岳阳市吸毒人群四种血液传染病感染的流行病学调查

目的了解岳阳市吸毒人群中艾滋病、丙型肝炎、乙型肝炎和梅毒等四种血液传染病的感染状况及其影响因素,为做好综合防治提供依据。方法对岳阳市强制戒毒所吸毒人员进行问卷调查,并采用常规方法检测Anti-HIV、Anti-HCV、HBsAg和梅毒抗体并作统计分析。结果277名吸毒人员中HIV感染率4.69%,HCV感染率81.95%,HBV感染率(HBsAg阳性率)14.08%,梅毒感染率2.53%,13名HIV感染者均合并感染HCV。结论本市吸毒人群中HIV、HCV感染率较高,静脉吸毒和共用针具吸毒是HIV和HCV传播的高危因素,不洁性行为增加了HIV、HCV、梅毒、乙肝由吸毒人员向其他人群传播的危险性。

Epidemiological Survey of Four Blood Transmitting Infections Among Injection Drug Takers in Yueyang City

Objective To understand the infectious status of AIDS,HCV,HBV,and syphilis among drug takers in(Yueyang) City and the risk factors were studied to provide basis for conducting comprehensive control activities. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out and the anti-HIV,anti-HCV,HBsAg and anti-Borrelia antibodies were detected in their blood samples. Results The infection rates of HIV,HCV,HBV and syphilis in the 277 injection drug takers were(4.69%),81.95%,14.08%,and 2.53% respectively.Thirteen HIV positives were co-infected with HCV. Conclusion The infection rates of HCV and HIV are high and intravenous use of drug and share of the same syringe and needle are the high risk factors.Unprotected sexual activities might be resulted in the spreading of HIV,HCV,syphilis and HBV from drug takers to other populations.
