The analysis of a set of experimental data obtained by an independent team of researchers confirms that neuronal differentiation or synapse formation do occur in time and space with fractal dimension. The interacting cells create first a dynamic system with its own attractor, (i.e., a fragment of time and space where the dynamic processes occur and where no further evolution of the system is possible at all owing to the action of the intrasystemic forces unless some extrasystemic forces act upon it). This attractor is then modified in the active manner by the differentiating cells until the system attains a degenerated stationary state and differentiation ends. The fractal structure of the system is also lost in the course of tumor progression. Our data indicate that the cellular system can attain the degenerated stationary state, leaving the attractor with a fractal dimension directly or undergoing diversification into many attractors and going through the areas of deterministic chaos. Since evolution of the cellular system is driven by the cooperative dynamic processes, as reflected by the changes of the mean fractal dimension between the intervals of the Gompertzian curve, it is likely that cells differentiate into neurons and create synapses with a conjugated probability and non-Gaussian distribution rather than with the classical probability and the Gaussian distribution. These findings can help to optimize features of artificial neural networks. They also define a simple in vitro biological model for biophysical and biochemical studies on natural neural networks.  相似文献

目的:研究头孢唑肟在5%葡萄糖输液与维生素B6等6种注射剂配伍的稳定性,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:选择在35℃下6h内观察配伍液的外观,PH及CZX紫外光谱的变化。用紫外分光光度法测定CZX的含量。结果:A春稳定性与和PH有关。结论L:在35℃下6h内与维生素B6、地塞米松、酚磺乙胺、氯化钾注射剂配伍、则稳定可用,与维生素C、氨茶碱注射剂配伍,则最好在4h内使用。  相似文献

Objective To investigate if low dose total body irradiation (TBI, 6.0-9.0 Gy) combined with intensified chemotherapy followed by autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation results in better survival in children with refractory leukemia or solid tumors. Methods Twenty-one children with malignant tumors were included in this study.There w ere 14 males and 7 females aged 3.5-12 years.Underlying disease included high -risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL, CR(1) in 3 children and CR(2) in 5 ch ildren), acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML, 9 children), non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma stage Ⅳ ( 2 children), and neuroblastoma stage Ⅳ (2 children).The peripheral hematopoi etic stem cells were collected six to eleven months after complete response, mob ilized with high dose chemotherapy alone or combined with GM-CSF or G-CSF.Th e conditioning regimen consisted of chemotherapy with two to three combinations of the following drugs: cyclophosphamide, arabinosylcytosine, McNU, etopside, an d Idarubicin on the basis ofTBI (6.0-9.0 Gy).A mean of (1.8±0.5) ×10(8)/kg autologous mononuclear cells were transplanted.The patients were followed up after transplantation. Results Severe bone marrow suppression occurred in all patients around day +7.Peripher al white blood cell count decreased to 0 in all patients at day +4.8±2.9, and platelet count decreased to less than 20×10(9)/L at day +9.0±2.6.Succ essful engraftment was achieved in 21 patients, but four died of infection at da y +17, +20, +31 and +67, respectively.Recovery of white blood cell (WBC) to 10×10(9)/L, absolute neutrophil count to 0.5×10(9)/L, platelet count to 20 ×10(9)/L occurred on 21±12, 26±13, and 27±10 days, respectively.During the follow up period, three patients relapsed at +5 months, +1.5 years, and +2 yea rs 10 months, respectively.One patient died of intracranial hemorrhage at +8 m onths.Thirteen patients had event-free survival for 2-12 years, with a mean o f 6.7±3.4 years.Conclusion Our preliminary data suggest that myeloablative therapy with low dose TBI (6.0 -9.0 Gy) combined with intensified chemotherapy followed by autologous periphe ral blood stem cell transplantation might be associated with favorable results i n children with refractory leukemia or solid tumors.  相似文献

抗人肝癌单克隆抗体(单抗)3A5用木瓜蛋白酶消化得到Fab片段。单抗3A5和Fab片段分别与抗癌抗生素C1027偶联,偶联物经克隆生成法测定对肝癌细胞有很强的杀伤作用,C1027,Fab-C1027和3;3A5-C1027的IC50分别为6.5×10-16,8.6×10-16和4.2×10-14mol·L-1;Fab-C1027偶联物对非靶细胞(KB)的IC50值为1.4×10-13mol·L-1,与靶细胞(BEL-7402)的IC50值相比,两者相差160倍。说明Fab-C1027的杀伤活性强于3A5-C1027,并对靶细胞呈选择性杀伤作用。给皮下移植人肝癌的裸鼠iv剂量0.1 mg·kg-1,结果C1027和Fab-C1027的抑瘤率分别为59和85%,说明Fab片段与C1027偶联物比游离C1027的疗效更高。  相似文献

目的:对盐酸地芬尼多片进行溶出度测定,以考察其质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定了盐酸地芬尼多片的溶出度,色谱柱,YWG-C18柱,流动相:甲醇-0.5%三乙胺溶液(磷酸调PH值为3.5)(62:38),检测波长;215nm。结果:各(厂)批产品溶出参数(T50,Td,m)有极显著差异(P<0.01),结论:有必要增加盐酸地芬尼多片溶出度检查以控制其质量。  相似文献

目的:观察哮喘急性发作期短期加大布地奈德都保用量与短期加用口服或静注糖皮质激素作疗效比较。方法:两组病例均应用常规剂量布地奈德都保,治疗组52例在急性发作期短期加用口服或静脉糖皮质激作比较。结果:两组病例的治疗总有效率均达100%,治疗半年后及治疗1年后的肺功能FEV1,FEF50%(呼气50%FVC时的流速)、PET经统计学处理无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:哮喘急性发作期短期加大布地奈德都保用量与短期加用口服或静注糖皮质激素可以取得相同效果。  相似文献
