目的 分析灌云县2016—2021年手足口病流行特征,为手足口病的防控提供参考依据。方法 采用描述性统计方法,分析灌云县手足口病的流行特征以及病原学变化等。结果 2016 —2021年灌云县手足口病 4 205例,呈现出“隔年高发”特征,年平均发病率为67.50/10万;4 —6月和10 —12月为高发期;男性占比明显高于女性;0~4岁散居儿童居多;伊山镇、侍庄街道和东王集镇发病率位居前三。2016 —2017年确诊患儿病原以EV71为主,2018—2021年以Cox A6为主。8例重症病例集中在1~5岁,确诊的重症患者以EV71感染为主。结论 灌云县手足口病疫情具有“隔年高发”和季节性“双峰流行”特征,以0~4岁散居儿童为高发人群和灌云县县城及周边镇(街)为高发区域。EV71灭活疫苗接种能有效预防EV71病毒引发的手足口病。 相似文献

Aim
Leukocyte-associated immunoglobulin-like receptor-1 (LAIR-1) is an immune inhibitory receptor which is expressed within most types of hematopoietic cells and negatively regulates immune responses. Recently, we found LAIR-1 expression to be present within tumors of nonhematopoietic lineages. However, the roles of LAIR-1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) have yet to be examined. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of LAIR-1 in HCC tissue and assess its clinical significance at this site.Materials and methods
Expression levels of LAIR-1 within HCC samples collected from 90 patients and compared with that of slides of normal liver tissue collected from 9 non-HCC patients were measured by immunohistochemistry using tissue microarrays. A semiquantitative score was assigned, as was based on staining intensity and percent of positive cells and a Spearman Rank correlation test was used to assess any potential significant correlations between LAIR-1 expression and clinicopathological factors. Overall survival analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier and Log Rank statistical test.Results
LAIR-1 expression was detected in cancer tissue and adjacent tumor tissue, but not in normal liver tissue. The percent of LAIR-1-positive expression in cancer tissue of HCC samples was 97.78% (88/90) while that in adjacent tumor tissue was 96.67% (87/90). Significantly greater expression levels of LAIR-1 were obtained from cancer tissue (Mean?±?SD?=?5.722?±?2.145) than that in adjacent tumor tissue (4.141?±?1.486). In addition, LAIR-1 expression was found to be significantly correlated with pathological grade of HCC, T stage, and age. Expression levels of LAIR-1 were related with worse overall survival rates of HCC patients, especially in HCC patients with hepatic cirrhosis.Conclusion
Results of this study show that LAIR-1 is expressed in HCC tissues and that high levels of LAIR-1 expression are associated with the poor cancer differentiation. In addition, overexpression of LAIR-1 was significantly associated with worse overall survival in the patients with HCC. 目的 分析总结南宁市江南区2019年登革热流行病学特征和疫情应急处置的工作情况,为今后有效地防制登革热提供对策、参考和技术支持。方法 收集南宁市江南区2019年登革热疫情相关数据,评价本次应急处置的工作成效。结果 2019年南宁市江南区登革热疫情严峻,共报告登革热病例370例,其中输入病例4例,本地病例366例;感染人数以家务待业和离退休者居多;男女性别比为1∶1.12;发病年龄最小1岁,最大92岁;发病的空间分布呈现高度聚集,福建园街道占本城区本地病例的87.70%。早期伊蚊应急监测布雷图指数和账诱指数合格率偏低,分别为72.17%和62.61%。针对本次疫情特性,制定有针对性的防控策略,做好精准疫情应急处置,有效压低峰值,迅速控制了疫情的扩散和蔓延。结论 本次疫情是由输入性病例导致本地病例社区水平暴发,疫情呈现多点暴发及扩散蔓延态势。需做好疫情研判、预警预测,准确分析流行病学特征,尽早实施登革热应急处置,精准防控、孳生地处理、健康宣教和病例管理是应急处置的关键措施。 相似文献

Detachment of cancer cells from the primary tumor and formation of spheroids in ascites is required for implantation metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), but the underlying mechanism of this process has not been thoroughly elucidated. To mimic this process, ovarian cancer cells were grown in 3D and 2D culture. Hey and OVCA433 spheroids exhibited decreased cell proliferation and enhanced adhesion and invasion. SMYD3 expression was elevated in ovarian carcinoma spheroids in association with increased H3K4 methylation. Depletion of SMYD3 by transient siRNA, stable shRNA knockdown and the SMYD3 inhibitor BCI-121 all decreased spheroid invasion and adhesion. Gene expression arrays revealed downregulation of integrin family members. Inhibition assays confirmed that invasion and adhesion of spheroids are mediated by ITGB6 and ITGAM. SMYD3-deficient cells regained the ability to invade and adhere after forced overexpression of SMYD3, ITGB6 and ITGAM. However, this biological ability was not restored by forced overexpression of SMYD3 in ITGB6- and/or ITGAM-deficient cancer cells. SMYD3 and H3K4me3 binding at the ITGB6 and ITGAM promoters was increased in spheroids compared to that in monolayer cells, and the binding was decreased when SMYD3 expression was inhibited, consistent with the expression changes in integrins. SMYD3 expression and integrin-mediated adhesion were also activated in an intraperitoneal xenograft model and in EOC patient spheroids. In vivo, SMYD3 knockdown inhibited tumor metastasis and reduced ascites volume in both the intraperitoneal xenograft model and a PDX model. Overall, our results suggest that the SMYD3-H3K4me3-integrin pathway plays a crucial role in ovarian cancer metastasis to the peritoneal surface. 相似文献

目的研究晚期肺癌化疗患者发生医院感染的病原学特点,分析其危险因素,降低晚期肺癌化疗患者医院感染率。方法选择2012年1月-2015年12月收治的532例晚期肺癌化疗患者为研究对象,采集患者痰液或呼吸道分泌物标本进行细菌培养,应用SAS 9.3软件进行统计分析,并分析晚期肺癌化疗患者发生医院感染的危险因素。结果 125例晚期肺癌化疗患者发生医院感染,感染率为23.50%,其主要感染部位为呼吸道、胃肠道、口腔黏膜,分别占52.00%、15.20%、14.40%;共分离病原菌104株,其中革兰阴性菌51株占49.04%、革兰阳性菌30株占28.85%、真菌23株占22.11%;logistics回归显示,住院时间长、接受侵入性操作、使用抗菌药物是晚期肺癌化疗患者发生医院感染的危险因素。结论晚期肺癌化疗患者医院感染率较高,主要病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,通过缩短患者住院时间、减少侵入性操作、合理使用抗菌药物等措施,降低晚期肺癌化疗患者医院感染的发生。 相似文献
