对OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)系统中快时变稀疏信道估计进行了研究,采用CE-BEM模型(Complex Exponential-Basis Expansion Model)对时变信道进行建模。由于信道是稀疏的,所以对应的CE-BEM基的系数也是稀疏的,由此将估计信道的抽头响应问题转化为求解稀疏CE-BEM系数的问题。针对现实稀疏度未知的场景,提出了一种稀疏度自适应的分布式压缩感知(Distributed Compressive Sensing,DCS)算法。考虑到导频放置对性能影响的重要性,提出了一种新的放置方式。仿真结果表明,本文算法有效地提升了估计性能。  相似文献

以基于导频的信道估计展开研究。首先总结一般无线信道的多径时变统计特性,给出SUI-3信道模型的仿真实现。在此基础上,研究现有的块状导频插入方式下信道估计算法的原理和性能。基于Alamouti空时编码方案,构建1种具有2个发射天线和1个接收天线的时-频空时编码的正交频分复用(OFDM)系统,提出适用于虚载波系统的基于DFT变换的信道估计算法。该方法利用DFT迭代算法来重构虚载波的频域信道状态信息,通过时域滤波方法来抑制噪声。仿真结果表明:该算法实现了良好的信道估计性能,有效可行。  相似文献

与正交频分复用(OFDM)技术不同,5G候选技术之一的滤波器组多载波(FBMC)技术由于添加了原型滤波器的设计,各个载波之间不需要完全正交,也不需要插入循环前缀作为保护等操作。然而由于引入了固有的虚部干扰,相应的信道估计也更复杂。良好的信道估计和插值算法对于时刻跟踪时变信道响应的变化是十分必要的。本文提出了一种基于SVR插值的FBMC时变信道估计方法,采用辅助导频消除FBMC系统的虚部干扰,然后基于SVR进行时变信道插值。该算法利用已知的导频符号,在存在传输衰落及非线性噪声的情况下,使用SVR回归拟合估计信道响应系数。在仿真中,将信道矢量建模为单径慢时变瑞利衰落信道。结果表明,与传统算法相比,该方法在运算效率损失不大的情况下,对FBMC信道估计的效果有极大的改善,估计精度更高。  相似文献

目的克隆幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)外膜蛋白25(OMP25)基因,并对其进行测序及生物信息学分析。方法利用PCR技术扩增OMP25基因,并将其定向插入pET-22b( )载体中,以DNA自动分析仪进行序列测定,并以生物信息学软件分析其生物学特性。结果成功克隆了幽门螺杆菌OMP25基因,经测序表明其序列与Gene Bank公布的一致。DNAstar软件预测其蛋白质的相对分子量(Mr)约为72.4 kD,并显示出良好的抗原性。结论本研究获得了序列正确的OMP25基因,为其重组表达及其相关研究奠定了良好基础。  相似文献

主要研究了正交频分复用(OFDM)系统基于线性时变(LTV)模型的子载波间干扰(ICI)消除算法。在LTV模型中采用双重ICI消除算法可以达到比较好的性能,然而由于导频处的估计值准确度有限,限制了算法性能的进一步提升。提出了一种基于导频簇方案的双重ICI消除算法,采用基于导频簇的梳状导频结构,大幅降低导频处的ICI影响,取得了较好的效果。  相似文献

目的观察变应性鼻炎(AR)对嗅觉功能的影响及布地奈德对AR嗅觉障碍的干预效果。方法应用卵清蛋白致敏并激发BALB/C小鼠,建立AR小鼠模型。应用埋藏小球实验(BFT)评估AR小鼠嗅觉功能。HE染色及免疫组化法观察AR小鼠嗅黏膜的组织形态学变化及嗅觉标记蛋白(OMP)表达的变化。鼻内滴用布地奈德对AR小鼠进行干预,分别在开始干预后第7天及第14天应用免疫组化方法检测小鼠嗅黏膜OMP表达的变化。结果对成功建模的AR小鼠进行嗅觉功能评估,42/55的AR小鼠在AR的基础上伴有嗅觉障碍。与对照组相比较,AR小鼠嗅黏膜的上皮层明显变薄,嗅感受神经元(ORNs)的层数减少,排列紊乱。AR小鼠嗅黏膜OMP表达较对照组减少。与不用药组相比较,布地奈德干预1组的小鼠嗅黏膜OMP表达增加,嗅上皮OMP染色阳性细胞数量增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接近对照组OMP染色阳性细胞数量,与对照组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。布地奈德干预2组OMP表达与布地奈德干预1组相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在本实验中,AR小鼠嗅黏膜上皮层变薄,ORNs层数减少,OMP表达减低,证明了AR引起嗅觉障碍的作用机制除鼻腔气道阻塞的原因外,嗅黏膜本身因炎症发生的变化也是重要的原因。糖皮质激素是临床治疗嗅觉障碍的常用药物,本实验对伴有嗅觉障碍的AR小鼠鼻内滴用布地奈德进行干预,观察到嗅上皮OMP表达明显增加,ORNs的数量增多,且干预效果可在停药后维持一段时间。因此,鼻内局部应用糖皮质激素可以对嗅黏膜产生影响,是治疗AR引发的嗅觉障碍的有效方法。  相似文献

