐like cells. After characterization of the microbeads bioactivity, a possible means to embed them in a fluid medium was explored in order to obtain an injectable paste. Upon suspension of the particles in alginate solution or alginate/hyaluronic acid mixtures, a homogenous and time‐stable paste was obtained. Mechanical tests enabled to quantify the extrusion forces from surgical syringes, pointing out the proper injectability of the material. This novel antibacterial bone filler appears as a promising material for the treatment of bone defects, in particular when possible infections could compromise the bone‐healing process. 目的 研究克银合剂治疗血热型白疕(寻常型银屑病)疗效及对肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响.方法 选取30例寻常型银屑病血热型患者作为研究对象,进行克银合剂治疗,另选取同期接受健康体检的健康人30例作为对照组,研究克银合剂对TNF-α的影响.结果 治疗前TNF-α水平显著高于健康对照组,进行克银合剂治疗后患者症状、体征评分均显著低于治疗前,各项指标水平已经接近对照组.结论 克银合剂能改善寻常型银屑病血热型患者的临床症状,对TNF-α异常也有一定的改善作用.  相似文献

目的 建立兔腰椎板开窗术后微小骨粒回植模型,为临床提供实验依据。方法 将18只雄性新西兰兔,分为两组。对照组在全麻后以L5棘突为中心,充分显露左侧L5椎板,用微型小枪钳慢慢咬去椎板、黄韧带,进行开窗术,暴露约0.8 x 0.3 cm大小骨窗后直接缝合处理。实验组在L5左侧开窗后将开窗咬下的碎骨粒剪碎,然后将碎骨粒镶嵌于医用胶原蛋白海绵,塑成拱桥形,放置于硬膜外开窗处,缝合切口,术后观察椎板开窗位置CT及组织学变化。结果 CT检查示术后8周实验组开窗处微小骨粒形成菲薄的骨板,12周后形成的骨板较厚,骨梁连续,椎管形态及容积无明显变化,未见脊髓受压。对照组开窗处在8、12周局部有少量骨质增生,周围黏连组织侵入椎管,椎管未重建。结论 兔椎板开窗处再植自体微小骨粒的骨重建,形成的骨板可遮挡疤痕侵入椎管,减少椎管内黏连。  相似文献
