三维超声检查在新生儿颅脑疾病中的应用进展

摘    要:小儿颅脑疾病领域超声检查现已普遍开展,其中三维超声应用日渐增多。三维超声具有立体形态成像和体积定量分析等功能,可用于评估新生儿颅脑疾病病灶大小、空间位置及毗邻关系等,为诊断、监测及治疗疾病提供重要参考信息。本文对三维超声技术在诊断及监测新生儿颅脑疾病中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:Ultrasonography has become a popular examination technology in the field of diagnosis of pediatric brain diseases, and the application of three-dimensional (3D) ultrasonography is increasing as well. 3D ultrasonography has the functions of stereomorphic imaging and volume quantitative analysis showed significant advantages in precisely evaluating the lesions, including volume, spatial position and correlation with adjacent tissue, providing important references for diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of neonatal brain disease. The application of 3D ultrasonography technology in diagnosis and monitoring of neonatal brain diseases were reviewed in this article.