采用超声波破碎、Tritonx-100处理和超速离心的方法提取鼠伤寒杆菌外膜蛋白(OMP)。经电镜和SDS-PAGE分析鉴定,鼠伤寒杆菌的主要OMP带位于36~41kD之间,应用Western blot分折抗-OMP的免疫血清,显示血清抗体所识别的主要是36kD蛋白带。试验证明,用该种方法提取OMP是可行的,36kD蛋白可能是OMP中主要免疫原。  相似文献

本文采用Schnaitman处理法提取了鼠伤寒杆菌的外膜蛋白(OMP)。用提取的OMP免疫家兔和小鼠,经ELISA方法测定家兔、小鼠及鼠伤寒感染患者血清中抗-OMP抗体效价,并用小鼠作足垫肿胀实验和主动及血清被动免疫保护实验。结果免疫动物和病人血清中都含有较高滴度抗体,免疫小鼠足垫出现明显的DTH反应。50μg OMP免疫小鼠可保护500 LD_(50)毒株攻击,0.2ml免疫血清也能够被动保护以上同样量的毒株攻击。这些结果表明,实验提取的OMP有较强的免疫原性和明显的免疫保护作用。应用Western blot分析兔、鼠及病人免疫血清均能识别36KD蛋白带,36KD蛋白带可能是鼠伤寒杆菌的主要免疫原。  相似文献

嗜肺巴氏杆菌外膜蛋白和脂多糖提取及其活性的初步研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的 提取嗜肺巴氏杆菌外膜蛋白 (OMP)和脂多糖 (LPS) ,测定其稳定性和抗原性 ,探讨其作为诊断抗原的可能性。方法 选取具有代表性的嗜肺巴氏杆菌 15株及参考株共 16株 ,提取OMP、LPS ,通过SDS -PAGE、Westernblot、ELISA等方法在稳定性、抗原性等方面与全菌抗原 (WC)进行比较。结果  16株嗜肺巴氏杆菌OMP的SDS-PAGE图谱基本一致 ,不同培养基成分、培养时间和不同体外传代次数的提取物均显示 5条带 ,相对分子质量大约是 (17、2 6、31、37、4 1)× 10 3。其中 5株嗜肺巴氏杆菌的LPS为光滑型和粗糙型LPS的混合物 ,主带相对分子质量在 14 .4× 10 3左右。外膜蛋白和脂寡糖提取物保持了其抗原反应性和免疫原性。OMP和LPS具有种和型的特异性。OMP的 5条条带抗原性存在差异 ,相对分子质量 (2 6、37)× 10 3的蛋白不具有抗原性 ,相对分子质量 17× 10 3的蛋白抗原为受试菌株的共同抗原 ,(31、4 1)× 10 3抗原具有大鼠株和小鼠株的特异性。LPS表现出较强的型的特异性。结论 本研究提取的OMP和LPS活性稳定 ,并保持了抗原性和免疫原性。  相似文献

针对工业过程中广泛存在的信息不确定性、信息传递的时滞特性以及过程本身的非线性和动态特性,研究了基于不确定数据信息的生产过程系统级建模与过程变量的状态预测方法;提出基于小波互信息的信息传递时延估计方法,建立了概率时延符号有向图模型;采用组合预测方法,实现生产过程中关键变量实时状态的准确预测。在空分过程中进行了应用研究,初步结果表明该方法具有良好的预测精度、实用有效,具有应用推广前景。  相似文献

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.  相似文献

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P<0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.  相似文献
