本文介绍了1998年菲律宾卫生行政管理改革，根据国家卫生费用核算（ NHA）模型发现的问题，进行公共卫生、公立医院、地方卫生体系、卫生行政管理和社会医疗保险五个方面的改革。并将NHA模型用于规划政策，表达改革议程，设计修正实施计划。

政府卫生支出的中外比较研究

目的：比较中外政府卫生支出的差异，并探讨卫生筹资相关政策及卫生总费用统计报告等问题。方法：采用文献综述方法获取国外部分国家卫生总费用中的政府卫生支出数据，采用描述性统计方法进行中外对比分析。结果：中国政府预算卫生支出和广义政府卫生支出占卫生总费用的比例均低于中低收入发展中国家的平均水平。结论：不同卫生体制的模式决定政府卫生支出的水平。国际上一般使用广义政府卫生支出进行跨国比较。建议尽快按照世界卫生组织（WHO）或者经济合作发展组织（OECD）要求，调整中国卫生总费用的报告口径。文章还对增加政府卫生投入的重点方向进行了探讨。     

加拿大卫生体系现状 问题及发展

笔者通过查找经济合作与发展组织（OECD）相关数据和万方中文检索数据库的相关资料，并结合多伦多大学医学院国际卫生中心的相关培训课程，对施行加拿大国家医疗保险方案的卫生体系现状进行述评，并就卫生费用补偿机制和改革发展趋势等问题进行了探讨。

《国际卫生条例（2005）》与我国国境卫生检疫法卫生处理相关规定比较分析及应对措施

《国际卫生条例（2005）》已于2007年6月15日正式生效。该条例在内容和结构上发生了重大变化，就口岸卫生处理工作来说，该条例与我国现行的《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》及其实施细则相比较，其在卫生处理的概念、对象、措施等方面都增加了新的内容。按照新条例的要求，口岸卫生处理作为卫生检疫工作的重要组成部分，必然要作出相应的转变和调整，为此，在对2部法律进行比较分析的基础上提出了相应的应对措施。     

基于主题框架分析的全国基层卫生综合改革典型案例研究

目的：梳理全国基层卫生综合改革典型案例并总结典型经验，为各地进一步深化基层卫生综合改革提供借鉴。方法：采用主题框架分析法，对《基层卫生综合改革典型案例2022》进行分析。结果：确定体制机制改革、服务能力提升和服务模式优化3个总主题，覆盖9个分主题，依据主题框架对43篇基层卫生综合改革典型案例进行总结分析。结论：针对当前基层卫生综合改革面临的困难和问题，借鉴梳理的典型经验，提出以下3点建议：（1）深化体制机制改革，激发基层医疗卫生服务机构运行活力；（2）提升医疗服务能力，促进基层卫生健康高质量发展；（3）优化服务模式和内涵，提升人民群众就医获得感。     

Ecosystem health and human health

The study of ecosystem health is a relatively recent discipline that has already provided new insights into numerous aspects of environmental management. One of the most interesting fields of study is the one investigating the relationships between ecosystem and human heath. In this paper some basic terms of reference are given in order to help the understanding of this new approach. One definition of ecosystem health is given, possible causes of degradation are indicated and links with human health are addressed. The ecosystem approach to human health stresses the importance of cultural and social values in shaping the concept of health, both at human and at ecosystem level. Two case-studies showing man-ecosystem interactions are described: mining activities, that provide a suitable field of application of the ecosystem approach, and the case of malaria and DDT, that shows the risks of certain policies neglecting basic human expectations such as health. As a conclusion, some suggestions for possible research activities are given and a few recommendations for sound public health policies are indicated.

Oral health and systemic health

Certain cancers, hypertension, diabetes, leukemia, gastrointestinal disorders, osteoporosis, and HIV and other infectious diseases can manifest themselves in the oral cavity. In addition, some of these conditions and the therapies for them can affect the teeth and mouth. This article outlines what physicians should know about how certain medical conditions and medications can affect dental health and treatment, how dentists can help detect underlying medical conditions, and how the two professions can better serve patients by working together. placement of implants, periodontal surgery, endodontic treatment, or subgingival manipulation. Physicians should be aware of potential complications from dental treatment, inform patients of the risks, and communicate to the patient's dentist about the patient's physical status, the extent to which his or her condition is under control, and how to prevent complications. The following examples illustrate the need for such interaction between physicians and dentists.     

Community health and foot health

The limiting factor in health and mobility for many seniors is the state of their feet. The origins of their foot problems can often be traced back to childhood and years of wearing badly fitting or inappropriate footwear. Well-fitting footwear is essential if mobility and independence are to be retained. The chiropodist (or podiatrist) is a health professional specializing in the treatment of conditions of the foot. Some common foot conditions, together with their treatments, are described. Although numbers of chiropodists in Canada are limited, their role is being increasingly recognized in maintaining or restoring mobility, and also their place in the community health team.

This article gives an account of subjective (perceived) healthmeasurement based upon the development and use of an indicatorknown as the Nottingham Health Profile, an instrument that aimsto show the subjective elements of the experience of healthand illness by using the ordinary language of the intended respondent.The author discusses the possibility of using subjective healthindicators for the assessment of health promotion activitiesand examines ways in which these indicators might be used inhealth promotion research.
