| 摘 要： | 目的了解监狱和劳教所人群中HBV、HCV感染状况,为制定特殊人群中预防控制措施提供依据。方法用ELISA法对1 976人血标本进行血清学检测及分析。结果HBV总感染率81.73%,HCVIgG阳性率为10.98%,HBV标记得出16种感染组合模式,HCV标记得出14种感染组合模式。结论劳改、劳教人员中的HBV和HCV感染率均高于普通人群。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the prevalence of HBV and HCV among prisoners and to develop the policy of prevention and control. Methods One thousand nine hundred and seventy-six blood samples were collected for HBV and HCV IgG test by using the ELISA method. Result The total prevalence of HBV and HCV were 81.73% and 10.98% respectively.There were 16 types in HBV and 14 types in HCV serological presentations. Conclusion The prevalence of HBV and HCV are higher among the prisoners than the general population. |
