细微服务理念在住院患者无痛胃镜检查中的效果评价

目的：探讨细微服务理念对首次行无痛胃镜检查住院患者的影响和效果。方法：2011年1-12月在本院住院患者行无痛胃镜检查环节中引入细微服务理念。结果：与2010年相比，实施细微服务理念后，住院患者行无痛胃镜检查护理满意度明显高于实施前。结论：对首次行无痛胃镜检查住院患者实施细微护理服务可以有效提高患者满意度及检查的成功率。     

门诊患者输液安全管理中细微服务理念的应用探析

目的：对门诊患者输液安全管理中细微服务理念的应用进行分析与探讨。方法选取我院2013年1月-2013年12月所接收的门诊患者1000例作为研究的对象，在对患者进行护理的过程中引入细微服务理念，且利用日常的考核、患者满意度、输液质量等对实行细微服务理念的效果进行评价。结果和2012年相比，2013年在引入细微服务理念之后患者的投诉率明显下降，满意率显著提升，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2013年度患者外周静脉炎的发生率与渗透率明显低于上一年，差异明显。结论在门诊患者输液过程中，引入细微服务理念，能够在一定程度上提升静脉输液的质量，且具有极高的安全性，值得大力推广。     

德国细微颗粒物与人体健康研究方法与进展

文中简要介绍了德国国家环境与健康研究中心（GSF）在细微颗粒物与人体健康方面的研究方法，成果和进展。通过材料科学、流行病学和毒理学等多学科形成的交叉协作工作网络，充分利用细微颗粒物各方面的信息资源，结合人体、动物和体外等实验，从不同层次上深入研究细微颗粒物是如何对人体的靶器官产生危害的。德国GSF多年来在科研实践中探索和总结出来的严谨、周密、细致和不断深入的研究方法和思路值得国内同行学习借鉴。     

CaCO3悬浮法测量14C准确度影响因素分析

目的 研究影响CaCO₃粉末悬浮法测量¹⁴C准确度的因素。方法 采用2种本底样品和4种标准物质分别与2种闪烁液混匀、测量，找出最适合本底样品、闪烁液和最佳测量道宽，并根据实验结果对1个考核和2个比对样品进行测试。结果 采用自配CaCO₃粉末做本底，甲苯-Triton X-100乳化液做闪烁液、最佳测量道宽为67~369，选择与待测样品来源相同的标准物质时，考核和比对结果满意，与参考值的相对偏差分别为4.7%，11.7%和0.2%。结论 影响CaCO₃悬浮法测量¹⁴C准确度的主要因素主要是本底样品、闪烁液、标准物质，开展实际样品测量时，应选择较低水平的本底样品，适合的闪烁液和标准物质以及最佳测量道宽，提高测量准确度。     

空气污染可致心脑血管病

越来越多的研究结果表明：漂浮在空气中的细微颗粒物对人类的健康造成了并不微小的影响。这些细微颗粒物主要来自于汽车的尾气．煤炭、木材和植物燃烧的灰烬．以及金属在锻造和加工过程巾释放的物质。这些细微颗粒物在空气中可停留几天至数周之久，造成城市空气污染．天空一片阴霾。     

机动车驾驶员立体视觉异常因素的探讨

对１０２８名机动车驾驶员的立体视觉进行了检查。结果表明，立体视觉正常、立体视弱和立体盲率分别为８７．７１％、１２．６５％和５．６４％。斜视、年龄、工龄、双眼视力差和每日工作时间明显影响立体视觉，且随着斜视程度、年龄、工龄和双眼视力差的增加，立体视锐度减低。多因素逐步回归分析表明，立体视觉和斜视、年龄、工龄、双眼视力差呈明显的负相关（Ｐ＜０．００１），和每日工作时间呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示，在所调查的司机中存在立体盲和立体视弱，在司机的职业人群筛选时应予以注意。     

汽车司机的色觉疲劳状况调查

我们以某出租公司司机和非驾驶人员为研究对象，采用三色闪烁融合频率仪，对其迅速辨识红、黄、蓝三色闪烁临界融合频率值及年龄阈值作进一步探讨，以便为预防色觉疲劳，减少交通事故发生，提供一定的实验依据。

高,低电压胸部摄影尘肺病变显示量的研究

随机选取９０位患者，同一天摄高，低电压胸片各１张，胸片技术质量具有可比性的共８６对，使用８６对胸片同在近肺门角无肋骨遮盖处及右中肺野外带各３ｃｍ＾２范围内计数肺内尘肺细微病变及肺纹理点、线状影数量，结果表明高电压胸片在提高影像质量的同时能使法肺细微结构最大限度的显示。在高、低电压胸片技术质量得分相同时，高电压胸片的右中肺野外带细微结构显示量比低电压胸片明显增多；在右肺门角附近两者的细微结构显示量差

（1）启动WARMUP时，有时会出现操作台上时钟和计时秒表的切换动作，而WARMUP键上的指示灯熄灭。按压SINGLESCAN键，在STANDBY键上的指示灯开始闪烁，按压STANDBY后，不能进入下一个状态，有时还会出现扫描部位AMDOMAN指示灯亮，SERIALSCAN和STANDBY上的指示灯熄灭。多次重复以上操作，偶尔也能进入START指示灯闪烁的状态，这时按压START键，可进行正常扫描。

The practice and attitudes of gypsy and traveller women towards early infant feeding

This research explores the early infant feeding practice of gypsy and traveller women and their attitudes towards breast and formula feeding in one primary care trust. This research was undertaken using a quantitative research approach. Two structured questionnaires were administered. The first questionnaire was completed by all health visitors employed by the trust. This questionnaire established that most gypsy and traveller women choose to formula feed their infants and the breastfeeding rate in this community is very low. The second questionnaire was completed by 50% of the gypsy and traveller community who met the inclusion criteria. The Iowa Infant Feeding Attitude Scale (IIFAS) was completed as part of this questionnaire. This questionnaire showed that gypsy and traveller women had a more neutral attitude towards early infant feeding than was expected. This is significant as previous research suggests that women with neutral attitude scores are not fixed in their early infant feeding intentions. This therefore implies that the infant feeding practice of these women could potentially be influenced. This study, therefore, concludes that implementing focused interventions aimed at promoting breastfeeding could potentially increase the breastfeeding initiation rate in this community.

Chronic disease management is about personal quality improvement. This involves tracking personal health measures over time to develop the patient's understanding of common and special cause variation. This can be done through the use of run, control, and time between charts. This review gives examples of different methods taken from the literature.

This study utilized patient satisfaction data and the American Hospital Association Hospital Guide Book (2004). This study found significant contributions of individual patient attribute reactions (nursing care, physician care, etc.), and also clearly demonstrated hospital-level effects and cross-level interactions on patient satisfaction. Thus, it is clear that patient satisfaction is not solely explained by patients' attribute reactions and their demographic variables, but is also explained by patients' hospital levels. This approach would offer additional understanding in patient satisfaction research.

Facilitating dietary change: the patient-centered counseling model

Recent data indicate that the patient-centered counseling model enhances long-term dietary adherence. This model facilitates change by assessing patient needs and subsequently tailoring the intervention to the patient's stage in the process of change, personal goals, and unique challenges. This article describes this model, including its theoretical foundations, a 4-step counseling process, and applications. This behavioral counseling model can help nutrition professionals enhance patient adherence to nutrition care plans and dietary guidelines.
