浅谈《护理信息学》在护理教育中的重要性

《护理信息学》在护理学教育体系中具有十分重要的地位。本文结合时代背景,简述了当前《护理信息学》的发展现状,并就《护理信息学》在护理学教育体系中的重要性以及大力发展《护理信息学》的必要性做了论述。     

综合性实验在《内外科护理学》教学中的应用

[目的]探讨综合性实验在<内外科护理学>教学中的应用效果,以期为护理专业临床课程的实验教学提供借鉴.[方法]用整群抽样方法随机抽取2005级11班和12班共104名护生为实验组,2004级7班和8班共94名护生为对照组,实验组采用综合性实验教学方法,对照组采用传统实验教学方法.课程结束后对两组护生进行评判性思维量表测定、理论考试,并对实验组护生进行问卷调查.[结果]两组学生评判性思维测评、理论考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);问卷调查显示,大部分护生认为通过综合性实验提高了学习的自觉性、知识的融会贯通能力、语言表达能力和沟通能力,锻炼了分析问题、解决问题的能力且有助于学科知识的学习.[结论]综合性实验的开展有利于打破学科界限,体现了跨课程、交叉渗透的特色,有效提高了教学质量.     

“3H”护理模式在飞行员疗养护理中的应用

目的 为适应新形势的发展,完整导入"3H"护理服务模式,并将其从医院模式改进至疗养院模式.方法 注重飞行疗养员的人文关怀和心理需求,制定全新的"3H"护理模式服务标准.结果 在全面实施"3H"护理模式后,入住的空勤疗养员对疗养护理工作的满意度由之前的93%提升到98%.结论 "3H"护理模式的实施,大幅提升了疗养员对护理服务的满意度,提高了护理工作效率,提升了护士综合素质.     

"个性化护理"训练模式在护理教学中的应用

[目的]提供一种护理技能训练模式,使学生通过护理技能训练将以人为本的"个性化护理"理念渗透到护理技术操作中,以促进护理技术操作模式向着更加适应临床护理发展需求的方向转变.[方法] 随机将2007级普通高考护理大专4个自然班分为两组,实验组98人采用"个性化护理"训练模式,对照组101人采用传统训练模式,对两组学生的护理操作考核成绩进行分析.[结果]两组护理技术操作考核成绩差异有统计学意义.[结论]"个性化护理"训练模式对激发学生学习积极性、培养学生创新意识、改变传统护理技术操作模式有重要意义.     

"Everything depends on good nursing"

Nurses have always played a vital role in the response to outbreaks of deadly illnesses. The story of Alberta nurses' heroic efforts in the face of the Spanish influenza epidemic of 1918-19, in the absence of public health infrastructure, reminds us of the importance of preparedness. The virus, which accompanied soldiers returning from Europe after the First World War, spread quickly along transportation routes from Eastern Canada to the West. Although many nurses had not yet returned from war service, or were assisting in Halifax following the explosion of 1917, those who were available in Alberta vo unteered without hesitation to care for victims of the virus. In the absence of cure, good nursing care was usually the only treatment for the illness. Recognition of the need for planned response to crises, availability of resources and excellent skills and knowledge prompted nursing leaders to lobby the government for a formal public health system and contributed to the organization of professional nursing associations. In the likely event of another global influenza pandemic, nurses may draw upon the lessons of the past as they once again face the complex challenges of a modern health crisis.     

"做中学"在护理本科《成人护理学》研究性学习中的应用

[目的]探讨"做中学"学习理论与方法在临床护理教学中的应用.[方法]以"胃模型"制作为例,在护理本科<成人护理学>消化系统研究性学习中实践"做中学"教学法并对教学效果进行评估.[结果]学生对在临床护理课程中开展"做中学"教学实践持肯定态度,各项指标积极评价均在85%以上.[结论]"做中学"学习能激发学生的学习兴趣,通过自学、创造、解决问题、团队合作、交流等方式培养学生对知识的获取、发现、运用、共享和传播能力.     

A reflection on "nursing science"

The present article provides a reflection on the concept of "nursing science", a concept that is increasingly used in Spain. The article begins by discussing the scientific paradigms of nursing, continues briefly with the notion of science, and subsequently addresses the concept of nursing science more thoroughly in a three-fold manner. First, we reflect on the center of interest or essence of the discipline of nursing: nursing care. Then, we address the influence of the distinct paradigms in the understanding of this center of interest and support the development of nursing knowledge from a multiple paradigmatic perspective. Lastly, we contrast nursing science and nursing practice in an attempt to explain their interdependence and mutual need within an eminently practical discipline: the discipline of nursing.
