泄泻为常见而多发病证，临床以便次增多，便下稀溏，甚至如水样为主证，一般不夹有脓血，为由外感或内伤乳食导致脾胃运化功能失常的一种消化道疾病。临床可分为外感泄泻、伤食泄泻、湿热泄泻、脾虚地泻四型。1辩证施治1．1外感泄泻1.1．1症状大便清稀有沫，臭味不大，场鸣腹痛，小便清白，伴见发热，鼻塞。鼻流清涕。舌质淡红，舌苦薄白，脉浮，指纹红。1.1．2治则解表疏邪，燥湿止泻。豆．1．3方药鸡苏散加味：薄荷叶6g、佩兰叶10g、粉葛根6g、北防风6g、滑石块109、炙甘草帕、苍术6g。丑．l．4方解方中以薄荷、佩兰辛香解表达邪为主；防…     

慢性肾衰患者红细胞生成抑制因子的研究进展

慢性肾衰患者血浆中存在着抑制红细胞生成的物质，在肾性贫血的发生机制中起着不可忽视的作用。但其作用机制目前尚不明确。既往认为对红细胞生成起抑制作用的物质主要包括多胺(如精胺、精脒、腐胺、尸胺)、甲状旁腺素和某些大分子蛋白。近年有关红细胞生成抑制因子(EIF)的研究取得一定进展，本文就此进行综述。

肿瘤Ki-67抗原HLA-A2限制性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞表位的鉴定

Objective To identify the HLA-A2-restricted CTL epitopes encoded by antigen segment of Ki-67 for preparation of tumor vaccines. Methods Two epitope prediction databases ( BIMAS and SYFPEITHI) were used to predict the epitopes of Ki-67, and 7 peptides were synthesized as the candi-dates. The prediction was evaluated by peptide-binding test. ELISPOT was used to inspect the IFN-γ secre-ted by CTLs in order to reflect the immunogenicity of the peptides. Results The purities of synthetic pep-tides and positive control peptide were all above 95%. Peptide-binding test displayed that LQGETQLLV (280-288) of Ki-67 could bind with HLA-A2 molecule more strongly. ELISPOT assay displayed that LQGETQLLV could induce activation of specific CTLs. Conclusion LQGETQLLV (280-288) might be the HLA-A2-restricted CTL epitope of Ki-67 antigen.     

开始吸烟年龄及吸烟量与吸烟依赖程度之间关系的探讨

据报道,吸烟行为与社会、心理和生物学等因素相关[1,2],吸烟成瘾则主要与心理及生物学因素相关,即心理依赖和药物依赖.许多研究表明,开始吸烟年龄、吸烟量和吸烟依赖程度相互之间也存在相关性[1-3].为此,我们对吸烟量是否随着依赖程度加重而加大进行了初步研究.     

米氮平与丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑对照研究

以米氮平与丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑临床对照研究。1对象和方法为2006年1月至6月我院门诊患者,符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版广泛性焦虑的诊断标准;Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)评分≥14分;排除躯体疾病,有自杀倾向者。共50例,随机平分为两组。米氮平组男12例,女13例;平均年龄(31.2±7.8)岁,平均病程(3.3±1.3)年。丁螺环酮组男10例,女15例;平均年龄(29.8±8.5)岁,平均病程(3.2±1.3)年。两组以上各项差异均无显著性(P均>0.05)。米氮平初始剂量15mg,治疗剂量15~45mg/d。丁螺环酮初始剂量15mg/d,治疗剂量10~45mg/d。疗程6周。采用HAMA及…
