目的应用显微外科技术行尺神经松解治疗肘管综合征的疗效分析。方法镜下神经松解解除神经内外瘢痕对神经的压迫,并保护神经束间交通支及营养血管,恢复神经传导功能。结果本组22例,优14例,良6例,差2例。优良率90.9%。结论应用显微外科技术无损伤操作使尺神经松解彻底而适度,疗效确切,是治疗肘管综合征的行之有效的方法。 相似文献

Magnetic metal nanocrystals tend to be advanced microwave absorption substances as they possess simultaneous dielectric and magnetic losses. In this study, the metallic cobalt (Co) nanocrystals with a pine needle-like nanostructure constructed by one-dimensional Co nanorods have been successfully prepared through the polyol approach. By regulating the amount of reduced graphene oxide (rGO), rGO/Co nanocomposites with different mass ratios were acquired. Experimental results demonstrate that the rGO/Co nanocomposites display excellent microwave attenuation capacity. The minimum reflection loss value can reach −57.8 dB at 12.43 GHz with a filler loading of 20 wt% at 1.8 mm. Moreover, the effective absorption bandwidth covers the frequency range of 4.2–15.5 GHz with an integrated thickness of 1.5–4.0 mm. The main absorption mechanisms include dielectric loss caused by dipole and interfacial polarization and magnetic loss arising from ferromagnetic resonance and eddy current loss. ObjectiveDespite normal sperm parameters, 5% of in vitro fertilization (IVF) attempts result in an unpredictable failure of fertilization. In 56% of the cases, there is no obvious oocyte anomaly, but lack of sperm binding to the zona pellucida. This study aims to contribute to clarify the male molecular causes of failures in IVF, which are undetected by classical sperm analysis.Patients and methodsThe spermatic proteomic profiles of patients, with a complete failure of fertilization and no spermatozoa bound to the zona pellucida, is compared to controls (patients with normal fertilization and cleavage rates after a classical IVF for tubal indication). All samples are analysed by 2 Dimensional Electrophoresis-Differential In Gel Electrophoresis (2DE-DIGE) after being divided into three fractions according to their isoelectric point (acid, intermediate and basic).ResultsFourteen proteins differentially expressed between all the cases and all the controls were highlighted. Twelve of these proteins were identified by mass spectrometry (six from the acid fraction and six from the basic fraction). Two of these proteins may have an interest in gametic interaction: the laminin receptor LR67 and the L-xylulose reductase.Discussion and conclusionMore investigation is needed to understand the involvement of the identified proteins in the IVF fertilization failure of the infertile patients in this study. 相似文献

We have extensively explored the stable crystal structures of early-transition metal pernitrides (TMN2, TM = Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, and Ta) at ambient and high pressures using effective CALYPSO global structure search algorithm in combination with first-principles calculations. We identified for the first time the ground-state structures of MnN2, TaN2, NbN2, VN2, ZrN2, and HfN2 pernitrides, and proposed their synthesis pressures. All predicted crystal structures contain encapsulated N2 dumbbells in which the two N atoms are singly bonded to a [N2]4− pernitride unit utilizing the electrons transferred from the transition metals. The strong nature of the single dinitrogen bond and transition metal–nitrogen charge transfer induce extraordinary mechanic properties in the predicted transition metal pernitrides including large bulk modulus and high Vickers hardness. Among the predictions the hardness of MnN2 is 36.6 GPa, suggesting that it is potentially a hard material. The results obtained in the present study are important to the understanding of structure–property relationships in transition metal pernitrides and will hopefully encourage future synthesis of these technologically important materials.We identified for the first time the ground-state structures of MnN2, TaN2, NbN2, VN2, ZrN2 and HfN2 pernitrides and proposed their synthesis pressures. 相似文献

目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg1联合人参皂苷Rg3对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)诱导的雄性生殖功能损伤模型小鼠生殖功能的改善作用,阐明人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rg3对生殖功能保护作用的相关机制,为其深入开发提供实验依据。方法:28只清洁级雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为模型组(400 mg·kg-1 DBP)、人参皂苷Rg1+DBP组(20 mg·kg-1人参皂苷Rg1,400 mg·kg-1 DBP)、人参皂苷Rg3+DBP组(20 mg·kg-1人参皂苷Rg3,400 mg·kg-1 DBP)和联合组(20 mg·kg-1人参皂苷Rg1,20 mg·kg-1人参皂苷Rg3,400 mg·kg-1DBP),每组7只。DBP溶于玉米油于每天上午灌胃给药,人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rg3溶于生理盐水于每天下午皮下注射给药,每天各给药1次,连续给药35 d。采用WLJY-9000型精子质量检测系统检测各组小鼠的精子密度、精子活力和总畸形率,HE染色观察小鼠睾丸组织病理形态表现,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测小鼠血清中睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平,采用免疫荧光法检测睾丸组织缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)蛋白表达水平。结果:与模型组比较,联合组小鼠睾丸脏器系数明显升高(P<0.05),人参皂苷Rg1+DBP组、人参皂苷Rg3+DBP组和联合组小鼠精子密度和精子活力明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,人参皂苷Rg1+DBP组、人参皂苷Rg3+DBP组和联合组小鼠血清中T和LH水平明显升高(P<0.01),FSH水平明显降低(P<0.01),小鼠睾丸组织中Cx43蛋白表达水平明显升高(P<0.05)。HE染色,模型组小鼠睾丸组织生精上皮较薄,管腔中生精细胞严重脱落;与模型组比较,人参皂苷Rg1+DBP组和人参皂苷Rg3+DBP组小鼠睾丸组织生精上皮变厚,管腔中脱落细胞较少;联合组小鼠睾丸组织生精上皮结构完整,各级生精细胞排列规则,腔内精子丰富。析因分析,人参皂苷Rg1联合人参皂苷Rg3可致小鼠精子活力(F=6.704,P=0.016)、血清中T水平(F=4.912,P=0.036)和睾丸组织中Cx43蛋白表达水平(F=6.937,P=0.018)升高。结论:人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rg3单独使用及人参皂苷Rg1与人参皂苷Rg3联合使用,可提高精子密度和精子活力,使小鼠血清中T和LH水平升高,FSH水平降低,减轻小鼠生殖功能损伤,其作用机制可能与上调Cx43表达水平发挥生精保护作用有关,可抑制DBP所致的生殖功能损伤,且人参皂苷Rg1与Rg3联合使用表现为协同作用。 相似文献
