正常人口服枸橼酸西地那非后勃起功能的超声评价

目的:探讨勃起功能正常人服用枸橼酸西地那非后,阴茎完全勃起时的超声评价指标。方法:受检者仰卧,阴茎上提,背侧紧贴腹壁,探头置于阴茎腹侧根部,进行纵、横切面扫查;分别在疲软、口服枸橼酸西地那非后勃起达最佳状态时进行观测,观测内容包括阴茎海绵体、阴茎深动脉、阴茎背深静脉。结果:所有受检者表示在心理和身体上均可以接受该检查方法,并未出现任何并发症,受检者均顺利完成检查并进行成功观测。与疲软状态比较,勃起时阴茎海绵体直径、阴茎深动脉内径、收缩期最大流速及加速度发生明显改变,其中,勃起时阴茎海绵体直径为(18.57±2.50)mm,增粗(106.8±62.1)%;勃起时阴茎深动脉内径为(1.18±0.26)mm,增宽(54.9±29.0)%;勃起时阴茎深动脉收缩期最大流速为(32.5±10.7)cm/s,增快(209.3±112.9)%;勃起时阴茎深动脉收缩期加速度为(5.71±2.71)cm/s2,增加(179.3±138.2)%。结论:口服枸橼酸西地那非联合超声检测是一项客观评价阴茎勃起功能的新方法,具有无创、安全、易接受、无并发症、操作简便、临床易推广的特点。
