报告50例缺铁贫血患者血浆及红细胞内铁、铜、锌含量。全部病例血浆铁及红细胞内铁明显低于正常对照组88例(P<0.01),血浆钢亦明显减少(P<0.05),红细胞内铜亦有所降低(P>0.05)。分析结果。74%患者血浆铜及68%患者红细胞内铜的含量有正常范围,205患者血浆铜及28%患者红细胞内铜含量低于正常,也有6%患者血浆铜及4%患者红细胞内铜增多。锌含量变化无一致规律。  相似文献

目的 观察六味地黄汤及三个“一补一泻”药对对肾阴虚模型小鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴功能及肾上腺形态的影响.方法 将小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和给药组(六味地黄汤组、山茱萸-牡丹皮组、熟地黄-泽泻组、山药-茯苓组)共6个试验组;连续9d分别灌胃给予以上对应药物;第5~9天,除空白组灌胃蒸馏水外,其他各组按50 mg/kg体质量每天灌胃氢化可的松注射液,称体质量,测定环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(Cor.)含量,观察肾上腺病理切片.结果 肾阴虚模型小鼠体质量、血浆cGMP含量降低,血浆cAMP、血清ACTH、Cor.含量升高,与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肾上腺组织受损;与模型组比较,六味地黄汤能上调模型小鼠体质量、血浆cGMP含量,下调血浆cAMP含量、血清ACTH、Cor.含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),修复受损肾上腺组织;山茱萸-牡丹皮药对能下调模型小鼠血浆cAMP、血清ACTH含量(P<0.01),修复受损肾上腺组织.结论 六味地黄汤能改善肾阴虚证,其作用机制可能与其降低垂体分泌的ACTH含量、下调肾上腺分泌的Cor.含量,改善HPA轴的功能及肾上腺形态有关.其中山茱萸-牡丹皮药对是该方改善肾阴虚证的主要药效物质基础.  相似文献

本文研究了30例不同程度的妊高征患者,并以同期正常孕妇30例作相应对照。共采集母血清、脐血清、胎盘标本各60份,采用原子吸收分光光度计测定其中锌、铜、镉的含量。结果表明:妊高征孕产妇组(实验组)母血清锌明显低于正常孕产妇组(对照组),(P<0.01),铜及铜/锌比值高于正常孕产妇组(铜值P<0.05,铜/锌比值P<0.01)。实验组母血清和胎盘中镉高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组与对照组的脐血清和胎盘中锌、铜及铜/锌比值无统计学差异,(P>0.05);实验组和对照组母血清、脐血清和胎盘中锌、铜、铜/锌比值无相关关系(r<0.05,P>0.05);脐血清与胎盘中锌及铜/锌比值部分呈现相关关系(锌值r=0.44,P<0.05;铜/锌比值r=0.38,P<0.05)。两组的胎盘锌含量明显高于母血清和脐血清锌含量,(P<0.01)。结果提示:母血清锌、铜/锌比值,母血清镉及胎盘镉可能与妊高征的发生有一定关系;胎盘有积锌现象;妊高征患者母血清锌降低并不影响胎盘和胎儿锌水平;胎盘锌、铜变化可能较母血清锌、铜变化更能反映胎儿锌状况。  相似文献

目的研究胎膜早破(PROM)孕妇宫颈阴道分泌液中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、微量元素(铜、钙、锌)的含量与PROM的关系。方法选择临产前足月剖宫产分娩的胎膜早破者50例(PROM组)和正常未破膜者50例(对照组),分别用双抗体夹心ELISA法和溶出电极法测定血浆、阴道分泌液中MMP-9、铜、钙、锌的含量。结果PROM组血浆与阴道分泌液中MMP-9水平分别为3187.74±2107.60μg/L、301.61±182.42μg/L均明显高于对照组(1163.02±1131.41μg/L,177.11±106.90μg/L),差异有显著性(P<0.01);PROM组阴道分泌液中铜、钙、锌的含量分别为2.04±1.82μg/L、40.24±18.21μg/L、0.32±0.22μg/L,均明显低于对照组(3.66±2.10μg/L、49.30±12.78μg/L、0.69±0.41μg/L),差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论胎膜早破孕妇阴道分泌液中MMP-9含量明显升高,而铜、钙、锌含量明显降低,对胎膜早破的早期诊断有一定帮助。  相似文献

