7—乙基吲哚的合成

以邻硝基乙苯为原料，经过还原、Ｓａｎｄｍｅｙｅｒ反应、环合、还原四步合成了７－乙基吲哚，总收率达１６％，质量与文献相符。     

Partial splenic embolization for hypersplenism concomitant with or after arterial embolization of hepatocellular carcinoma in 30 patients

Purpose To study the value of partial splenic embolization (PSE) for the treatment of hypersplenism in patients undergoing embolization of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Transcatheter hepatic arterial embolization (THAE) combined with PSE was performed in 30 patients with HCC complicating liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, and hypersplenism. Gelfoam sponge was used as the embolic material for PSE and limited to 100–150 pieces. Results More than 50% of splenic parenchyma was infarcted in 27 patients. Leukopenia and thrombocytopenia were corrected by PSE in 25 of 27 patients with hypersplenism. In 26 patients with esophageal varices, including 5 patients with bleeding, no rebleeding occurred during a 6–17 month follow-up. Hypersplenism was not corrected in 2 of 3 patients whose infarcted splenic parenchyma was less than 50%. No splenic abscesses or other severe complications were observed. Of the 30 patients treated, 19 are still alive after 1 year. Conclusions THAE combined with PSE is a safe and effective measure for patients with HCC.     

钛接圈在不同烘烤温度下对镍铬合金浇注质量的影响

目的：研究钛接圈在不同烘烤温度下浇注镍铬合金的质量关系。方法：选择临床骨融合种植义齿二期手术后典型病例石膏模型，在基桩上固定纯钛接圈，常规制作桥架蜡型，使桥架接圈周围嵌体蜡厚度为１ｍｍ，常规内、外包埋，放置２４ｈ后，分４组不同温度烘烤，ａ组烘烤升温至６００℃，ｂ组升温至６５０℃，ｃ组升温至７００℃，ｄ组升温至８００℃。每组试件１０个，共４０个试件。用远红外温度测试仪控制合金浇注温度为１３０６℃，自然冷却后，电镜观察。结果：钛接圈烘烤温度６００℃、８００℃时镍铬合金支架断口出现二次断裂及气孔机会多，当６５０℃、７００℃时二次断裂出现机会少。结论：在常规牙科操作中，钛接圈烘烤温度为６５０℃、７００℃时，浇注镍铬合金较好。     

肾移植术后氨苄青霉素,诺氟沙星与环孢菌素的相互作用

对71例肾移植术后患者进行了氨苄青霉素与环孢菌素的相互作用研究。患者在开始服用氨苄青霉素之前、之中、之后的肾功能以及环孢菌素全血浓度测定结果表明,三项指标均无显著改变。另一组肾移植术后患者37例进行的诺氟沙星与环孢菌素相互作用研究,结果与氨苄青霉素的相互作用类似。提示氨苄青霉素、诺氟沙星可安全地与环孢菌素合用,而不影响肾功能。     

Simultaneous over-expression of insulin-like growth factor-II (IGF II) and IGF-II receptor (IGF-II R) genes in human primary cancer-implication of autocrine and paracrine mechanism in autonomous growth of hepatic cancer

This is first report about the simultaneous over-expression of both Insulin-like growth factor (IGF-II) and its receptor (IGF-II R) at mRNA level in human primary hepatic Cancer (PHC). In 10 PHC samples from China, IGF-II and IGF-II R were both over-expressed, whereas only a background signal was detected in normal liver. In 5 pairs of PHC and its non-tumorous adjacent liver tissues from South Africa, IGF-II and IGF-II R were also over-expressed in PHC. mRNA expression of IGF-II in all 5 cases and IGF-II R in 4 of 5 cases were higher in cancer than non-tumorous adjacent liver tissues. These results strongly implicate that an autocrine and/or paracrine mechanism might be involved in formation and progression of PHC.     

抑制剂对酪氨酸酶影响的初步研究

采用酶动力学及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法研究了ＮａＨＳＯ３、ＮａＮ３、ＫＳＣＮ、ＤＤＣ对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用。ＮａＨＳＯ３、ＮａＮ３、ＫＳＣＮ为非竞争性抑制作用，随着抑制剂浓度增加，酶活性逐渐减弱。当ＮａＨＳＯ３、ＮａＮ３、ＫＳＣＮ的浓度分别达到１．２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ１２。５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ１２．５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ时，酶活性的抑制率为１００％、５０％、２４％。ＤＤＣ对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用为竞争性抑制作用，其浓度达４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ时，酶活性１００％受到抑制。     

对－取代苯甲酰氨基苯甲酸（甲酯）的合成及其分化诱导HL－60细胞活性试验

作者合成了１６个对－苯甲酰氨基苯甲酸（甲酯），并进行了分化诱导人髓系白血病细胞（ＨＬ－６０细胞）的活性试验，其中有４个化合物活性较强，在浓度为１０￣（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时可使２５％～５０％以上的早幼粒细胞分化为较成熟细胞；有两个化合物在浓度为５×１０￣（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时可使细胞分化率提高到７０％，但较维Ａ酸分化率（９７％）为低。     

Estrogen receptors in the external anal sphincter

Inasmuch as anal competence in women is reduced after the age of 50 years, it may be dependent on effects of estrogens. In this study, samples of the external anal sphincter were analyzed for the presence of estrogen receptors and were found to be present at a median concentration of 5.0 fmol per milligram of protein (range, 1.9 to 13) in women (n = 7), and 1.1 fmol per milligram of protein (range, 0 to 3.2) in men (n = 7). These findings are of interest with regard to the treatment of idiopathic anal incontinence.
