高职院校图书馆阅读推广工作实例探析

阅读推广工作已成为高职院校图书馆的重要服务内容。湖北中医药高等专科学校开展了多项特色阅读推广活动,如“读书节”系列活动、中医药文化宣传教育日等,2012-2019年,连续8年举办的活动有优秀读者评选、专题讲座,读者培训活动也已连续举办了7年,阅读推广理念逐渐深入人心。但仍存在学校层面对阅读推广活动重视程度不高,资金投入较少;未建立专业的阅读推广队伍,相关人才匮乏;缺乏系统全面的阅读推广规划,内容繁多杂乱;形式雷同,缺乏创新意识等问题。笔者提出,应建立健全阅读推广体系、做好前期调研和总体规划、创新阅读推广模式等改进措施,以期为高职院校图书馆开展阅读推广活动提供参考。     

中医药院校阅读推广模式研究与实践

阅读是提高人口素质和国家实力的引擎,日益受到特别关注和支持。新媒体环境下,大学生阅读呈现出浅显化、通俗化、宽泛化等趋势,严重影响中华文化经典的传承。中医药院校肩负着中医药人才培养和文化传承的历史使命,要以图书馆为主体、馆藏资源为客体、全体师生为对象,开展阅读推广活动,通过搭建阅读资源平台、打造阅读推广品牌、建设阅读生态系统,引导读者回归深度阅读、回归经典阅读、回归专业阅读,大力传承和弘扬中医药优秀传统文化,坚定文化自信,养成笃学、善思、谨言、慎行的优良品质。     

新医改形势下高职高专医学生职业忠诚现状调查与对策分析

在界定高职高专医学生职业忠诚内涵、确定其构成维度的基础上,对新医改形势下高职高专医学生职业忠诚的现状进行了调查。结果发现,高职高专医学生虽有一定的职业忠诚度,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题。通过分析与讨论,就医学高职高专院校如何加强学生职业忠诚教育提出了对策与建议。     

高职高专院校图书馆的宣传和教育工作——以兰州工业高等专科学校图书馆为例

1高职高专院校图书馆的宣传和教育工作现状 当下大多数高职高专院校图书馆已经逐步认识到了宣传和教育在图书馆工作中的重要性,但由于经费、人员等方面的制约,高职高专院校图书馆的宣传和教育工作表现出活动少、效果不明显、影响范围小等特点。笔者对甘肃省21所高职高专院校图书馆进行调查,发现大多数院校的图书馆都开展了新生入馆教育,但宣传方式只是“走过场”式的简单参观,效果不明显。     

高职高专计算机应用技术专业教学改革试点的实施与探索

自2000年教育部高教司在全国高职高专院校中开展专业教学改革试点工作以来,各级各类高职高专院校都先后进行了本校重点专业的教学改革试点工作,在专业教学改革、课程体系改革、人才培养模式等各个方面都取得了显著成果.高职高专院校专业教学改革试点工作重在改革课程体系、人才培养模式,而对现有的试点专业教学改革实施情况进行分析、探讨,将有助于总结和推广专业教学改革试点工作的经验与成果.     

高职院校图书馆阅读推广的存在问题及改进措施

阅读是知识交流、经验传递的重要方式,在高职院校中,进行阅读推广是十分有必要的。本文从高职院校图书馆受众为研究的出发点,分析了其阅读时间、读者偏好以及阅读舒适区等;据此提出高职院校图书馆阅读推广的实践特点。通过分析高职院校图书馆阅读推广中的不足并提出改进措施。

强化职业能力培养反映中医护理特色

“十一五”国家级高职高专规划教材《中医护理学基础》根据政府指导、学会主办、院校联办、出版社协办的原则，本着理论够用、注重实践和能力培养的指导思想，由全国近10所中医药院校一线教师编写，可供全国高职高专层次护理学专业使用，也可作为临床护理工作者培训教材或自学考试参考教材。     

中医药院校图书馆基于中医药文化传承和创新的服务策略探讨

中医药院校图书馆承担着传承中医药文化的责任,开展中医经典阅读推广活动、宣传名老中医学术思想、建设中医药文化特色数据库及特藏空间等在中医药文化传承方面发挥重要作用.今后还需在打造中医药文化特色图书馆品牌、打造真人图书馆、促进资源共建共享等方面推动中医药文化创新.     

论医院图书馆开展阅读推广活动的发展模式

随着全民阅读活动的全面开展,医院图书馆针对患者及其家属开展阅读推广活动极具必要性,对患者身心的全面康复具有极其重要的作用,在帮助患者疏通心理积郁、解决心理困惑、预防心理疾病等方面有其独特疗效。文章主要阐述了医院图书馆针对患者及家属开展阅读推广活动时,在馆舍环境、文献资源、工作人员及患者本身等方面所面临的困难及应对措施,并提出建立阅读推广服务的组织机构和运行机制、确定阅读书目的选择标准、制定阅读方案、建立多媒体阅读途径等发展模式。     

一起110kV电缆终端故障产生的原因分析及处理

本文通过对广州地区某变电站在新建一回110kV电缆时,出现110kV电缆GIS终端头在电缆进行10kV外 护层试验时,无法满足电压值,且泄漏电流过大。通过对故障问题的解剖、分析认为电缆GIS终端头尾部铝套管 与内部的热缩管间的空气间隙不满足在匀均电场下的电气强度要求,并针对这种情况提出了相应的对策作为以后 工程实施中的参照,以避免再次发生这类故障的出现。

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

Dr.Zhang Ren''''s Experience in the Acupuncture Treatment of Different Diseases with the Same Therapeutic Principle

Dr.Zhang Ren,the chief physician,is the chairman of Shanghai Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association.Having been engaged in medicine for about 40 years,he is experienced in treating various intractable diseases.In his long years of clinical practice,he advocates taking the TCM differentiation as the basis to seek for the acupuncture method for treatment of modern intractable diseases.The author of this essay had the fortune to follow Dr.Zhang in study.The following is a summary of Dr.Zhang's experience in the acupuncture treatment for different intractable diseases with the same therapeutic principle.     

Luo Lingjie''''s Experience in Treating Chronic Nephropathy

In treating chronic nephropathy,Luo Lingjie,a chief physician,pays attention to regulating the balance between yin and yang,treating infection if present,and removing pathogenic factors.He prescribes gentle drugs and uses carefully strongly warming-tonifying ones,emphasizes the importance of persuading the patient to persist in treatment with medication and nurse one's health for recuperation,and is good at combined use of TCM and western medicine therapy and brings the merits of various therapies into full play,with obvious theraoeutic effects.     

Acupuncture Combined with Spinal Tui Na for Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea in 30 Cases

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
