浙江省4个肿瘤登记地区2005年恶性肿瘤发病与死亡

目的 探讨浙江省4个肿瘤登记地区人群恶性肿瘤发病与死亡的流行特征.方法 资料来源于浙江省四个肿瘤登记地区上报的2005年肿瘤发病与死亡资料,根据<中国肿瘤登记工作指导手册>以及国际癌症研究中心和国际癌症登记协会推荐的肿瘤登记原则和方法 ,进行资料的分类、审核和分析.结果 2005年浙江省4个肿瘤登记地区共报告新发病例数为19 689例,恶性肿瘤粗发病率为268.22/10万,发病世调率为189.06/10万;死亡病例为1 1 461例,粗死亡率为156.13/10万,死亡世调率为102.64/10万.肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、直肠癌、结肠癌、食管癌、脑肿瘤、白血病和胰腺癌均排在发病与死亡的前10位之内.结论 肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤、乳腺癌、脑肿瘤和白血病应作为浙江省4个肿瘤登记地区肿瘤防治工作的重点,尤其应该加强对大肠癌、乳腺癌和胰腺癌的防治研究.

Cancer incidence and mortality from four cancer registries in Zhejiang Province in 2005

Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics of the cancer incidence and mortality from 4 cancer registries in Zhejiang province.Methods The date of cancer incidence and mortality were collected from 4 cancer registries of Zhejiang province in 2005.The data were sorted,checked,and analyzed according to "China Cancer Registration Guideline" and "Cancer Registration:principle and methods,IARC ".Results Four cancer registries reported 19689 new cases,the crude incidence rate was 268.22/105,the world age-standardlized incidence rate of Zhejiang province was 189.06/105;and reported 11461 new death cases,the crude death rate was 156.13/105,the world age-standardlized death rate was 102.64/105.Lung,stomach,liver,breast,rectum,colon,esophagus cancer,brain tumor,leukaemia and pancreas cancer were the leading cancers in the rank of incidence and mortality in 2005.Conclusion Lung cancer,digestive malignancies,breast cancer,brain tumor and leukaemia should be the major issue in cancer prevention and control in these 4 cancer registries of Zhejiang province.The research for prevention and control of colorectal cancer,breast cancer,pancreas cancer should be enhanced.
