Effect of detergent on "promiscuous" inhibitors

The term "promiscuous" inhibitors has been coined for compounds whose inhibition mechanism involves the interaction of aggregates of many compound molecules with the target protein, rather than the binding of individual molecules. This paper demonstrates that promiscuous inhibitors can be differentiated from classical 1:1 inhibitors by the judicious use of detergents, making it possible to configure assays that significantly reduce this undesirable mechanism of inhibition without compromising assay performance.     

对“医院药房托管”的思考

目的:探讨"医院药房托管"模式是否有利于降低药品价格、减少患者医药费用支出、更好地让利于民,以及是否有利于医院的管理。方法:通过对"医院药房托管"模式可能导致医院药品经营新垄断出现、导致"新型医药代表"的产生、形成新"利益共同体"、更有利于医师开"大处方",同时从价格链上也并未对药价"虚高"构成威胁,反而可能导致医院监管难度加大、药品质量下降等方面进行分析论述。结果与结论:在目前这种医疗技术和劳务收入不能体现其实际价值,以及药品供求之间的信息不对称的情况下,"医院药房托管"不可能使医院从繁杂的药事事务中解脱出来,也不一定能降低"虚高"药价、减少患者医药费用支出、更好地让利于民。     

养阴益气胶囊的降血糖作用研究

目的：研究养阴益气胶囊的降血糖作用。方法：采用正常动物和糖尿病模型动物进行养阴益气胶囊降血糖作用的药效学研究。结果：养阴益气胶囊对正常小鼠和链脲霉素诱发的糖尿病大鼠均有明显降血糖作用,作用与剂量有关。糖尿病大鼠给养阴益气胶囊0．5h后即出现明显降血糖作用,并可维持12h以上。养阴益气胶囊对肾上腺素性高血糖小鼠也有明显降血糖作用。结论：养阴益气胶囊对正常动物与糖尿病模型动物均有明显的降血糖作用。     

由“洋中药”引发的思考

目的探讨扩大我国中药出口的措施。方法结合相关资料,介绍中药进出口情况及中药出口的国际环境。结果与讨论我国中药出口水平低,一些“洋中药”已进入我国市场;在目前情况下,我国中药进入欧、美主流市场有一定困难,应实施市场多元化战略。     

Dual diagnosis on "substance abuse"

Three large U.S. epidemiological surveys researching the prevalence of comorbid psychiatric illness and "substance abuse disorders" are reviewed: the Epidemiological Catchment Area Study, (N=20,219); the National Comorbidity Survey (N=8098), and the National Longitudinal Alcohol Epidemiological Survey (N=42,862). Findings suggest that comorbidity is highly prevalent but that longitudinal information remains limited limited--which restricts understanding of its "natural history," stability, common risk factors, and causal relationships.     

肠胃适胶囊质量标准之研究

目的 研究提高肠胃适胶囊的质量标准.方法 采用同一薄层板及展开剂对组分中功劳木、黄连须、葛根进行薄层色谱鉴别,HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量.结果 肠胃适胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量为0.78～0.79 mg/g,加样回收率为97.4%,RSD=1.9%(n=6);精密度RSD=1.5%(n=5);稳定性RSD=0.5%(8 h内);回归方程:y=3662296.7x+5672.9,R=0.9999,线性范围是0.02～0.79μg.结论 该方法结果准确,重现性好,可作为肠胃适胶囊的质量控制.

目的:进一步探讨药品流通环节改革——"医院药房托管"对降低药品价格、减少患者医药费支出、促进医院的管理与发展的积极作用。方法:结合我院"药房托管"工作实践,针对《中国药房》杂志2007年5月第18卷第13期《对"医院药房托管"的思考》一文作者提出的9种"可能"失之偏颇的观点进行分析与论述。结果与结论:目前南京实施的"医院药房托管"是药品流通环节改革的一项有益尝试,在限制"虚高"的药价、缓解老百姓"看病贵"等方面起着积极、有效的作用。     

"Direct" effect of reserpine on various preparations.

The action of reserpine added to the bathing solution has been studied in isolated organs, examining various kinds of receptor systems and biological preparations. The investigation has been comparatively carried out in normal and reserpine-pretreated animals. The most important effect of reserpine is the inhibition of the maximum response to noradrenalin in the rat vas deferens, and the inhibition of response to furtrethonium and histamine in the intestine of rat and guinea-pig, respectively. This affect appears to be independent of the release of catecholamines, and is therefore direct, aspecific and similar to the non-competitive effect of papaverine.     

潘通治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

关于对"超越经营范围经营药品"行为定性的思考

目的：探讨“超越经营范围经营药品”行为的法律适用问题。方法：对不同时间发布的相关法律、法规、行政规章中的有关内容进行比较、分析。结果：不同的法律环境下对同一种违法行为有不同的定性与处理。结论：现行法律环境下，将“超越经营范围经营药品”行为定性为“无证”经营是值得商榷的。     

对“逐步建立临床药师制”的若干思考

目的:为促进"临床药师制"的规范与发展提供参考。方法:依据我国的基本国情和临床药学工作现状,研究问题、分析原因、探讨对策。结果与结论:在我国"逐步建立临床药师制"必须首先解决该制度的"法"之地位、实施范围、临床药师的分类(定义)和权责等几大问题,并积极创立一种"吸纳百家优长,兼集八方精义"的、有中国特色的临床药师制。     

Studies on coumarins of a chinese drug "Qian-Hu"

Three new and four known coumarins were isolated from a Chinese drug "Zi-Hua Quian-Hu" (Shikazenko in Japanese), the root of PEUCEDANUM DECURSIVUM M AXIM. (Umbelliferae). The new compounds were proved to be 3'(S)-senecioyloxy-4'(R)-hydroxy-3',4'-dihydroxanthyletin, 3' (S)-hydroxy-4' (R)-senecioyloxy-3',4'-dihydroxanthyletin and 3'(S)-angeloyloxy-4'(R)-acetoxy-3',4'-dihydroxanthyletin. The known coumarins were identified to be decursidin, bergapten, nodakenetin and nodakenin, respectively.
