面瘫患者的康复护理

目的:观察规范化的康复护理对面瘫患者康复的效果。方法:106例面瘫患者随机分为两组,对照组(52例)采用常规治疗和一般护理常规,康复护理组(54例)则进行规范化的康复护理,治疗20天时评价临床效果。结果:两组治疗后,康复护理组的治愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而且增加了患者的满意度。结论:规范化的康复护理对面瘫患者的康复具有更好的疗效。     

Endothelial nitric oxide synthase traffic inducer in the umbilical vessels of the patients with pre-eclampsia

The expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase traffic inducer （NOSTRIN） was examined in the umbilical vessels of the patients with pre-eclampsia （PE） to explore its possible role in the pathogenesis of PE. The NOSTR1N rnRNA in umbilical tissues was determined by RT-PCR. The eNOS activity in umbilical vessels was spectrophotometrically detected. NO2 /NO3, the stable metabolic end products of NO, was measured by using nitrate reductase. RT-PCR showed that the expression level of NOSTRIN was significantly higher in women with PE than in the normal group （P〈0.01）. The activity of eNOS was significantly decreased in PE group [（12.83±3.61） U/mg] than in normal group [（21.72±3.83） U/mg] （P〈0.01）. The level of NO2-/NO3- in PE patients （27.53±7.48） pmol/mg was significantly lower than that of normal group （54.27±9.53） μmol/mg （P〈0.01）. The significant negative correlation existed between the expression of NOSTRIN and the activity of eNOS in umbilical vessels of women with PE （r=-0.58, P〈0.01）. It was concluded that the level of NOSTR1N expression was increased in umbilical vessel of women with PE, indicating that it may be involved in the pathogenesis of PE.     

唑来磷酸联合化疗治疗肺癌骨转移的临床观察

目的观察唑来磷酸联合化疗对肺癌骨转移的止痛效果和不良反应。方法将60例确诊肺癌患者随机分为A、B2组,A组为唑来磷酸联合化疗组,B组单用唑来磷酸组。结果A、B2组止痛有效率分别为86．67％、80．00％。结论唑来磷酸联合化疗治疗肺癌骨转移性疼痛安全有效。     

高压氧联合纳洛酮治疗急性乙醇中毒疗效观察

目的探讨高压氧联合纳洛酮治疗急性乙醇中毒的临床疗效。方法将160例急性乙醇中毒患者随机分成2组,其中高压氧组80例,对照组80例,观察疗效并进行比较。结果高压氧组无论轻、重度中毒患者在意识恢复及症状消失时间方面均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论高压氧联合纳洛酮治疗急性乙醇中毒,临床应用安全,具有较好疗效。     

VEGF Expression in Patellar Tendinopathy: A Preliminary Study

Vascular function and angiogenesis are regulated by vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGF). The purpose of this preliminary study was to address the following questions: Is VEGF expression in the patellar tendon more prevalent in patients with patellar tendinopathy than in individuals with normal, pain-free patellar tendons? Which cell populations express VEGF in normal and tendinopathic tendon? Is there a difference in symptom duration between VEGF+ and VEGF? tendons? We collected patellar tendon tissue from 22 patients undergoing open débridement of the patellar tendon and from 10 patients undergoing intramedullary nailing of the tibia. VEGF expression was assessed immunohistochemically. Relevant inflammatory and repair cell types were immunolabeled. VEGF expression was absent from control tendons, but was present in a subset of patients with histopathological evidence of angiofibroblastic tendinosis. VEGF was expressed in the intimal layer of tendon vessels, but was absent in other cell types. Patients demonstrating VEGF expression in the patellar tendon had a shorter symptom duration (12 ± 7.8 months) than patients with no detectable VEGF (32.8 ± 23.5 months). VEGF may contribute to the vascular hyperplasia that is a cardinal feature of symptomatic tendinosis, particularly in cases with more recent onset.     

乳腺癌内分泌治疗的进展

内分泌治疗是激素受体阳性乳腺癌综合治疗的重要组成部分,其疗效已得到广泛的认可.随着新的内分泌药物的出现,乳腺癌的内分泌治疗也取得了新的进展.目前,三苯氧胺对绝经前患者仍是内分泌治疗的标准用药,但对绝经后患者应用芳香化酶抑制剂会有更大的效益.芳香化酶抑制剂及药物去势等多个大型的临床研究还正在进行并备受关注.本文概述乳腺癌的内分泌治疗并着重介绍近期的进展.