本文用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)对泸州地区妇科几种常见恶性肿瘤患者和非上述患者(健康人)头发中微量元素锌、铜、镉,镍、锰、铁的含量作了分析测定。结果:病组的锌、铜、镉、镍含量均低于对照组。而锰、铁含量则高于对照组。其中铜、镉、锰和铁的差异非常显著(P<0.01);锌和镍也有显著的差异(P<0.05)。  相似文献

本文测定了16例人胶质瘤组织中的铜锌镁含量及铜锌比值,其中恶性肿瘤的铜含量为20.49±4.87μg/g干重,锌为176.97±44.18μg/g干重,镁为650.91±207.88μg/g干重,铜锌比值为0.123±0.04。与健康成人脑组织比较,铜含量及铜锌比值明显降低(P<0.01),镁值升高56.59%,但无统计学意义,锌在二者之间无明显差异。与健康成年组比较,良性胶质瘤三种元素含量都无统计学意义(P>0.05),而早产儿的铜含量有显著性差异(P<0.01)。  相似文献

为探讨硒与铜、锌、锰共存时对小鼠肝脏中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的影响,使用氢化物原子化法及高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分别测定了在基础饲料中以不同组合拌入4种微量元素和对照各组小鼠肝脏中硒及GSH的含量。结果表明,1.铜+硒组、锌+硒组、锰+硒组肝脏中硒的含量均显著低于纯硒组(P<0.01),说明铜,锌,锰对硒的吸收有拮抗作用,提示在使用硒制剂时,若铜,锌,锰共存应适当增加硒的用量2.4组肝脏中GSH含量显著低于正常组(P<0.01),硒可促进还原型的GSH转化为氧化型的谷耽甘肽(GSSG),加锌后对此转化有叠加作用,加锰则有抑制作用,加铜无影响。  相似文献

测定了55例癫痫患者头发锌、铜含量。发铜含量(6.5±2.1μg/g)显著低于正常对照组(10.6±5.6μg/g),P<0.001;女性患者发锌含量(170.1±56.9μg/g)低于正常对照组(224.2±58.4μg/g),P<0.05;癫痫患者发锌、铜比值(26.6±10.3)较对照组(20.9±11.4)曾高,P<0.05。取样前一年内有癫痫发作,病程为0~5年,癫痫大发作型,脑电图重度或中度异常者,发锌含量降低,与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05);抗癫痫药物对发锌影响较对发铜为大。发锌、铜含量及锌、铜比值增高,似表明抗癫痫治疗效果较好。以上结果提示癫痫患者的发锌、铜代谢有异常,其变化与血浆锌、铜含量改变不同。  相似文献

采用DCP—AES分析法检测93例RRTI患儿血清锌、锰、铝、镉、铁、铜、铅、镍、钛、钴、锂、铬、钙和镁含量以及Zn/Cu。结果表明,RRTI患儿血清锌、铁、镍、钛、钴、锂、钙均值明显低于对照组;不同年龄组血清微量元素下降亦不尽相同,以锌、铁、锂、钴、镍降低为多见。提示RRTI时存在多种微量元素缺乏或失调,锌、铁、镍、钴等必需微量元素缺乏是儿童RRTI的重要原因或诱因之一  相似文献

目的 :探讨豆油 [富含 ω- 6多不饱和脂肪酸 ( PUFAs) ]对饲低硒粮大鼠血浆 Cu、Zn、Ca和 Mg含量变化的影响。方法 :用低硒和补硒饲料喂养大鼠 4周 ,补加 5 %豆油后再继续饲养 4周。用原子吸收分光光度计测定大鼠血浆中 Cu、 Zn、 Ca、和 Mg含量。结果 :饲低硒粮和补硒粮组 ,在饲料中添加豆油后 ,大鼠血浆中 Cu、Zn、Ca、和 Mg含量均有不同程度下降。在添加豆油的大鼠 Zn、Mg含量下降更明显 ,Ca、Cu含量虽有所下降 ,但差异无显著性。结论 :饲料中添加豆油 ,使大鼠PUFAs的摄入量增加 ,Cu、Zn、Ca和 Mg含量降低。  相似文献

