五株三带喙库蚊的酯酶同工酶比较研究

本文应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)和等电聚焦电泳(IEF)的方法对我国5个三带喙库蚊地区株的酯酶同工酶(EST.)进行了比较研究。结果表明,不同三带喙库蚊地区株的酯酶同工酶在PAGE上表现出3个位点共12条酶带,在IEF上表现出26条酶带。各地区株群体间的EST无显著性差异。     

大蒜对焦炉工生物膜损伤和细胞免疫保护作用初探

采用大蒜对焦炉工在不脱离生产情况下，进行为期半年的实验服用，观察其对生物膜损伤和细胞免疫功能的保护作用。结果表明：服用大蒜制剂后焦炉工的唾液酸（ＳＡ）和脂质过氧化（ＬＰＯ）比服用前降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）有所增高，但Ｐ＞０．０５，在细胞免疫方面，表现为酸性α－醋酸萘酯酶（ＡＮＡＥ）和活性Ｅ－花环％（Ｅａ）的增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对照组的细胞免疫功能及生物膜损伤情况均无改善，提示：大蒜对焦炉工的生物膜和细胞免疫均有一定的保护作用。     

培哚普利对充血性心力衰竭患者TNF-α含量的影响

目的:观察培哚普利对充血性心力衰竭患者TNF-α含量的影响.方法:将60例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,即对照组和治疗组,两周后用放射免疫法测量TNF-α的血浆含量值.结果:治疗后两组间比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:培哚普利减少TNF-α水平,可能与其延缓心力衰竭的进展,改善预后有一定关系.     

SARS家庭聚集型病例8例报告分析

SARS是由变异冠状病毒引起的新型烈性传染病，具有在家庭和医院内聚集发病的特点。其影像学表现对于临床诊断和随诊观察具有重要价值。本文报告了分属3个家庭的8个病例发病早期(1周)影像学表现(包括胸部平片和CT)和部分临床表现资料，讨论并分析SARS早期影像学表现的若干特点及与临床表现之间的关系。     

Neuromuscular block with vecuronium reduces the rapidly extracted auditory evoked potentials index during steady state anesthesia

PURPOSE: During clinical monitoring, vecuronium appeared to reduce the rapidly extracted auditory evoked potentials index (A-line ARX index or AAI) to some extent. A prospective and randomized study was designed to analyze this phenomenon. METHODS: Forty adult patients undergoing elective surgery were studied. After tracheal intubation, anesthesia was maintained with an end-tidal isoflurane concentration (F(ET)ISO) of 1.0% for 20 min, then a 10-mL dose of either vecuronium 0.05 mg*kg(-1), 0.1 mg*kg(-1), 0.2 mg*kg(-1) or saline was administered in a randomized, double-blind design. The AAI and bispectral index (BI(hx)) were monitored throughout the study and analyzed off-line. RESULTS: BI(hx) was unaltered after the administration of saline or vecuronium. The mean of the averaged (per patient) AAI values recorded from two minutes to ten minutes after the administration of saline or vecuronium 0.05 mg*kg(-1) did not differ significantly from the corresponding mean recorded from 15 min to 20 min after F(ET)ISO maintained 1.0% (P = 0.678, 0.169), however after the administration of vecuronium 0.1 mg*kg(-1) or 0.2 mg*kg(-1), AAI was reduced from 18.3, 18.0 to 14.8, 13.4 (P = 0.016, 0.017). CONCLUSIONS: Neuromuscular block with vecuronium reduces AAI in patients during steady state anesthesia without surgical stimuli, while BI(hx) is unaltered. The cut-off values of AAI for events should be determined according to the level of neuromuscular blockade when monitoring the depth of anesthesia/sedation.     

Anti-leukemia effect of perillyl alcohol in Bcr/Abl-transformed cells indirectly inhibits signaling through Mek in a Ras- and Raf-independent fashion.

PURPOSE: Perillyl alcohol (POH) displays preventive and therapeutic activity against a wide variety of tumor models, and it has been suggested that this might be associated with the ability of POH to interfere with Ras prenylation. POH also selectively induces G(1) arrest and apoptosis in Bcr/Abl-transformed hematopoietic cells. Because signaling through Ras is necessary for Bcr/Abl transformation, we examined whether POH induces its anti-leukemia effect by inhibiting Ras signaling. EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN: The ability of POH to inhibit posttranslational farnesylation and signaling from Ras as well as signaling through the Raf-Mek-Erk cascade was examined in Bcr/Abl-transformed and mock-transformed cells and related to the anti-leukemia effect of POH. RESULTS: POH does not affect Ras prenylation or Ras activity, but it blocks signaling downstream of Ras by reversing the state of activation of the Erk kinase, Mek. POH affects Mek activity only when it is added to intact cells. Treatment of either cell lysates or of purified Mek with POH has no effect on Mek activity. Inhibition of the Mek-Erk pathway seems to be related to the POH anti-leukemia effect for the following reasons: (a) the concentration of POH needed to block the Erk pathway, as well the kinetics with which POH inhibits this signaling cascade, both correlate with the anti-leukemia effect of POH; (b) both U0126 (a specific Mek inhibitor) and POH induce similar anti-leukemia effects; and (c) mock-transformed hematopoietic cells are simultaneously resistant to POH anti-leukemia effects and inhibition of the Mek-Erk pathway. CONCLUSION: Blocking Mek is sufficient to induce growth arrest and apoptosis in Bcr/Abl-transformed cells; therefore, POH represents a novel small molecule inhibitor of Mek that might be effective for treating Bcr/Abl leukemias.

P糖蛋白和Ki-67抗原表达对肺癌T/NT的影响

目的:研究肺癌放射导向手术中肿瘤及正常组织P糖蛋白(P-gp)、Ki-67抗原表达与放射性核素摄取比(T/NT)的关系.方法:采用免疫组化方法和显微图像分析技术,测定32例接受放射导向手术的肺癌病人P-gp和Ki-67抗原表达,分析P-gp和Ki-67的标记指数(LI)与T/NT之间的相关性.结果:P-gp和Ki-67的LI和肺癌病人T/NT之间均有相关性(r=-0.61,P=0.0002; r=0.75,P=0.0001).结论:Ki-67的LI越高(肿瘤增殖越旺盛),T/NT值越高;P-gp阳性的肿瘤,T/NT值较低.     

梅花髓内针和交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的比较

目的 :比较梅花髓内针和交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效。方法 :采用梅花针和交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折共 70例 ,比较两组的固定方法、术后处理、愈合时间、肢体与关节功能恢复情况、适应症的选择以及交锁髓内钉的应用体会。结果 :随访 10月～ 2 4月 ,骨折全部愈合 ,梅花针组 4 7例 ,平均愈合时间 7.5个月 ;交锁髓内钉组平均愈合时间 6 .5个月。肢体关节功能恢复 :梅花针组术后肢体成角畸形 15°2例 ,占 4 % ;膝关节活动 <70°3例 ,占 6 %。交锁髓内钉组 ,无成角畸形 ,膝关节活动均恢复正常。结论 :梅花髓内针最好的适应症是股骨干峡部的短斜或横行新鲜骨折 ;交锁髓内钉适应症较广泛 ,可用于所有的股骨干新鲜和陈旧性骨折 ,愈合时间较梅花针短 ,功能恢复良好 ,疗效明显优于梅花髓内针。