[目的 ]通过对人体微量元素锌、铁、铜的测量 ,准确及时地了解肝病患者微量元素的水平。[方法 ]选取临床急性黄疸性肝炎 93例 ,慢性活动性肝炎 98例 ,肝硬化 4 8例以及健康对照 35例 ,运用原子吸收的方法进行测量。 [结果 ]3种肝病红细胞中锌均降低 ,尤以急性活动性肝炎最严重(P <0 .0 5 ) ,除慢性活动性肝炎铁升高外其他均无显著性变化。 [结论 ]3种肝病红细胞中微量元素锌均降低 ,应及时补充。  相似文献

测定地方性克汀病病区引产胎儿血及肝、脑组织中Cu、Zn含量及CuZnSOD活性,同时孕妇血相应指标。发现病区胎儿及孕妇血以及胎儿肝、脑组织中Zn含量、CuZnSOD活性均低于非病区,而Cu含量病区与非病区比较无明显差异,表明病区胎儿存在锌营养不足及由此引起的抗化功能下降。病区胎儿的这处代谢紊乱可能与碘缺乏因素等共同构成克汀病发病的基础。  相似文献

INTRODUCTION: Burn injury is a medical problem as well as a social burden on the national health services in developing countries. Trace elements have important roles in wound healing and act as antioxidants. In this study, zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) levels in plasma of burned patients and their relationship with the burn surface area and time-related pattern are determined in the admitted patients after burn injury. METHODS: 37 patients were divided into two groups: Group 1 consisted of 16 patients with burn injuries less than 20 percent of the total burn surface area, and Group 2 consisted of 21 patients with burn injuries between 20 and 40 percent of the total burn surface area. The control group consisted of 20 subjects. The Zn and Cu levels were determined one, three, seven and 14 days after the occurrence of burn injury. These trace elements were determined using atomic absorption spectrophotometer. RESULTS: These trace elements in plasma significantly decreased on all days after admission and the levels were lower than those of the control group. There was no significant relationship between Groups 1 and 2 in Cu and Zn concentrations on different days. We did not find any difference between burn surface area and Zn and Cu concentrations in these groups. CONCLUSION: Based on the critical role of plasma's Zn and Cu rate in wound healing and their relationship in decreasing the burn injury, it is important that patients having burn types II and III take Zn and Cu supplements continuously as micronutrients after burn injury.  相似文献

目的探讨女性2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变与血微量元素水平间的关系。方法以温州医科大学附属第三医院2012年11月~2013年5月收治的89例女性2型糖尿病患者为研究对象(糖尿病组),并选取50名正常女性作为对照组。糖尿病组依据眼底摄片检测结果分为视网膜病变组及无视网膜病变组。对比分析各组患者血中的铜、锌等微量元素的含量差异。结果糖尿病组患者血中锌[(92.49±14.75)μmol/L比(98.69±10.35)μmol/L]、镁元素[(1.47±0.14)mmol/L比(1.68±0.14)mmol/L]的含量明显低于对照组,且组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而铜元素[(13.21±2.99)μmol/L比(12.17±2.41)μmol/L]的水平则高于对照组(P〈0.05)。视网膜病变组患者血中铁[(7.97±1.17)mmol/L比(8.44±1.01)mmol/L]、锌元素[(86.26±15.25)μmol/L比(99.07±10.76)μmol/L]含量低于无视网膜病变的患者,且组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),铜元素的含量高于无视网膜病变组[(13.89±2.30)μmol/L比(12.46±2.80)μmol/L1,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。糖尿病视网膜病变相关因素分析结果显示,锌、铁、铜含量与糖尿病视网膜病变相关(P〈0.05)。结论锌、镁元素缺乏及铜元素过量与女性2型糖尿病密切相关,锌、铁元素缺乏.铜元素过量与女性2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变密切相关,且均为独立相关因素。  相似文献

This article reports that there is a good response, with an effective rate of 96.2% in the treatment of the deficiency of Spleen energy (DSE) with Zhenqi Fuzheng Chongji (ZQFZCJ). The serous level of ZQFZCJ and the serum concentrations of Zn, Cu and Mg in 53 patients with DSE and in 83 normal subjects were measured with atomic absorption spectrometric analysis. In contrast to the normal subjects, the concentrations of Zn and Mg were decreased and that of Cu and the ratio of Cu/Zn increased in the patients before treatment (P greater than 0.01-0.05). After treatment, however, the concentrations of Zn and Mg became increased (P less than 0.001, P less than 0.05), and the ratio of Cu/Zn decreased (P less than 0.001). The authors conclude that there is some relationship between these three elements and DSE, and the mechanism for the treatment of DSE with ZQFZCJ. ZQFZCJ, rich in trace elements, may provide trace elements for the body, improve the metabolism, transportation and utilization of the trace elements in the body, and activate various enzymes, thus regulating and maintaining the homeostasis, i.e. "supporting in deficient patients".  相似文献

The gastric mucosa trace elements and oxides were investigated with X-ray energy disperse analysis system in 41 cases of gastric disease due to Spleen deficiency. The differences in the change of the quantity of Zn, Cu, ZnO and CuO were very significant (P less than 0.05-0.001) in the gastric mucosa between normal area and focal area, between Spleen Qi deficiency and Spleen deficiency with Qi stagnation, and between benign gastric disease and gastric cancer. The experiments showed that: (1) The trace elements in the organism form its own system, the values being within the relatively constant scope. (2) The ratios of Zn/ZnO and Cu/CuO reflected "the rate of effectual utility" of Zn and Cu. (3) There was a very close internal relation between Spleen deficiency with Qi stagnation and gastric cancer. (4) The quantitative changes of Zn, Cu, ZnO, CuO, Zn/ZnO and Cu/CuO were related to pathologic change and the TCM syndrome pattern, and is worthy of further research.  相似文献

目的 探讨男性精浆微量元素含量与男性不育的关系.方法 采用原子吸收光谱法、比色法对101例精子数少于20×109/L(精子存活率正常)、128例精子存活率小于50%(精子数正常)的男性不育患者与103例生育功能正常的健康男性精浆中锌、铁、铜、钙、镁、镉等六种微量元素进行检测.结果 (1)精子存活率小于50%的患者精桨中锌的含量明显偏低,铜、镉离子含量偏高,与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组中的钙、镁、铁的含量接近,差异无统计学意义(P>o.05).(2)精子数少于20× 109/L的患者中锌的含量明显偏低,镉离子的含量偏高,与正常组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组中的钙、镁、铜、铁的含量接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.0 5).结论 精浆锌、镉、铜等微量元素含量改变是影响精液质量的原因之一;精浆钙、铁和镁含量与精液质量无明显关系.  相似文献

Background Most of the studies on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ‘spleen’ deficiency syndrome in the recent 30 years were conducted only on the basis of single functional index, neglecting the study on the pathophysiologic internal relationship between spleen deficiency syndrome and gastric diseases in modern medicine. But it was at the subcellular molecular biological level that we explored the pathophysiologic basis of classification of spleen deficiency in chronic gastritis by detecting the bioactive substances in gastric mucosa nuclei and mitochondria. Methods By means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and histochemical staining, we conducted histopathological, subcellular ultrastructural analysis and nuclei and mitochondrial ultrastructural analysis of gastric mucosa of 188 spleen deficiency patients and of 42 voluntary blood donors. At the same time, bioactive substances were measured by means of X-ray energy dispersive analysis system (EDAX) image analysis system, radioimmunoassay method and chemiluminescence method. Results The content of cAMP, superoxide dismutase (SOD), Zn and Cu in gastric mucosa, and the content of Zn and Cu in mitochondria decreased progressively in order of groups: healthy control (HC), spleen Qi deficiency without organic lesion (F-SQD), spleen Yang deficiency without organic lesion (F-SyangD), disease without symptoms group, spleen Qi deficiency with organic lesion (G-SQD), spleen Yang deficiency with organic lesion (G-SyangD), spleen Yin deficiency (SyinD) and spleen deficiency with Qi stagnation (SDQS), chronic spleen deficiency gastritis (CSG) and chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG); decreased in order of HC, intestinal metaplasia (IM)Ⅰa, IMⅠb, IMⅡa and IMⅡb, P&lt;0.05. The content of DNA, Zn and Cu in nuclei progressively increased in order mentioned above, P&lt;0.05.Conclusions The quantitative changes of gastric mucosal cAMP, SOD, Zn, Cu, of mitochondrial Zn, Cu and of nuclear DNA, Zn and Cu are not only the substance base on which the lesion of gastric mucosa tissue structure occurs, but also the substance base on which spleen deficiency is classified. G-SQD and G-SyangD were more likely to be found in low-grade or middle-grade CSG and CAG, while SyinD and SDQS in middle-grade or high-grade CSG, CAG and IMⅡb.  相似文献
